The only downside was we both had late flights home so i messaged before arriving to ask for a late check out. Was told it would be €30 and to ask at check in. Asked at check in and was told again it was €30 and to come down the day before going home. So we came down the day before and the women on reception literally just laughed and said no chance . It would have been better if they just said that up front. The check out is 10am whcih feels very early

Great location for the beach and strip. Really clean and comfy beds with fantastic air con. Main reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. The lift was a god send been on the 8th floor allbeit very slow still better than the stairs. Around the pool was very busy and no sunbeds available as towels on them all by 9am. Although there are signs saying not to reserve sunveds some people think the rules dont apply to them! We didnt spend any time round the pool or at the hotel because of this. Over all it was a pleasent hotel for our short stay.

Honesty , for a budget holiday we got so much more than we expected. The Locarno is close to both the bars and the beach . The rooms had air conditioning in them for comfort. Cleaning was twice a week . The reception staff were great and it was open 24 hours ( no chasing around town to get your keys . There were 3 pools and a child pool to choose from. The best part was a young lady called Mar. she ran the
Kids club , and I have to say she was amazing. I traveled with 2 kids under 5 and they both adored her. If she is there next year, we will certainly go back. If you want luxury , this is not for you. If you want a clean aparthotel with good facilities and a good location and a kids club, this is a great option.

The room was not clean when we got in. Bedrooms covers smelled bad and looked dirty. The bathroom was wiped down with no leaning products so we could see stuff moved around in the sink, shower and faucets. The inside of the toilet was not clean. Had to clean it ourselves.

Great stay for a few days. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was nice and spacious. Nice lobby, pool and indoor areas. Checkin was straightforward, as was checkout. Obky few minutes walk from the beach and bars. Ideal.

Everywhere is very clean, apartment bit dated but has everything you would expect for the money, the balcony is massive and on the 14th floor you have a bit of seaview, only real complaint is how uncomfy the bed was tried the pull out as well all very well used so springs in your back apart from that would stay again of they promise to give me a better mattress

Everything was good until we collected our car from the lower ground car park . The steep exit scrapped our under chasis really bad that we think they may be damage to it . We did inform reception but needed to get away as the parking outside was restricted.

When we spoke to reception the male staff member was very huffy and acted as though we were in the wrong for wanting what we had booked - the double bed. Was also shocked that we would have liked the bed making up.
The air con was rubbish and was not capable of getting both rooms cold. The photos which show clean rooms with new air con units are clearly not applicable to all rooms.

The hotel itself is good, nice location…big clean rooms. Problem started when my Bluetooth speaker went missing. The hotel staff could not care less and basically accused me of lying. The manager came and wow…. attitude was horrific…. Zero customer service skills. Experience ruined by rude, arrogant obnoxious staff and that is me being polite !!

Our stay was spoilt by a group of 4 lads in the room next door. They would get in at around 4am and party in their room for the next 3 hours which was very loud!

A great room in a great located property. We had a 2 bedroom room 12D in the main block (the property has a few blocks as part of the complex) The room was made up of 2 twin bedrooms, a main bathroom with a huge powerful shower, a small kitchen looking out over a living room with a table for 4. In the kitchen you have a fridge with small freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, all the crockery and utensils and nice little pack with a sponge, anti bac spray, washing up liquid and bin bag! There was a tv with a good choice of Channel’s, Air con/heating in the living room and both bedrooms, then there is a huge balcony with doors from the living room and main bedroom on to it. On here you find a table and 4 chairs, cleaning mops, clothes airer and a great view over the main pool and out towards Benidorm front (including a sea view!!)
There is NO hairdryer in the room and No iron or board.
The property has a couple of outdoor pools with plenty of space to lounge around and also a heated indoor pool (must wear a swimming cap to use)
There is a bar on-site (I believe this property may also do All inclusive at a different time but we were self catering. The location is brilliant, 5 min walk to the front or Benidorm ‘centre’!
There’s a shop just down the road as well as a couple of bars serving food (inc breakfast!) A great stay had by all, highly recommend.
