This accommodation is so noisy by the cleaning staff that start at 8am in the morning. Dragging furniture across the floor. Banging cupboard doors. The noise was horrendous. The checked out time is 10 am which far to early. We were woken up both mornings of our stay. No consideration for the guest in this accommodation. The Bathroom door needed to be repaired and shower rail did not work properly, had to hold the shower head to have a shower. The accommodation floor was dirty. Would not stay in this accommodation again.

Fantastic accommodation for small groups. There was a €150 deposit which was unknown until arrival, which really should have been made known before. The rooms do have safes however they are chargeable which again we didn’t know until we arrived. The accommodation did also say no large bookings/stag dos etc. and there was a number of hen and stag dos.
It is in a perfect location for the main pubs and a 20 minute walk from the beach. A supermarket is round the corner that does not charge a lot.
The beds and room were fantastic. We were told the beds would be changed half way through the stay which weren’t but not a huge concern.

There is nothing luxury in Levante lux
The building is in a poor condition, no ventilation in the bathroom. Elevator is shaking while going up. Dirty floors. Main problem- water pressure is changing while taking shower, water is changing the temperature as well from burning hot to cold - we couldn’t take a normal shower during our stay. Positive thing - staff is very helpful and friendly. Tip - avoid high floor accommodation- ventilation is very loud!

The hotel is fairly new, convenient and the staff is very helpful and friendly. the Levante beach is a 5 min, 500 m walk downhill. Pool area was quite crowded and is not very cozy but clean and practical. Bar had reasonable prices (for Benidorm!). Room was spacious, very clean and AC was working fine. Nice beach view from window. Only minus were the slow elevators ;) and the fact that it is a bit of a walk to old town if you want to spend time there. We would definitely return if we are to come back to Benidorm!
