Our room door was left wide open for 6-8 hours on multiple occasions, even after making a complaint about it to reception staff. The reception staff and manager were rude and unprofessional and the housekeeping staff/management, in addition to leaving room doors wide open, left a master key card on the table in our room, which presumably would have provided access to every room in the hotel! The hotel's resolution to all of these issues by numerous members of staff from multiple departments was to have a word with the person who cleaned our room!

Great location, Far enough from the crowds but close enough to everything else.
Beach was a leisurely 15 minute walk passing by lots of shops and restaurants.
Hotel was clean with great amenities.
We booked a standard double room which was large and spacious with a great balcony.
We also booked the All Inclusive package. Lots of food and drinks choices available. But be aware that they had no snacks available during the day as it was out of season.
Will definitely book again.

Not a bad hotel, although very disappointed in the spa area we had to pay 16 euros each to use , jacuzzi was cold , heated longer n jet showers not working . Water jar empty so couldn’t even get a drink of water .

The hotel was ok, nice reception when we got there. Bed comfortable. Towels replaced dairy if left on floor. Beds made and bin emptied. I wouldn't say room was cleaned dairy. Breakfast was a bit of a let down, so we went out for breakfast after 1st day. Lunch and dinner were repetitive, but what you expect of AI. Cocktails were disappointing, tequila sunrise made with fanta. Coffee was good. Would i return, no, but wasn't a horrible hotel.

We stayed in a delux room in a separate block which was modern and spacious.
Food was plentiful and replenished often during meal times.
All areas were clean.
There was no obvious recycling of plastics / glass.

I didn't use the spa or some of the facilitues, but was really impressed with the hotel. Check in was easy and the rooms clean. The breakfast was really good and catered to multiple nationalities. It was in a good location as quiet at night but walkable to bars and restaurants. Plus, parking was easy. Would recommend.

Staff unfriendly, reception lady was rude on arrival when checking in, bar staff in lobby were dismissive.
The room was ok apart from mould on bathroom ceiling which was black, one of the sockets/usb on bedside table broken, shower flooded each time of use, hook in bathroom broken and i had birthday bottle of prosecco delivered to me on day 1, day 5 was still in room where it was left empty.
Cleaner changed towels and made bed, nothing else.
Not a 4 star hotel.

Loud and Noisy - Book deluxe if you value sleep

Prepare to be kept up all night by the bars on the street adjacent if you book a standard room. After 3/7 nights calling to complain and ask for a room change we finally got offered one. They upgraded our room to a deluxe one in the other building, set back further away from the main road, and this seriously improved our stay. We were considering booking alternative accommodation.

The staff initially brushed off the noise by saying ‘you’re in benidorm’, even though we chose a hotel far from the strip. after persistence they changed our room

The cleanliness of our first room was okay but not great- masking tape left up in the shower where mould had clearly been painted over.

The deluxe room was much better, more modern, and much cleaner. The balcony door actually sealed shut so you couldn’t hear any external noise.

Once they changed our room we enjoyed the stay much more

This adult only hotel firmly sits in the ‘good’ bracket. Decent food, good entertainment and good hotel decor. The only thing that lets it down is a 15 minute walk to the strip and very slow bar service. The gyms decent and so is the spa. Rooms are well equipped and looked after. Would return for the right price. Wouldn’t rush back but I’ve no major complaints - it is a good 4 out of 5!

The hotel condition was pretty much as expected for the price we paid, the glass elevator that takes you to the restaurant needs a real deep clean, 1 of the 4 other elevators was broken so you were waiting a while at meal times to go up or down

The food itself was ok, there were plenty of options either pre made ready for you to help yourself or they had chefs on hand cooking fresh, whatever meat or fish they had out for you that for that meal.

It's all inclusive and you wear a band around your wrist but you still have to hand your key card in every time you want a drink which was a pain when around the pool area, and the pool bar usually had only one person on and if there's a queue and they're all having cocktails you're waiting a while...and most of the time we just wanted water.. be a good idea to just have bottles of water in a separate fridge or ice bucket so all inclusive customers can just grab them.

We never had a problem getting a lounger, we could go down at 10am and get a lounger in the sun no problem, the issue was lack of parosols/umbrellas, and when we did get one on that day the wind was quite heavy and it took flight and could have seriously injured someone, we later realised that none of them screwed in safely to the base and we were told that the week before that happened and it hit someone.. so the lifeguard came over and said if it gets windy we cannot use them..

One night stay half board - nice large room 15th floor - bathroom was fine would benefit from modernisation, nice view over pool and city. Evening meal buffet as you would expect from 3* or 4* but mainly hot which was good. Good English breakfast buffet plus continental etc. all staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 801 with wrap around balcony in March/April 2025 . Unfortunately it was quite blowy so did not really use balcony. Lovely patio doors. Slight TLC shower drain needed a clean. We had a standing shower and bath with shower. Breakfast was included and had hot and continental options. It’s within easy reach of beach and zoo and old town. Enjoyed our stay and would go back. Maybe a hotel closer to beach for my walking issues. Spa circuit and massage were superb and special shoutout to Tammy who did my massage- thank you I needed that!!

Lovely hotel in a good location. Excellent breakfast. Large rooms. TV didn’t work but didn’t bother reporting it as only there for a few days. Nice to have a shower and a bath. Comfy beds. Room a little tired and could do with touching up in places. The main problem was the noise at night from outside. You could hear the music from across the road which went on until the early hours and people as they came home. I did ask for a high floor in a quiet location but unfortunately got one allocated on 7th floor right opposite the lifts.
Overall enjoyable stay and will definitely return

We had a room on the 17th floor with a corner balcony, it had amazing views and had the sunshine most of the day. The room was very spacious and had tea, coffee & water in the room. The lady that cleaned our room was lovely and so cheerful, nothing was a bother for her. We chose the all inclusive package and the food was lovely, we were pleasantly surprised. We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. It was my husband's birthday whilst there and he was given a bottle of wine and chocolates which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. We have stayed in this hotel quite a few times over a 5 year period and found this time the rooms/bathrooms and hallway carpets are beginning to look a little tired. Obviously this didn't spoil our fun.
