The hotel had a lovely feel about it. Homely. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome on arrival.
The bedroom was furnished well. Bed was gorgeous.and the bathroom had all we needed.
Breakfast was amazing.
Just a couple of points. With breakfast I was looking for baked beans. I eventually found them next to the porridge. Every other hotel has them where the cooked breakfast bar is..
Lastly, some tiles are missing in the indoor pools. Thanks a lovely stay and be back again.

I loved the pools and it was not over busy either.
The staff were spot on and ready to help.

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff, Maid staff also very helpful and flexible with room cleans, good selection of pools although rooftop pool was closed so never got a chance to see roof area, Breakfast was probably the best I've had for a larger hotel
Good bus links right outside front of hotel for cheap travels into central Benidorm or Altea.
Only negative comment i could provide is the air conditioning unit on the roof is very noisy and lasts fir approx 10mins everytime it switches on, apart from that I would definitely stay here again and probably will, alot of more expensive hotels come no where close to this one.

Poor experience

The hotel is run down in places. The indoor pool area was run down and dirty. The outdoor pool could essentially not be used as it was so cold. The same applies to the children’s pool.

The reception staff were unhelpful and said one thing to us about what meals we were entitled to and then changed their mind the following day, meaning we missed out on one of our included meals.

Overall, the hotel is nowhere near a 4*.

Nice hotel - slow staff

The room was not really clean, i could see fingerprints on the TV, the shower screen and the wardrobes. The room is good size with comfy beds and the bath room is also good size. Nice balcony with views. All together a really nice hotel, but the lobby is unfortunately very dated and looks more like a college hub. The out door area with swimming pool is lovely. The outside bar looked more like a coffe shop with plastic chairs. They did not have the drinks we asked for even if they were on their drink list. The attention form the staff a bit slow both reception and bars, nobody asked us once how our stay was and they gave little attention to us when we arrived.

October Retreat Estupendo

At the end of a month road trip in Spain we knew that De Loix would offer us some due rest and recovery while enjoyiing the warmer weather of Southern Spain. We love this place and trust it never to disappoint. This is our 3rd time back. Have tried other places in Benidorm but this is our go to of choice. Great location IN Benidorm but just far enough OUT of it too. if you enjoy beautiful surroundings, great hospitality, peace and quiet while being within a walking distance of all Benidorm has to offer this hotel is ideal. Great staff. Rooms super spacious, great housekeeping comfortable beds and fresh crisp linen and towels. Breakfast is definitely worth getting up for plus the poolside is great for lazy days away from the Benidorm bussle if you choose. Our days here coincided with a huge wedding party which was wonderful to watch. The staff worked flat out but still made sure that all other hotel guests like us not part of wedding party received full service and great hospitality as usual. Will always recommend and return again and again when in this region of Spain

Very good,as always ,stayed here many times over the past ten years and never disappoints,quiet location.on the upside you no longer have to pay for a key for the in room safe👍
Only downside was our patio door would not lock reported to reception on first day and was told someone would come and look / fix it but no one did ☹️

Not what I would calla 4 star hotel. No hairdryers other extras in the room. Room was clean and spacious. We had to request a harrier which was supplied to our room. Certainly an excellent choice of food for breakfast. Otherwise the hotel was just average.

Fabulous hotel

Stayed here as we had booked to go to Benidorm Palace to see the show Aqua, check in was easy, parked the car underground. The room was spotless with a nice balcony, bathroom was huge and clean, the swimming pools looked fab although we didn’t have time to use them or the Spa, would definitely recommend and book to stay again.

Impressive hotel, but look out for the beds!!

Upon arrival, very impressed with this hotel. Very large and plenty of lifts to accommodate access to all floors, in all blocks. Good size bar and lounge area. Biggest disappointment was how uncomfortable the beds were! We had noticed extra touches which gave the hotel a sign of good quality, but felt this quality was let down by the beds which had the springs showing and felt like trying to sleep on a slab of concrete. We stayed in room 3118 which I hope will be of use to the management to check it out.

Fab hotel

Fourth time staying at this fab hotel. It is in a great location for visiting the Benidorm Palace and a 7 Euro taxi ride to the 'old town'. Rooms are modern and spacious. Breakfast lovely. The spa pools are a real treat.

Have stayed in the Deloix many times over the last ten years everything very nice as always except for the dining hall service ... when we have stayed in the past we sat down for dinner a server would come over straight away and take a drinks order , bring your drinks and leave the bill on the table and you would pay at the desk on the way out ...... not now, servers completely ignore you you have to try and attract they’re attention sometimes already eating our main course before anyone came over then reluctantly serve you and ask for the money as they place the bottle on the table very rudely with no please or Thankyou not giving you a bill either but standing there demanding the money there and then while you are in the middle of eating !! I have never encountered anything like this in any hotel I have been in before ... such a let down as other could not fault the front desk staff or bar staff .. such a shame as this would put me off staying here again and recommending to anyone else.. like I have done before .. there’s no excuse for such rudeness.

Restaurant was basic,very white and clinical no soft furnishings so the room looked bare it echoed and although it was not full when we went it was really loud. Paper napkins at the table.
Breakfast was slightly better than average..it did have a small choice of fresh fruit, hot food and omelettes were fresh to order
Staff did there job but with minimum eye contact or communication..it felt like we were on a conveyor belt ..they just wanted us in and out as quickly as possible.they were unwelcoming and cold just like the room
There was a pool bar and cafe.Food and choice was really poor for a 4 star hotel basic pizza,and the usual toasties no salad options or even side salad
We didnt mind having plastic drinking glasses around the pool but would expect a proper glass for beer or wine in the pool cafe..it was clearly for convenience not safety because they let glass bottle beers be drunk around the pool or cafe
Safe in room could be hired at a small cost
This hotel was ok but definitely not 4 star
The restaurant, the cafe,staff communication and friendliness let it down

It was a really nice hotel, clean, with large spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast, included, offered all options. Good value. Downside : the shower screen was far too small, so the floor got very wet, and the check in was a little disorganised and a bit abrupt. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from the main front of Benidorm but just minutes away from Benidorm Palace.

Great location, clean comfortable brilliant showers and comfy beds ... pillows in the bed a bit weird😂... like a marshmallow explosion but I do like this hotel. We have stayed here before and will stay here again and again. Highly recommended as a great base in Benidorm. Ideal for a show at the Palace and some great bars within walking distance too. All have good entertainment. Number 10 and 11 bus across the road from hotel takes you down to Levante Beach and Avenida Europa for the centre of it all. But we love walking and so a long walk down to Levante Beach across to Poniente is easy from here but a taxi late at night is about €6 low season and you are just that little bit back out of the bustle and noise for a quieter nights sleep. First hotel stay for years as we prefer self catering but wanted an indoor pool. We were not disappointed. The hotel is so comfortable, clean and friendly. The indoor pool is lovely and warm, great Jacuzzis and plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts.....we took the bed and breakfast option. We did eat dinner in the hotel 2 nights during our stay. There was so much choice for breakfast and dinner. The rooms were a good size, lovely bathroom, good sized balcony, good wifi throughout the hotel. We did not hear any noise from rooms next door or above. Twenty minute walk to the beach, city hop on hop off bus goes from outside the hotel. The only negative about this hotel is the hot food is not hot.....it's hardly warm. Such a shame as everything else is first class.

Fabulous long weekend break

After staying last year with my daughter and the girls we returned this year, with my husband and a couple of friends. I arrived to our room to find balloons and a bottle of bubbly and chocolates, a really lovely tough.
Lovely big rooms with great views.
The only negative things I would say is the shower could do with upgrading as when turned on the power shot water everywhere!! So it was a bit of a challenge to keep the bathroom dry!! Apart from a bit of a facelift the place is fabulous, extremely helpful staff and everything was lovely and clean and tidy.
We will definitely be returning in the future.

This hotel is pretty inside and out all green foliage making it have a pleasant look and feel.
It is a bit of a walk into the main new town but that said we walked all the way to the old town and back.
Has a very modern cool feel.
Stayed many hotels in Benidorm this has to be in my top 3.

Nice hotel, 2 night break with boyfriend

Hotel is in a good location 2 minute walk from the benidorm palace and 10 minutes from the beach (although the beach is the busiest in benidorm). There is a big indoor pool, large indoor pool and play area for young children and a large outdoor pool for adults and children (this pool is so busy and very loud with the amount of people are children) there is a pool on the roof for adults only which is nice with jacuzzi jets although it seems quite dirty with everyones sun cream floating on the top. I was told by the waiter of the bar that they put pollen into the pool but I think it was suncream. The rooms were great, bright, big beds, large bathrooms. We have breakfast included which had a really good selection but you have to get there early-ish as it gets so busy and it does run out!

Great Facilities, Nice Atmosphere

I was really impressed with the Hotel Deloix and would use it again if I return to the Benidorm area. Good value for money and pleasant atmosphere. Visited April so I don't know if things would be different at busier times.
* Nice quiet area of Benidorm, no noise at night
*room and communal areas spotless and well equipped. Lots of room by the outdoor pool (again, this is April so may be different in Summer). All rooms have balconies due to the design of the hotel. Ours had a view of the mountains some may be of the pool or inner courtyard.
*facilities excellent and well thought out especially the indoor swimming pool. Good for younger children as they have a separate play pool and play area which would be in the shade for a lot of the time in summer.
* food adequate - good value for half board. Very clean and they made a big effort. A little samey after a few days as you tend to get with buffets. Lots and lots of choice. Bar drinks ok £.
* reception and bar/restaurant staff great. All speak excellent English.
*not used much by tour operators so good mix of Spanish and other families
* rooftop pool/bar wasn't open as too early in the season but I imagine it would be lovely. adults only up there too.
*some entertainment on a night which was a bonus as we weren't expecting it. Good for smaller children especially.
* costs a lot to park but we easily found free road parking round the back with no trouble. There is a dropping off area at the front you can drive into.

Lovely hotel, perfect location for us away from the hustle of Benidorm centre. Just a 20 minute walk past the Benidorm Palace, bus stops outside hotel, just 1.5e to town if you don’t fancy the walk! Turn right out of the hotel there are some bars, one with Sky for Football, restaurants and ATM. Just 5 mins from hotel. Hotel had no entertainment except on Saturday as quiet time but not needed. Bar lovely, wine good and very friendly. I’d say the restaurant could do with lower lighting and more of a dining feel but food good, coffee great! Only one negative! Had to pay for tennis!!!! 15e we were the only ones wanting to play should have been free. Gym and indoor pool, SPA but expensive. I’d definitely stay again rooms large and great views over Benidorm and the hills in the distance. Tennis courts on the roof! Wow what a setting!

The hotel was great for children but the kids entertainment was always on a bit too late.
We didn't like the town of benidorm so we visited many surrounding areas, villages, attractions and beaches which were all excellent. It was good to be in benidorm as a center for our holiday.
More adult entertainment would be good.
The pool area was amazing and we enjoyed that a lot.
Proximity to Aqualandia (you could easily walk there) was a big plus as that is a great day out.
Food was acceptable - salads were lovely, breakfast was ok but the coffee machines made horrible coffee and I quickly got sick of it and ended up buying cafe con leche elsewhere.
Parking was too expensive and added nearly €100 to our bill.
But overall our stay was excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was really nice, very clean and comfortable. Pools areas were great especially the roof top one as the view from there was beautiful. We were worried it was going to be to far from the main drag but it took about 20 minutes to walk. The bus stops just outside the hotel and runs regularly costs 1euro50 no matter where you got dropped off. Taxi was 7 euros. Would definitely stay there again I have no complaints at all.

Disappointed!

Great location. Waited two and a half hours for our room to be ready with reception not very helpful! Guests kept arriving and checking and going to their rooms with us still waiting. Room extremely hot at 27 degrees. Could not alter control as obviously a problem! Next morning lifts to our block were not working. I reported the problem to reception and waited. After 15 minutes I walked up the 6 flights of stairs to our room. I have a medical condition with decreased lung function so was quite poorly when I finally reached our room so had to rest for a while. I like this hotel and have not encountered any problems before. Would however think twice next time whether to stay here again.

Lovely hotel in perfect location

We had a very late arrival, around 2.00 a.m, and the hotel had prepared food for us. The hotel is in a lovely quiet location in Benidorm away from the busy nightlife, but within a couple of minutes walk of the bus stop with buses running every 15 minutes. The room was a good size for 3 people with 2 single and 1 double sofa bed. We were able to rent pool towels, kettle and safe which were discounted as we took all 3. This also entitled us to fresh tea, coffee, sugar and couple of biscuits each day. The room had air con and Wi-Fi at no extra charge and maid service was daily. We stayed on half board basis and there was a good selection of food for both breakfast and dinner. The staff were very friendly and approachable. A very pleasant stay and we will definitely return.
