Arrival is a little unsettling as the driveway is very steep and security rummage through the car and your luggage but once you’re through it’s a beautiful hotel. Various options for eating, really helpful staff - and an extremely clean and well-maintained property. We did have an issue with water not flowing through the shower drain fast enough to stop flooding but this was sorted out within 30 minutes. Andrew enjoyed a lovely meal in the rooftop restaurant. Would stay again; and recommend.

Hotel is beautiful. however I booked and paid in full months ago before arrival. We travelled very far to get there and arrived in the morning around 10am, we were told rooms are not ready, came back at 2:30pm rooms will be ready for us. We went out for lunch and came back at 2:30pm. after came back to hotel, they told us no rooms for us they cannot accommodate us and sent us away to a different hotel, which was far worse than the one I booked. It was very frustrated we travelled so far and very tired, tried to get some rest at our pre-booked hotel and were treated like fool.

Despite hotel amenities, services and management were terrible.

Great service from the staff, clean room we really enjoyed the food. We went to two restaurants in the property and we were not disappointed with the food and drinks that were provided. We also really enjoyed the deep soaking bathtub in our room.

We had a lovely two night stay. Breakfast is very good, they have it all! Very nice women in the reception helped us book Alex or Josef they are the best and will give you any tour around the city. Modern room with steamer! We didn't understand how to put on and of different lights in the room properly ;-) maybe we are old fashioned! Nice people, good food, modern, is what stays in our memory.

Excellent stay! The staff were always so helpful. We had an issue with our room which was promptly investigated. When they could not resolve it, they offered a change of room and when we declined moving, they compensated us with breakfast on the house. The staff at the Meko restaurant were so helpful and kind. Got coffee on the house a few times. We had stayed at the start of our holiday then went to Zanzibar for 5 days and returned. Everyone welcomed us so well, it felt like home. Anything we needed, they would at least try their best to provide including flower vases, warming up foods, etc. thank you Victor, Samuel, purity and countless others. We really enjoyed our stay and I can say Kwetu really felt like home to us during our holiday.

The hotel is excellent and the staff went out of their way to be helpful in every way they could. A great experience. I liked the coffee scrub they gave every evening. We bought some flowers and they kindly supplied us with a vase. Warmed up our food for free and were generally very hospitable

The room was great. They did a turn down service which was amazing! The bed was comfy and large. The room had a great view. They were kind and the breakfast was good (able to order what you want and a buffet). The hotel felt very safe. I would go back again! I love the stay! It was so relaxing! I also like how they were able to check me in a bit early without any hassle really accomodating

Very beautiful hotel but it lacks important functions for guests. They supply a hair dryer but it can only be used in the main room where there isn’t a mirror. No privacy in bathroom. Lights were very difficult to sort out. No facial tissue. Staff were very competent in the hotel. In the restaurant Meko the service was very slow and then the wait for the bill even worse. The hotel did reverse those charges which was appreciated. The other restaurant Upedo was very good. Beautiful pool but it had 5 loungers and no shade as well as being adjacent to the restaurant. For the price of the room much more should be delivered.

The ratings are deceivingly high for this hotel. We had so many problems.

What was good: Food, location, gym and unique look to hotel.

What was bad: The service is inconsistent, we were in the most expensive room and never got the welcome fruits everybody else got in the room. Woke up one morning and they had not refreshed the towels or washcloths so had to share with my partner. My friends and I all went out for the whole day and came back around 5pm to find our rooms hadn’t been cleaned, had to call and complain. Remote control had no batteries. The tv in bathroom didn’t work. Weird smells come and go throughout the day. Bath salts not topped up after use. My friend staying at the same time had to change rooms a couple of times because AC or toilet weren’t working. They play music in the hallways and it woke me up every morning. The couches are as hard as a rock in the rooms. The Chinese light switches are annoying, just use normal ones lol!

Next time I’m in Nairobi we won’t be staying here, until we hear they get their act together. As a Hilton hotel we thought they would be much better but ya it’s just a name..

I had the pleasure of staying at Kwetu Nairobi, Curio Collection by Hilton, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location in Nairobi is perfect, with top-notch amenities.

One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding dining experience at the hotel’s top-tier Asian restaurant located on the rooftop. The flavors were incredible, and every dish was prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. It was truly a culinary delight!

The hotel ambiance was vibrant yet relaxing, making it the ideal place to unwind with a cocktails, food, and board after a busy day.

But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, even giving us the opportunity to experience the cigar lounge after hours. It’s rare to see such dedication to guest satisfaction, and I was truly impressed by their hospitality.

Gorgeous new property! Set in a lovely quiet neighborhood (~spring valley) in Nairobi, near Westlands for shopping. Beautiful rooms, nicely styled, lots of amenities.including a house made coffee dacial.scrub brought at turn down, and excellent restaurant on site. We loved our short stay.

The customer service at this hotel is impressive. At check in I had a little tumble with no injury. Me , being a no fuss person thought nothing of it. To my surprise the staff informed the manager on duty who not only apologized for the incident but went over and above to give my partner and i a room upgrade. During checkout the following day, more upper management took time to find out how our stay was and seemed genuinely concerned about customer experience. The hotel is beautiful. I would recommend it and would definitely stay there again. Only criticism I have is the food. My lamb dish was tough… I expected better.

Wow!! hidden gem! We didnt fully know what we were getting before we arrived. We had a great welcome, the hotel is super clean and cool. Sort of feels like a secret jungle with all the trees nearby. Great rooms, great staff, great vibes! would for sure visit again.

The hotel is perfect. There restaurants are amazing. I stayed for almost a month so got to try all the different options on breakfast amd dinner menu. The location is very safe and the staff is wonderful. The hotel is still new so they do not have spa yet. The gym is small and doesnt have much equipment but still kept in very good condition.The rooms are wonderful and well stocked with toiletries. The staff and room service is very responsive, if anything is required 24/7.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très confortable, avec une belle décoration moderne. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux, avec des produits frais. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’endroit ainsi que la qualité du service. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et y reviendrai avec plaisir !
