Great stay for just before an early flight from Marco Polo airport. Cute clean room…. Everything we needed for a good nights sleep. Helpful front desk staff who all spoke English, which made it easier to communicate.
Only issue is that when we arrived from our cruise to the airport by bus we were supposed to get a shuttle to pick us up to take us to this hotel but no shuttle driver was available and that is apparently common during the day. We had to take a taxi to this property.
Early the next morning, we were dropped off by the hotel shuttle service for €15.
Overall a good stay but a little further from the bus stop if you decide that you want to visit Venice city Centre and San Marco

Locating the entrance to the hotel was challenging if not being dropped off by a car service (which we were not). There was a notice to not open the windows due to bugs however there were no screens on the windows which would prevent that issue. Despite not opening the windows we found 4 stink bugs in our room, not the end of the world but also not comforting.

This hotel was perfect for the location to the airport. Only a five minute shuttle ride. The only issue with the shuttle was that the hotel charges $30 per couple round trip which I think is a little high given the fact that you have to meet them out at the water tower and they don't drop you off at your terminal.
Having said that, the hotel itself was wonderful. Very nice sized room, very clean and good customer service. The restaurant food onsite was delicious and the complimentary breakfast was good as well.
We will definitely stay at this property again when we return to Venice.

Lovely place. We arrived shortly after midnight and called the hotel for the shuttle. We waited approximately 5 mins for the shuttle (cost approx 15 euros for 3 people). to arrive. From airport to hotel, it’s a 5 min drive. You will have to meet the shuttle by the water tower - near the car parking lot.
Breakfast was simple but fresh.
The taxi cost us 50 euros from the hotel to the Venezia cruise terminal.

We needed a place to stay near the airport for a late morning departure. We have a family of four and the room was simple, but accommodated all of us comfortably. There was a larger bed in the middle for my husband and I, They had a twin on each side with decent space between. We also had a large patio that was nice for a little rest on the lounge chair before dinner. Restaurant in the lobby was good and seemed to be a popular destination for locals. Free parking was great. Hotel is super convenient to airport and car rental returns. Complimentary croissants when we checked in were a bonus.

Quiet hotel located close to the Venice airport. We stayed for 1 night after a stay in Venice and a cruise. The hotel is quiet and simple with a restaurant attached. The room was a little too warm for us and A/C finally brought the temperature down by the morning but it was warm until then. A small town is walking distance that we went to eat. Hotel provides a shuttle to the airport for a cost. There was a large walk out balcony for the room overlooking the nearby farms. Feels like a stay in the country and close proximity to the airport. Only concern was the air conditioning. The room key is required to insert for the power to turn on in the room. Same for a hotel we stayed in Venice. There is an elevator which is a huge benefit for a lot of luggage to take to the room.

I really appreciated the food and the location, but I must share two things that affected the overall experience.
Unfortunately, no one answered the phone when I tried to call before arriving, which was a bit disappointing.
Also, during our visit, one of the ladies working there kept complaining loudly, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable.
I believe small improvements in communication and staff attitude could make the experience much better, because the place has great potential.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We flew in for a cruise and stayed a couple of days before and after with two separate visits. Shuttle picked us up from the airport and carried us back - small fee to do so - similar to Uber transportation. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, the restaurant was great. Many locals eat here; at night it was always busy. We had a family of four and were able to stay here in one room. Highly recommend this hotel.

location is way out in the middle of nowhere. literally a long walk on a one lane road through open fields to \"a\" buss stop (no street lights at night) clarify the ride to and from anywhere and cost. We were going to be charged twice if we didn't ask questions. The toilet was literally inches from the vanity, had to sit sideways and we are not large people.

This place is very close to the airport in Venice. Cost $20 euro to book a shuttle for three of us. The hotel is nice and the restaurant had great food! However it does not open until 6:30pm for dinner. We struggled getting to it via public transit (bus). This took us about a 20 minute walk down a small winding road to get to it. We had a room on the 1st floor with a balcony which was beautiful. The beds were comfy and the shower nice and big. I would recommend this place. Know that the restaurant is the only food close by.

While a bit of a ways away from the island of Venice, the cab ride to get to the hotel was easy and not too expensive (I think about 30 euro). The place was quiet, the room was incredibly spacious (I have no idea how I ended up with a balcony but I was pleasantly surprised). The restaurant downstairs was amazing. It was obviously very popular among the locals because it filled up in the evening when I went downstairs to eat. Everyone was very helpful. There was a shuttle to the hotel the next morning as well. Very happy with my stay, all around.

Unfortunately, we came to sleep before taking off at the airport. The next day we needed to get up at 4:30 to make our plane. Website on Expedia advertise as free shuttle service to and from the airport when I arrived, I found out this was not true. Disappointment number one. Disappointment number two this was the night of their company party in which they played very loud techno music way past 11 o’clock. I attempted to contact the front desk numerous times, but they were all too busy partying. Maybe if it was a different day this would have been a great hotel stay but for the purpose of why we were there to get a good nights sleep before flying home. I must rate it extremely poor. As for cleanliness, it seemed fine small room. They had a change of room to get us as far away from the noise as possible, but even with earplugs in it was still registered in 85 dB in our room.

I only stayed one night due to connecting flights, so I didn't take advantage of all the services. The location is excellent, close to the airport, and the cleanliness and space were more than enough. I'm not giving it 5 stars because on the website and in the communications they didn't clarify that the shuttle service was charged separately. It's always cheaper than a taxi, but keep in mind that you have to pay for it.

I’m normally weary about airport hotels but since this hotel had opened recently - within the last two years - I took the chance so we could easily catch our flight at VCE via their airport shuttle in the morning. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and the airport shuttle isn’t complimentary however, which I’ve find hotels are junk costing to guests nowadays - €15? Nonetheless, the hotel was very clean; had a lift; the hot water was endless; and breakfast was probably the best €10 I’ve ever spent. The hostess made us fresh pancakes and really made us feel at home. The best breakfast I had in Veneto to be honest. I hope they’ll be able to maintain these standards in the coming years.

The hotel manager explained how to get into Venice on the bus, and had the hotel van take us to the bus stop, and picked us up afterwards. The restaurant was great, with lots of locals eating there.
