The room was an ok spot to crash given the location to the airport but the room itself felt very stuff and a strange layout that felt kind of “harry potter cupboard” and stuffy.. it wasn’t what we expected based on the photos.

The room was spacious and comfortable though the bathroom was a bit tight in space. Did not get my wake up call which was concerning. This is the second time I have stayed here and still highly recommend it for early flights out. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but a shuttle was provided to a nearby restaurant.

My wife and I had a generally comfortable stay, but our experience with one staff member left us disappointed. Whenever I asked a question or tried to make a shuttle reservation, his responses were consistently negative and unhelpful. His attitude noticeably shifted only after I raised my voice, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary.

The hotel itself was fine, but this interaction affected the overall impression of our stay. With better staff training and more attentive service, this property could easily offer a much better guest experience.

Says its a 15 minute walk from the airport, but there is no way to actually walk as its just off a motorway. €5 each way for the hotel shuttle. Wasnt as described

This hotel was a terrible experience. The location is unsafe, and you’re forced to cross a freeway with no lights just to walk anywhere—very dangerous. There was no restaurant open because the staff was on vacation, and the hotel is so far from the city that finding food is nearly impossible. The safe box didn’t work. Even the shuttle we paid for dropped us off far from the airport terminal early in the morning. I absolutely do not recommend this place

This hotel is not in a walkable area from airport. To walk there from the airport one must pass at least two highway intersections. We asked for shuttle to take us from hotel to the airport in the morning for 5 euros per person. They dropped us in a parking lot in the airport and we had to walk and drag our luggage. It was not similar to our other airport shuttle experiences that usually drop you infront of airport entrance.
Room was clean but the AC was off and the heat was on. We had no control on our room temperature. When I called the front desk they said AC is only for summer! and it is against European rules to turn AC on after summer! They were kind enough to turn the heat off. Outside temperature was 16 degrees.

The hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Really the only place to eat but food was very good. Unless you have the hand strength of a gorilla don’t plan on using the hair dryer. There is a switch that has to be held down during use which is extremely tough to push.

Location was great for an early flight to the airport (cannot imagine another reason to stay at that location). It was disappointing that they did not offer the shuttle at a time that would allow reasonable arrival time to the airport for a 6 am international flight (of which there were many!)- even though we requested it at the time of the reservation. That said, it was a quick and easy walk to the airport (even at 4am). Given the cost of the room however (and that the shuttle is advertised), it would have been nice had that also been offered at 4am (vs 4:30am).

The stay was good including the breakfast buffet. The second day Nicolo was very helpful. On our arrival though, the night time staff was not helpful at all. The shuttle service ends at 12. We called a few minutes before 12 midnight, since our flight was delayed. They would not send the shuttle for us. We ended up waiting more than half an hour waiting in the cab line, which was really exhausting.

Unfortunately, the description on Expedia was inaccurate. I found at least 4 inaccuracies. There was NO access to a nearby fitness center (10 minute bus ride after 8 minute walk), and no newspapers in lobby. This property is the perfect spot if you are using Venice as a jumping off spot to somewhere else. The hotel is across the street from the airport has a shuttle service that is easy to use and their restaurant stays open late. We arrived at Venice airport at 9:00 pm. The shuttle was there to pick us up five minutes after we called. We told them that we needed dinner and they stayed open for us.

This hotel is a hidden jam. Really close to the airport, so if you need an overnight day, this is it. The only slight negative is that for our room the bedroom area was up a fairly steep stairway, which might be a problem for some older folks or those with disabilities. The shuttle driver to the airport was not the friendliest, but the ride was quick and convenient otherwise, surprisingly quiet, and a very nice property.

The room was spacious with a loft area for the bed. The breakfast was delicious with a machine that made fresh orange juice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

One Night Stay

One night stay at this lovely hotel near the airport after wrapping up a longer stay at another hotel in Venice. We had an early morning flight and wanted to be close to the airport and our choice to stay. Here was excellent. Staff was amazing room was clean and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The rooms in the pics appear much nicer/ more up to date than the room we received. While we were just stopping there for one night to fly out early the next morning, I was expecting more. Our room was very cramped. It was a small, cramped shower. The sheets on the bed were still damp from wash I assume. It definitely was NOT bad. Just not what I had hoped for based on the marketing material. There was a pretty fancy, small restaurant onsite. There was one server and service was a bit slow. It would've been nice to have some comfort food options vs. all fancy dishes with many ingredients, flowers for presentation, etc. We were coming back from a long vacation and were looking to chill. That's all well and good, just options for the rest of us. :)

Concierge upon arrival was lovely and prepared. They had the room ready prior to the time that was regular check in and I was able to settle in sooner. Staff were warm and very informative with how to get into the heart of Venice by way of public transit. They were attentive to details when I asked how to arrange for a shuttle back to the airport upon check out.
Breakfast was perfect and not over done. The enclosed patio was perfect to enjoy breakfast while I enjoyed my coffee. I look forward to staying here again

As someone who once worked in the hotel industry, I can say this is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed & plan to come back to use it as a home base for exploring Italy north of Venice. The service, food and amenities were top notch. The property is beautiful. It’s an easy 15 minute walk to/from the airport/ferry without luggage (but they have a shuttle for that).

Stayed overnight before a Venice flight home. Location couldn’t be better - you can walk across to the air terminal in less than 10 minutes. While hotel is on busy road it is well shielded and totally quiet. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent. Much better than any meal I would expect at an airport drop off hotel. Highly recommended.

Only complaint is the walls are a bit thin. You could hear people walking down the corridors quite easily. But that was minor. 10/10 would stay again.

The hotel was close to the Venice Marco Polo Airport, whereby we could safely walk the 800m's from and to the airport on a footpath, that was flat. The hotel also did pickup's from the airport, when rung a drop off every half hour. Would happily return to use as an overnight stop over due to its convenience.

You can't really walk anywhere, but the hotel had a very nice restaurant and we had a wonderful meal our last night in Italy. My only complaint was the lack of a plug in the bathroom to heat up my curling iron, and of course where there were other plugs in the room there were no mirrors.
