The hotel is run down. The shower was a total disaster as the water was coming out out of the shower head and from everywhere else around it. The pillows are slim and hard and the room has a strange sent. It is a cheap option for a one night stay if you need to fly out of Venice but they charge you 15 Euro for the shuttle (a 3 minutes drive). Do not bother paying for the breakfast as you get old croissants and old reheated bread.

Excellent location close to the airport without feeling like a standard airport hotel. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Room fairly basic but everything worked and the bed was reasonably firm. Only downside was a lack of internal soundproofing - we were kept awake by loud snoring for a lot of the night from another room. Overall excellent value for money.

Pretty average hotel, but cheap.
I didn't mind the rustic look and feel. It's close to the airport, yes there shuttle is 15 euro. If you don't want to pay, it's a very short walk or you can take the bus if Its running.

Would have giving it a higher rating, but unfortunately there was a cockroach in my room when I woke up. Other then that...this place is great to stay at for 1-2nights before flights

The facility is dated although it is clean and extremely convenient to Venice airport. Shuttle to/from the aiport is not included. If you need to reach the airport, it will cost you 15 euros. That is supposed to include breakfast, which is as far from being memorable as one can imagine. However, for one night while en route to my destination, it's ok.

Driving into the property, parking by the trash cans and seeing the side of the building where equipment was stored, was disheartening after a long day of driving. It appeared run down, not well cared for. Windows unwashed. Check in was super slow with only one gentleman at the front desk. There was NO evening service at the hotel… their restaurant was down the street about 500 metres.
Breakfast was served for 12 euros but we checked out before service began. The rooms were clean but the floors were super creaky and noisy. There was a serious trip hazard between the buildings with not only a down sloping floor but loose tiles. We observed a fellow traveler stumble over the loose/cracked tile. We did not use the shuttle service but I believe that there was a 10 euro per person charge for it, including going to their restaurant…We did dine at the restaurant and it was good, not a lot of atmosphere…

Misleading discription

Apparently there are two parts to this property, which is sprawling. The part that our uber driver stopped os off at (as if he knew that was where the hotel wanted us to go) had no pool, no sauna, no cafe, no concierge, no amenities at all. It was just a small room, although clean. We couldn’t make the tv work, and the person down at the desk made. O effort to help us when we told her. We also paid for an early shuttle to the airport, and were told that would include a continental breakfast of coffee, justice, and croissants, We were told when we checked in there would be a coffee bar set up in the morning. There was none of that, although the front desk person brought us a cup of coffee when we asked about it.
All of these things described must be at the other side of the property because it definitely looked a lot nicer down in the other end!

No indoor swimming pool

I've booked the hotel becuase of the indoor swimming pool. We stayed in Venice for a few days but becuase of an early flight we booked this hotel. We left Venice earlier and we planned to have a nice afternoon in the pool.
Unfortunately during the check in the receptionist told us that the pool is closed for the summer. We were devastated. Nothing was on the website at all. In my opinion it was really dishonest. Many people in the hotel was surprised about it.
There was the outdoor swimming pool a short walk away but after the rainy weather wasn't for us.

We went to dinner and I recommend the place. We had a free lift to the restaurant.
Also the bathroom was nice and spacious but no hooks or a place to put your stuff.
The bed was comfortable.

There were several restaurants within walking distance, or the desk staff were happy to arrange shuttles. Some of them were free. The property is off the beaten path and therefore was delightfully quiet. The people were friendly and understood English quite well. Would happily stay there again. And it was super close to the airport. The shuttle to the airport is not free, but it's a nominal cost.

Great hotel near to Venice Airport

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. The room was clean comfortable with air conditioning and everything needed for a comfortable stay with tea and coffee making facilities. The only negative was no sockets in bedroom for phone charging or boiling the kettle which I had to plug into a floor level socket outside the bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style with every choice of food from hot eggs and bacon to pancakes and fresh fruit as well as tea, coffee and choice of juices. The hotel also has two pools, one outdoor and another indoors. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A perfectly fine hotel close to the airport, for the price paid. The hotel is old but clean.
A free shuttle can transport you to a nearby restaurant for dinner, which was nice.
For those opting for the paid shuttle to the airport, please be aware that you are not dropped off out the front of the terminal but rather at least a 15 min walk away. There is an escalator to assist in the journey, but for those in a rush or that have an impairment that will impact walking, please factor in at least another 15 mins to your journey. This was not explained to us beforehand. I suspect so airport parking fees are not incurred by the driver. $50au for a 5 min drive for 4 people to be dropped 15 mins from the terminal was very disappointing.

Andy at the front desk is the highlight of this hotel! He was so welcoming and accommodating - it felt like we were coming home. The pool was lovely on a hot day, and the shuttle service useful. The room was extremely clean and quiet, and nicely decorated. We’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Venice who would like a bit f respite from the chaos that is Venice proper.

Great Hotel near Venice Airport

We stayed one night at this hotel before an early flight and found it to be a great choice. The location was ideal—close to the airport with a nice restaurant nearby for dinner. While the hotel does offer breakfast, our early departure meant we couldn’t take advantage of it. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want to be near Venice without paying Venice hotel prices.

Nice hotel , very convenient if your flight is early in the morning. The room was clean and full of amenities. They gave us micro filtered water in a glass bottle rather than plastic. The breakfast was great. Lots of options and a good cappuccino. There is a shuttle that will take you to the airport if you arrange for it with the reception. They have two pools. One indoor, and there is also a sauna. Staff was great. Courteous and efficient. We will use again in the future.

We were positively surprised by how nice our room was as it was bigger than we had expected. The staff was very welcoming and the atmosphere in the hotel was cozy and relaxed even though it is close to a main road. It was easy to get to and from the airport with the shuttle which was quite fast as well. The breakfast was also nice with a good amount of choice at the buffet.

This property is BEAUTIFUL! The staff was wonderful and even got us checked in very early! The grounds are beautiful gardens and so peaceful! There are 2 pools(one indoor and one beautiful outdoor pool! It feels like a beautiful retreat and the price was AMAZING ! Breakfast is offered and dining area and lobby is like a beautiful old Italian inn! The nearby restaurant which they provide a shuttle to is VERY nice and new! Food was great! And did I mention, the airport is 5 min. Away!
We will stay here again if traveling to Venice!

Our room was immaculate. The staff were kind but there was a bit of a language barrier. We searched the property unsuccessfully for the restaurant; We were told by hotel staff “it’s in another building”only to find that the hotel provided a shuttle to a great bistro 5 min away. We wish the staff would have reviewed this when we checked in. We had a nice one night stay and drove our rental car to the airport the next day -we were there in 5 minutes. We would stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and quiet. Transportation to the airport (which also has a big bus stop and water taxi stop) was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, and although there is no lunch or dinner on site there is a very good restaurant nearby that the hotel provides a shuttle to. As an added bonus, there is a small but nice indoor heated pool and a sauna downstairs! Rare for an airport hotel.

This place had the best breakfast! It was ideal for a family of 4. It had an elevator and the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Bus stop and restaurant are about a 10 minute walk. It was in a very quiet with not too much around. Parking was easy and free.

This did the job for an early flight out of Marco Polo. It was a 25 minute walk and we felt safe. The room was pretty clean, but everything was super old and in need of a renovation. I wouldn't have stayed there other than the convenience.

Ca' Tessera was very close to the airport and offered transportation. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. There were extra amenities in the room such as a kettle, coffee, tea, and condiments. We would stay again.
