Everything about this experience was superior. Checkin super convenient. Staff friendly and thorough. Communication was above and beyond…responses were prompt and even helped me with convenient places to eat and very thorough information regarding transportation services. Checkout could not have been any easier. I have nothing but gold stars for this hotel, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

Great location very clean and the front desk staff was great. We were able to take the number 5 bus from the airport and there is a stop close to hotel. For the price and the hassle way better then staying in Venice and you can still catch the bus into the city.

The staff was great. The place is just average. We were there early around 9:30 am came from our cruise. The check in is not until 2:30pm but the staff let us check in early for additional 20 euros which is not a big deal for us. We were there for only 1 night and our flight was early the next day at 6:25 am. So, we left around 4am the next day. For 1 night, this hotel/Inn is ok. No other amenities but wifi. No ice, no refrigerator, no microwave.

This was an average hotel. Nothing special, but nothing negative to really report back. Staff was quick with answering the doorbell when arriving. Afterwards they provide the code to get into the building so you don’t have to rely on them. Room was averagely clean and tidy. It appeared to be older, but nothing bad to report

Good option for a short stay near Venice airport. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Staff communicated well via phone and email, but the reception is not 24h. I arrived after midnight and access was very easy, exactly as indicated in their message. It was a bit overpriced for what it is (in addition to a very overpriced Uber service), and it is located in an uninteresting small town, so I would not recommend it for long stays, but it is really convenient if you only need it for a short stay near the airport.

Economical hotel in a quiet town

This hotel is your basic good hotel. There was nothing fancy about it, but it was clean and economical. The air conditioning worked and during a heat wave in Italy that was a dream come true. The front desk person helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs, which was very nice. The shower set up was a little funky because we ended up getting water on the floor of the bathroom but that may have been user error since it had a european shower head thing. The location was good: 20 minutes to Venice so we were able to go in to Venice for dinner and 12 minutes to the airport which made our early plane flight that much easier to catch. It was located in a very quiet town, but there was a nice wine bar across the street.

Great stay for our early morning flight!

It was exactly what we needed before flying out. Close to bus stop (5, 19) from Venice bus terminal (25minutes journey / €1.50 - buy at Tabacchi).

Host was responsive and sent us instructions for our late check in. They also kindly arranged a taxi (€30) for us in the morning for our early flight (5mins drive). Remember to have cash to pay city tax.

We didn't stay long so could not speak about the area.

The room was beautiful in true venetian style and very spacious (and romantic), as well as a great bathroom.
Only thing to mention is the window was left open in the bathroom so it was very cold when we came and the bathroom floor is quite cold regardless (have some slippers if you're an early bird in the colder months).
Be careful with shower cubicle door, it doesn't fully align when closed and you'll end up with a wet floor.

A coffee machine/kettle would have been an added bonus but we survived.
Shame we didn't get to try the ice cream next door

The hotel is 8 minutes to Marco Polo airport by car which is good. The room was fine for a night or two, and the price was right.
They arranged a cab to pick us up at 4am to get us to the airport.
A coffee maker in the room would be my only complaint, but I’d probably stay here again.

The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you look at the Google reviews for this property, she is laughing and threatening everyone that leaves an honest negative review.

I had a horrible experience with their customer service which led to me leaving and checking out 10 minutes after arrival. The owner bragged about keeping my money and rebooking the room right after. Very dishonest and unprofessional.

The owner then threatened to call their lawyer and local authorities if I don't remove my review within 48 hours. Overall I would not give any money to this company, the Sheraton 10 minutes away was wonderful, clean, and people were actually there and working.

Very clean, staff very friendly.I’m one week we traveled around Italy, France and Switzerland and came back to sleep the last night in this Hotel again. With family approval. Venice Bus passes in front of the Hotel every 20 minutes and maybe a 10-15 minute ride. When you pick up the bus by the hotel was always free, coming back is 1€ (euro) a person. You buy the tickets 40feet across where the bus stops. Bus is #5.
We will stay here again when we come back.

My wife and I stayed here 1 night after flying into Venice. It was a short drive to get there and the staff were very communicative and flexible. We had a delayed flight and they were very helpful through WhatsApp.
They even upgraded our room for us which was so nice and we had a good bed and spacious room. Exactly what we needed for 1 night.
It is great as an airport hotel and it’s close to a bus stop to go into the island but otherwise not much tourist stuff near by. But it was exactly what we needed.

The worst i ever experience. 1. i booked due there advertisement Airport Shuttle what they refuse and say orbitz did it. Even on the website the offer this. ok we take a bus and in the early morning a taxi.
2. with many luggage or handicap you have a problem due he fact you have to move all up 3 stairs. 3. Somebody then make the check in process in a room with copy of the passport on his private cellphone and not normal paper copy - unusual 4. The room is very hot and full covered windows. By removing the cover to open the window surprise in the bathroom aggressive mold and in the living room covered with paint. 5. The AC is working only noisy like a permanent running engine. On Sleeping was not even to think. For this we called all hotel around to possible move only most no respond due closed or sold out. So we decided to stay out of the room as long we could and even the 5 hours at night impossible to sleep due the bad air by possible spreading the mold with the AC. I complete went sick and was at ariving in Madrid due big issues with breathing in the hospital to get some medicamentation. All what we experience we recorded by Foto and video and will report this asap to the authorities in Venice where give this .... a working permission. This \"Hotel\" not have to mention the name luxury rooms or anything to host travelers and we hope it get investigated. The funny part is to read other reviews where i cant believe that all other rooms would be luxury or hostable

We are USA citizens and booked this hotel months in advance for our family trip for 3 nights and paid for this hotel, and it clearly said that we need to pay $9.90 at the property. When we got there they asked us to pay 16.80 Euros as city tax instead of $9.90 and that too in cash only, We had no cash on hand and they would not accept card payment; they also would not wait until check out and demanded to pay at the time of check-in and no later than next morning. We had to find a place to withdraw money and gave them. They also laid out many restrictions like no take-out food to room and no room make up everyday etc... while these are not mentioned while booking. I would not trust this place as they make their rules on the fly and baseless.

Lovely hotel, but a little misleading until you get to your room. The ascent to the lobby is scary...dated and dumpy. No a/c until you are in your room. But the room is very nice and very clean, and the service is lovely. The only thing I would change in the room is the bedspreads. A box of tissues would also be nice. It is located close to a few charming
restaurants, such as a gelato store and LaSosta, which has very yummy dining.

The staff were helpful in arranging late check-in from the airport (2:30am). Some instructions on putting the key into the wall to get power would have been helpful as this took us quite a while to figure out and we were very tired. The rooms are tiny but cute. The bus to Venice was easy enough to catch. Just ask the staff where the corner store is to purchase tickets and it is 10-12min into Venice.

GREAT PLACE & LOCATION

PROS: EXCELLENT customer service!! The young man was VERY helpful and always answered all questions. Spacious room. Updated & good sized bathroom. GERAT location, right near a bust stop, for a direct line to take you right to Venice in only about 15 minutes!! Several eating options and convenient stores, ice cram, and ATM all near by (1 block or less.)

CONS: No elevator (common in Europe. However, the front desk helped!) Dated room decor, but very clean and comfortable. My only REAL complaint is that the curtains do NOT completely close-out the window view. There is a walking and sitting area right outside the room, anyone could peak inside if they wanted to do so.

Staff is very helpful and friendly in providing information. They also operate a small cafe for your morning espresso and croissant and there is a great little pizza shop just down the street.

The hotel was decent, the room was clean and the locatiom is great because the bus stop is very close to get into venice. The 3 things that i didnt like is, 1. the pillows, are hard as rocks and im not over exaggerating. 2. We came at the end of april, it was about 65-70°F during the day and THERE WAS NO AC. We asked the staff about it and he shrugged and said there was nothing he can do. 3. While the location is close to the bus, the front door to the hotel is down this walkway, that is infront of a park. At night it is very scary, especially for 2 female travelers. Its pitch black in the park and one night around 12am we came back to the hotel and a man was even sitting in the darking swinging on the swings. It is just pretty creepy/scary late at night. It may be a safe area but things can happen so i wouldnt suggest this place for solo female travelers just for that reason.

The family was very friendly and helpful. The son spoke English which was a super plus for me. They also have an ice-cream shop right next to the property and the ice-cream was amazing. I loved the Lemon. The young man was super helpful when I needed a taxi and also told me how to get to Venezia on public transportation. From the hotel go towards the main street and cross it. Then at the traffic light cross it again and you will find a tobacco shop a couple steps ahead and but your ticket for the bus it is 1.50 one way and the bus picks you up really close by. The buses pass by every 15 minutes. Anyways it's really close to airport about 14 min in taxi or less and Venezia even on bus is close. I liked my stay.

I was a little concerned about the neighborhood when I first arrived. It didn't appear to be in a \"safe\" part of town. Also was confused by the entrance which was not on the main road. When I arrived the hotel was closed with instructions on the door to call a number. I was given a combination to enter the lobby and then there was an envelope with my name on it and instructions for accessing my room. All of this was a bit overwhelming but the owner informed me when I talked to him he would be there in 10 minutes. Once I completed the check in process I was a little more at ease. The owner was more than accommodating and in fact he even gave me different room, one with access to a balcony/patio so that I could smoke right outside my room. It was more than fine for one night. Only thing is, shuttle to airport costs 15 EU and there are other hotels that offer this free.

We arrived early and were kindly brought in to our rooms which were ready for us. The rooms were lovely with plenty of room and very nice ensuite bathrooms. The feel was more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel (though no breakfast was part of the package). It was very quiet (all the noise was us!). We took local transit to the island of Venice for little cost - we were able to buy transit tickets at the inn and access to transit was close by for at least 2 route options. Transportation to the airport very early in the morning was arranged for us (not a free shuttle) which was appreciated.

We had a short stay here for a flight out the next day so chose it for proximity to airport but were pleasantly surprised how lovely our room was and the managers/owners were delightful and so helpful. This small hotel is close to the bus stop which was only 1.50 euros per person one way to Venice so we easily went in to Venice for one last meal and to soak it all in. Be sure to let managers know when you will be arriving as they have to give you a code to enter front door. You could also take the bus to the airport for 1.50 but can also arrange for manager to take you which we did for convenience.

We selected this to be near the airport after our Venice visit. We enjoyed Mestre more than we anticipated. It's a quiet little residential community with a few nice taverns. It was a good place to relax after Venice. The hotel is extremely clean and modern in design, on the border of a public park. The owners family is very kind and interested and they will take you to the airport for a small charge. I had not expected such a pleasant facility and charming people.

Hospitable inn at a good price near the airport

Nice inn. A great place to stay if you want to be real close to the airport. The family that owns it is extremely nice. We forgot our stroller and they were able to drive back and get it to us while we were still checking in for our flight. While we were there the internet wifi went down by our room. They called IT service and had new wifi system put in by the end of the day. Pizza place down stairs on corner of building is amazing and super cheap. Theres a grocery store near by (that closes during the day) that i enjoyed shopping in. The only negative i have is really with hotels.com not charging us correctly for the room. We put 2 adults 1 child and gave age of 3 years old, it allowed us to book a room that is against occupancy laws. We were very lucky they had a larger room available that we had to pay more for, or they said we would have had to leave.

We had arranged for pickup. Clear instructions were sent by the hotel manager. We relied on our cell phone working when we arrived in IT, but it did not. Despite this problem, the fellow picking us up didn't give up and persevered until he found us. I was VERY pleased that we made it in that night. Well done Hotel Feel staff, well done! 1 night stay with late flight arrival

Excellent hotel close to airport and very easy to get to if you have a late flight.
Taxi to hotel approx €18
Bus into Venice approx €1.50
Room very clean and modern.
Staff very friendly.
Would definitely recommend.

Questionable ethics where the hotel manager is concerned. Attempted to overcharge for the taxi service back to the airport (50 Euros!). When we showed him the contact info we had for another taxi service, he declined to call them for us. Then made a big show of figuring out the room tax. I saw him punch in \"28\" on his calculator. I then showed him my Expedia receipt which clearly showed that we owed a total of 6 Euros. He then relented and agreed that that was the tax. The room itself was okay, but more expensive than the 2 bedroom apartment we had near the Plaza San Marco, which, given the location of this hotel, didn't make sense. The hotel is located in what looks like a strip mall in a somewhat commercial area. The pros of this hotel are its close proximity to the airport (which is why we chose it), the clean rooms and the comfortable beds. Did not get to try the free breakfast. The cons were the shady managerial staff, the cost of the room, the shower that leaked all over the bathroom floor, and the noisy neighbors in the hallway that came in later that evening. BTW, we ended up calling our own cab the next morning which cost us 30 Euros. Please also note that there are no elevators in the hotel, and so be prepared to lug your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The manager did help us with that, which was probably the last nice thing he did for us. Will not be returning to this inn and definitely don't recommend it.

The staff are quite friendly and have very prompt communications. The location is close to the airport and they provide shuttle services (with a pretty reasonable surcharge). It's also a pretty quiet neighborhood, considering most of Venice is very loud with tourists. Wouldn't mind having another stay.

Beware of extra charges

Beware of extra charges here. Booked a double room that states on the site for 2 people. When we got there the lady told us 30 extra euros for second guest, but she would give us a deal for 20 euro. Then wouldn’t except credit card payment made us get cash from ATM, kind of felt scammed there since their website doesn’t say anything about extra personal fee.

Nice elegant small hotel.

Nice elegant small hotel near #5 bus between VCE airport and old Venice. Very clean. Friendly staff. No free airport shuttle that was written in listing. Lacking in some comfort items: no elevator, room poorly lit, no screen on window, A/C blew out only warm air. Minimal breakfast.
