If you are a tourist this place is very far from the airport or from any of the tourist attractions. This place mainly caters to the many nearby hospitals. The hotel has weird rules like if you need extra toilet paper you have to pay extra.Under no circumstance can you change rooms.They take your finger print so you can use it for some doors while other doors require a key. They will not accept food orders at the lobby. They have a laundry area where all the machines are non operational and the only option is to wash by hand. The place is clean and has a full kitchen which could come in handy. Is in a neighborhood that feels safe.

El hotel está bien, las habitaciones tienen lo necesario pero el personal de recepción quedan mucho a deber, el chico que atiende en la mañana es muy grosero, te habla como si fueras una persona discapacitada que no comprende. Creo que solo por eso no recomiendo el hotel.

Con decir que me volvería a quedar si cambiaran a a un mejor colchón. Nunca había dormido en un colchón exageradamente duro. Una de las inversiones más importantes de la habitación debiera ser la cama. Quizás porque yo soy una persona grande y de mayor peso, que siento más la mala calidad de colchón. Es una lástima porque la ubicación es perfecta para nosotros y el resto del hotel muy aceptable, pero no me puedo volver a qyedar para sufrir desveladas pagadas.

Estoy muy agradecida con el personal del hotel. Fueron muy amables con mi esposo y conmigo. Hicimos la reservación muy temprano en la mañana y el check in es hasta las 3 de la tarde. Pero cuando me comuniqué con ellos y les expliqué que estábamos en la banqueta bajo una sombra esperando, ellos nos dejaron pasar adentro en el área de espera hasta que estuviera lista nuestra habitación. Fue un lindo gesto que les agradezco mucho. Nuestra habitación está lista 1 hora antes del check in oficial y fue justo lo que necesitaba. Limpio, fresco y con todo en orden. De verdad que se los recomiendo a todos.

esta muy encerrado no tiene ventilacion, en el baño sale el agua hirviendo no tienen agua fria solo llave de caliente, se oyen los ruidos cuando usan la cocina y todo el olor de lo que cocinan se impregna en las habitaciones; si llegas temprano te dejan pasar a una sala y de antemano te avisan que no hay baño, te tienes que esperar hasta que te den tu habitacion

Lo primero no es Hotel común como posiblemente te imaginas, es un Lugar que renta habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias que tienen un acceso básicamente súper independiente de algún personal , entras con huellas y tarjetas.
Tienes que saber que si llegas antes de las 3 pm tu habitación rara ves estaría lista y que no tienen baño por si llegas al hotel con ganas de hacer tus necesidades tendrás que salir a buscar otro lugar ya que literal no hay solo los que están dentro de la habitación. Aveces te pasan a una sala de espera dentro de la instalación o te mantienen esperando enfrente hasta que llege la hora deseada.
No tiene restaurante , cuenta con una cocina literal con todo lo necesario para hacerte tus alimentos sin problema.
Tienen un horario de atención de 9 AM a 8 PM me parece y por las noches no encuentras ningún personal ni queriendo , me levante tipo 6 AM y el agua de la regadera no salía caliente y busqué personal y nada.
Ojo: para que el agua salga caliente PRENDE LA LUZ 😂.

desde la entrada está complicado, con la doble puerta se complica la primer entrada. Alguien se le ocurrió la grandiosa idea de entrar con huellas digitales, que a mi no me funcionan. La atención de la recepcionista fue terrible. El uso de solo 10 min de agua caliente por día es malo. no hay estacionamiento y no ha acuerdos con estacionamientos cercanos.
