Basic hotel in good location
Hotel Diana offered a barebones room (bed, bathroom, not much more) in a good location. Clean but worn. Shower water was warm. Check in staff was friendly. It was all I needed for a quick stay.

The hotel is in very poor condition. The pictures didn't look as bad as it is. The wifi was very weak so I couldn't use it when I needed it. The staff were very helpful and polite though. That's the best part of the hotel

Given the low price, I was not expecting great facilities. However, they should do better at cleaning their beds and rooms. I only chose this hotel because of it's location. Fortunately, I just found a new brand hotel one block away with prices slightly higher.

Es un asco de hotel. Huele súper mal. El vigilante hace trabajo de recepcionista y también es un señor que huele mal. Te piden dejar tu coche atravesado en la calle mientras haces tu check in porque no es seguro que tengan estacionamiento el cual también es inseguro. Ni siquiera me hospedé, así como entré a la habitación me salí. 654 pesos para una ratonera. Me quede en otro hotel 4 estrellas por 700 pesos y con desayuno incluido. Es un absoluto y entero asco.

Muy mala experiencia. Desde el inicio el edificio se ve viejo, el vigilante es quien recibe a los huéspedes con una actitud poco amigable , me pregunto por cuantas horas lo necesitaba y me regañó por haberla realizado el mismo día la reservación. Me solicito una identificación que se quedaría en resguardo mientras permaneciera en el hotel. El olor es insoportable a cigarro. Fue terrible tanto la recepción como la calidad del hotel. Definitivamente No lo recomiendo y ojalá que el vigilante logre cambiar de actitud.

La ubicación es grandiosa, y tal vez el precio lo más atractivo pero creo que el hotel podría brindar un mejor servicio, específicamente en las instalaciones tanto del edificio como de las habitaciones. Por ejemplo, en la que me dieron se encontraba un importante problema de humedad en la pared y el microonda no funcionaba, además la cama de la habitación deja mucho que desear por lo incómoda. Cumple para dormir y bañarse. Buena ubicación. Pedí la habitación con miroondas y frigobar, pero la instalación eléctrica del microondas no lo soportaba y cortaba la corriente. Aunque yo hice la reservación, se hospedó mi amigo James de Canadá, dijo que fue el 'peor sótano de su vida' con una ventana que daba a un techo de lámina, donde anidaban las palomas que lo despertaron a las 4:00, pero lo verdaderamente terrorifico, fue el último día, al intentar bañarse, se desbordó la taza del baño, con residuos asquerosos por todo el baño. Estancia de terror, asqueroso y cero recomendable.

El recepcionista es una persona altanera, grosera y no quería respetar el pago de la habitación. Evítense conflictos con esta gente tan vulgar (nos dijo que le hiciéramos como quisiéramos y nos sacó del hotel). Tuvimos que regresar en la noche ya que había otra persona igual de amargada pero por lo menos nos respetó el pago.

Es un edificio antiguo, aunque bien situado sobre la avenida universidad, muy cerca de ahí hay una plaza comercial, las instalaciones, evidentemente deterioradas aunque las han tratado de mantener lo mejor posible, la habitación limpia dentro de lo que cabe, bien pintada, sin embargo la cama extremadamente incomoda, solo te colocan una cobija muy delgada, y entra mucho viento por abajo de la puerta, fueron un tanto amables y me pusieron dos cobijas (igual de delgadas), pero lo peor del lugar es el olor intenso a caño, mas por la mañana y la noche, era imposible estar ahí, a pesar de estar \"limpia\" con ese detalle parecía que dormías en una alcantarilla, el agua de la ducha muy bien, en mi caso necesitaba una mesa y mi habitación no la tenia, el Wi Fi ni de broma llegaba al 6º piso y a decir verdad en ningún lado me pude conectar.
