Probably it was my last stay in this hotel. I stayed there for 3 times. I always faced problems. Particularly this time it was freezing in my room . I had to go down to the reception to ask them for help to turn on the heating but was of no use . They provided me with an electric heater. Its not worth it staying there at all

If you like cheap hot sheets (not cotton) super hard beds, and pillows that are filled with cheap fillers that make you hot. This is the place for you. The hotel is nice but old, rooms have no USB outlets. Had issues from check in with them not giving me the room I paid for though Expedia. Got stuck with a second night when Expedia did nothing to help me cancel my second night when the hotel did offer to but said Expedia has to do it on there side. Two nights of no sleep. Thanks to the bed and sheets and Expedia.

When we arrived, the first room they sent us to had not been cleaned and the beds were a mess. On Xmas Eve, came back to the hotel looking forward to a rest but they’re hired out the atrium for an incredibly loud party. Awful music blaring out so loud that it sounded like it was playing in our room 5 floors up. When we, and other hotel guests complained, we were just told it finished at 2 (although it was so loud they had to repeat that a couple of times before I heard). Therefore, couldn’t rest until music stopped just before 2. Hotel has definitely seen better days. Some areas are well maintained but if you’re 6ft like me, you’ll spot areas that haven’t been dusted for years. Breakfast buffet was great though and staff there were good. Plus the hotel wasn’t too pricey and the pedestrian bridge to Perisur shopping mall is very useful.

Front desk personnel have excellent rapport with people, the Bell boy Capitain was awesome. The restaurant has good selection of food but the quality can be improved a bit. Good for a quick bite or if you come in hungry and in a rush. Rooms are clean and have the essential to rest comfortably and more. I will recommend it! Kudos!

Solid three star hotel

This is the hotel for a conference nearby. After flying all night i arrived at 11 and they claimed no rooms available for early check in. I had bfst and waited till 1 still no room so i went to the conference. Not everyone can check in after 3 hotels have to be flexible. The internet is the worst ive seen in a long time. Totally useless in my room on the second floor, in the restaurant and in the lobby. I think the hotel wants to sell you an upgraded internet service by giving you the worst possible one.
I felt a lot of stress every morning at breakfast by the shortage of waiters. I cant have the buffet and must order a la carte. More personel might be needed. Everything else was ok but these three issues might mean my staying somewhere more accomodating.

Pretty average hotel, across the highway from a mall. The in-hotel restaurant has good service but the prices are a bit high and the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired.

I had dinner there three times, and at least twice my food was simply something that had been cooked before, then microwaved or flash-heated. My final night there I had the lasagne. The top layer of cheese was so hard I couldn't cut it with a knife. I pointed this out to the waiter. He returned saying that the kitchen told him that \"sometimes the cheese gets hard if you don't eat it quickly enough after it comes out of the oven.\" I've worked in kitchens—it was typical of cheese that had been heated and reheated. Not worth arguing over. Despite half the dish being inedible, no discount was offered.

There's an ATM in the lobby, but the bank fee on it is ridiculously high. Go across the street to the mall. There are several banks that offer better exchange rates and lower (or no) fees.

It didn't seem that the staff was too on top of things. On one afternoon, I passed a half-eaten hamburger lying on the handicapped ramp leading up to the elevators. Later that evening I went downstairs to the restaurant. The burger was still there (it had been stepped on though) and it hadn't been cleaned up by the time I finished my dinner.

Unresponsive. Unprofessional. Manager nowhere to be located when request multiple times on multiple occasions. Had money stolen from my room $200 USD. $1,500 pesos. Had a double bedroom one bed was broken since the first day i arrived on my 5 day trip. They “repaired” it the following day for it to break again the same day. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere before booking here if you want to go through the hoops.

OK Hotel for my one night stay. Reception lady and restaurant employees were very nice to me ! Hotel is a bit worn out and needs a bit of maintenance. Parking is very convenient and at very affordable prices. Food was good and at affordable prices. WIFI was very good. If your are ok to stay in an OK hotel, not being a 5 star nor very fancy, then this can be a very good option for you.

Staff was very courteous but...rooms are incredibly warm. I complained and they tried to help but my room would still get too hot. Property is full of windows (all single pane) and air conditioning system is very weak. In other words, it was like staying in a greenhouse...not very enjoyable. Slightly better at night but I was still breaking a sweat. Rooms are very noisy too. AVOID!!! AVOID!!!

I was in Mexico City with my department for a three-day conference, and conference participants were recommended this hotel for lodging options. I stayed for six days and had an excellent experience for the entire duration. The hotel was well-maintained, kept clean, and the hotel staff was welcoming and amiable. I was surprised by how nice, comfortable, and clean my hotel room was, with amazing views. The room was spacious with a king-size bed, large desk, ample closet and drawer space, and a large beautiful bathroom. The restaurant and room service were terrific, and the housekeeping staff was phenomenal. Every time I returned to my room, the room was cleaned and refreshed. I’ll have annual visits to Mexico City, and I’ve decided to use this hotel every time. Keep up the excellent work!

Staff took 30 minutes to check me in. Once checked in they where unhelpful and unwilling to put me in a room that was not facing or closest to the main highway. Separately the room had no pillows and was dirty. Lastly the hotels elevators did not require a keycard to go up to the rooms. Anyone could potentially walk in and access the rooms.

Strategic location if you need to stay in the south of the city. Safe area, well lit, right in front of pedestrian bridge that connects you to a big shopping mall.

Did not like stinginess of the front desk staff. Asked for water bottles and was denied.
