Staff very nice although they forgot to respond an email requesting extra pillows the first day, I had to remind them the following morning. Room is outdated, bathroom lights were flickering very annoying. A lot of noise outside from the street. I had a simple room and I guess they give you the worse location and condition. Lacks amenities. Not enough hand towels. Mattress a bit old with a dent in the middle. Maybe next time I have to pay extra to stay in a more remodeled room away from the noise.

No es un 5 Estrellas, pero resuelve.

Bastante limpio, el colchón cómodo y la regadera excelente. El servcio no es extraordinario.

Lo catalogan como 5 estrellas pero muy lejos de serlo. Te piden depósito por el uso de la caja de seguridad del cuarto y si requieres el uso de una plancha.
Le faltan apagadores y contactos eléctricos en puntos clave.

El televisor y la recepción dejan mucho qué desear. El WiFi es muy mediocre.

En general, para un viaje rápido, es aceptable aunque el precio es excesivo.

The bathroom smell like rotten broke pipe. I ask to be moved to another room they said that all single rooms smelled the same and that I had to pay $2,000 pesos if I wanted to be move to the other side. Because I also complained about the excessive noise. It was impossible to sleep. Because their windows are so thin that you can hear every car that passes by. They said that Expedia was aware of those issues. I told them that Expedia usually tells you if the room is expose to noise or not. Anyway I would never stay their again even if they would offer me a room for free.

The service wasn’t great, I had to ask for a bedding change twice because no one came up the first time. The sheets smelled like if they weren’t changed after the last guests.
I asked for extra towels twice because no one came up the first time I asked at the front desk.
The room itself didn’t feel very clean, the carpet was so old and dirty.
The restroom was also dirty.
I will not be staying here ever again, however I will be going to Mexico City again and very soon!

Property is okay. The rooms need some major updates specially in the bathrooms. The sink faucet leaked and the bathtub was terrible. The window in the room was stuck open and could not close. All the repairs that the room has had were terribly patched or fixed so you will notice all of the cosmetic work.

The hotel needs to be updated. It is stuck in 1990. The drains in the bathtub didn’t work and the water pooled. The mattresses were horrible and hard. They hurt my back. The outlets all showed cables and are clearly not up to code. The carpet in my room was constantly wet and I don’t know where the leak came from. The staff was polite and helpful but I would never come back here ever.

Tienen un personal muy atento y amigable, buen servicio, la comida del restaurante es muy buena, buenos precios. Pero, esta muy viejo, las alfombras estan muy manchadas, ya deben cambiar las alfombras y la fachada se ve sucia. No tienen taxis, nosotros ocupabamos servicio de taxi al aeropuerto y no pudieron ayudarme en recepcion. TUve que buscar por mis propios medios.

Can't workout in the morning & poor records

They lost our bookings and we had to prove that we had made them. Then they said since we didn't pay in advance they didn't have any rooms for us. I showed them that I chose to pay a deposit and then the rest at the hotel but they never processed the deposit. The gym didn't open until 9am which is completely worthless.

I arrived there at night only to be told that I had no reservation and that they needed me to forward my reservation to them so they can see if it is correct.

The one person ho claimed she was in charge was rude and unprofessional.

I told her that on the picture that Expedia offers it shows two beds for a single room. She said that the marketing ad was wrong so she gave us a room with one bed. She also asked that I leave my credit card open so that she could charge the fee the next day and that she had no idea what the fee would be.... Are you kidding me, who is dumb enough to leave a credit card completely open?

Then after much argument, she said it needed authorization for the amount of the stay because she could not verify if I had paid which I had already done through Expedia.

The room had old black mould in the shower, there was some sort of lid metal under the carpet that you could hear every time you walked by, the heater did not work so we were freezing.

The people working the front desk in the day were much nicer, they moved us to another room that was still cold but clean.

I asked for an iron and they said I had to give them 500.00 pesos to borrow it and after I finished they would return the money. REALLY? Why they had my credit card.

I would never recommend this hotel!

The location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There were a couple of things I had issues with: it was way too noisy and the shower needs to be updated.
There is a bar in the lobby area that doesn't close until about 2 am, which means that there is constant noise and music all night long. After having a long day in the city and dealing with the noise and the masses of the city, all I wanted to do is go to my room and relax in silence. Did not get that. All I got was very bad singing. The performer was awful and it continued until 2am. It was like that for two straight nights.
Also, the shower is so poorly designed that the doors did now close and the water leaked to the floor and crated a mess.
I've traveled to CDMX a few times and I usually stay at an Airbnb but this time since I was staying for only three days, I decided to book a hotel. Not the worst decision but will reconsider for next time.

Great place to stay in the city

I loved this hotel. I had the chance to stay in the senior suite. It was wonderful. The staff was amazing and great. And the price was very reasonable.
The senior suite has a jacuzzi tub that was a nice bonus.
The view was great.
Right across the street there is a shopping center with a vips and a really nice grocery store.
Access to the airport or any part of the city was relatively easy (it’s still Mexico City traffic 😉)
There was good WiFi access. Throughout the hotel. The signal wasn’t very strong by the window or bed, but you could access from the couch in the room with ease.
I didn’t have a chance to eat in the restaurant, but I did visit the disco area for a 70’s 80’s concert with a good band. There club was great and very comfortable.

All in all, this was a gear place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

(Please note that I do speak Spanish, I don’t know if the staff speaks English)

Well let me begin by saying that we had to leave the hotel at 1:30 am because there was bed bugs crawling on the bed! I asked hotel for a refund and they said they couldn’t at the moment. It was a horrifying experience! Worst hotel ever.

THIS IS A SMOKING HOTEL

This hotel has signs all over indicating it is smoke free. However, our team was sitting in the lounge and we began to smell cigarette smoke coming from he next table. When I asked the server about the hotel policy, she acknowledged the smoke free policy. When I asked about the smoking table next to us, she shrugged her shoulders and ignored it. When I reported it to the front desk, their reaction was the same, though slightly apologetic.

Dinner in the restaurant was flavorless. Very surprised, since we were in Mexico.

Heater in the room did not work at all.

It was auwful, I wouldn’nt anyone to stay there, at my arrival The shower/bathroom still had used toiletries from previous guest, asked for it to be cleaned, nobody came, next day am asked again twice answer was the people still hasn’t arrive to work!!!! I had to be rude for them to send somebod, the manager of the cleaning g crew was reprimending the person in front of us!!! Then at our departure nobody offered an apology, like nothing happened!!!! The food I requested was cold, soggy French fries bathed in oil; carpet with stains, hallway without light, filthy bathroom, really never in my life had such an experience, please don’t recommend this hotel again

The rooms are spacious and the bed are good but the hotel is outdated and for some reason the water during the shower cuts off. It is very secure since theirs a police station right next door.
The service is terrible if your not dressed in a suit n tie forget about good service. At the restaurant inside of the hotel the waiters will even tell you don’t forget my tip. Also the day before our departure I arranged taxi from the hotel with service guy and the next morning I wake up at 4 am to head to the airport and no taxi to be found almost missed my flight. The guy in charge that morning actúally told me he thought I was lying and simply went away and sat down while I struggled to get a taxi on my own. Never again will I stayed at this hotel where basically you have to look like a million bucks to be served decently

Unscrupulous hotel never book a room with them

I ended not staying in the hotel due to their sleazy practice of announcing themselves in sites like Hotels.com and Expedia (my friends reserved with expedia) and when you get to the hotel they claim they can not honor the reservation due to the lack of credit of this sites with the hotel. They offer to give us a room at about twice the price we paid so we decided not to stay. You should delete them from the list of hotels you offer. They are running a scam and using your site for advertising themselves and force people to pay more, specially if you arrive late at night and have no time to look for other options
