The breakfast included sliced tomatoes, meat, cheese, cottage cheese, bread and more.
The room was clean.
Mauricio at the front desk is helpful and speaks English well.
The staff are positive and try to help.
The hotel is located on a major bus line (Metrobus Line 1), and it is near a big supermarket that is open until 10:00 PM.

Bad:
The first room they gave us smelled of sewage. We rejected it and so they gave us a better room.
The lighting in the room was very dim.
The toilet was in poor condition and the kitchenette sink was poorly installed.
The shower was small and dark, and the water temperature tended to fluctuate.
The suite had no dishes or cutlery, so we had to ask for them.
Even though we stayed in an interior room without any street view, we could always hear low-level background noise.

Staff in lobby morning shift was always rude. Afternoon shift was lot better. Continental breakfast is awful and if you get there 15 min before it’s over they don’t refill so basically there will be nothing. Get there early.
The floors between rooms on upper levels look a mess… breaking, cracking, pealing up, etc.
they never had the gym open on time and when they’d unlock for me there were towels and paper all over, they don’t clean it often. It’s also just a small room- absolutely not a gym.
Alberto was highlight of our trip. He was amazing taking us places and helping whenever he could. Floors in room were always sandy like they didn’t sweep or mop.

• I encountered a cockroach in the bathroom, which was both distressing and unacceptable.
• The continental breakfast offered was notably limited in variety and did not meet the standard I expected.

Cuartos cómodos pero sumamente austeros. Nos tocó una habitación que está al lado del cuarto de limpieza, por lo que desde temprano estuvimos escuchando cómo se azotaba la puerta cada que entraba y salía el personal. Hay restaurantes variados muy cerca del hotel.

The location was good for my purpose as it was close to my work location. The hotel was old and while okay not great condition. There was no room service available, the breakfast was pretty mah, the coffee was good, the door to my room was not secure, when I reported that the safety latch was off and on the floor when I returned in the evening, they said they would fix it the next day.

Necesitaba hacer un tramite en la embajada de China y este hotel esta cerca de la misma. El hotel esta limpio, hay un restaurante en la planta baja. La habitación estaba bien, solo pase la noche y muy temprano salí a hacer mi tramite. Asi que no pase mucho tiempo en el hotel, pero si me volveria a hospedar aqui.

Property fine but room had window to a conference room so (1) a bit dark & (2) ñot very private. Also, there was a party of around 200 young people who were noisy & inconsiderate. Rooms should have been allocated so we weren't near them.

Quiet and comfort doesn’t always come easy in CDMX. This hotel provides both. Will definitely stay here again. Do not recommend the restaurant downstairs, however. I would go to vips instead or order in from somewhere.

I’m 3 days did not sleep good. The suit condition was bad. Had a technician 4 times in my room and Jejeje got fix. Request to change room and still waiting. The manager was very nice but my stay was horrible. Been in a room without air condition was not good at all specially when i had surgery

Great location and good price. The room could be claner especially places such as telephone , drawers, etc. which had a lot of dust. Restaurante is closed and room service is far from reasonable. Out of 4 breakfast only one worked as requested. There are no options, you have to eat what they cook for the day. One day I had to leave with no breakfast because they did not deliver it. Two days I had to call because it had not been delivered in the agreed time. Only one day was the breakfast delivered in time. Lets hope things will improve after this pandemic.

En general, la estancia estuvo bien. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, lo cual se agradece mucho. Sin embargo, el cuarto tenía un aroma un poco extraño que sería importante revisar.

Lo único negativo fue el desayuno continental incluido en la tarifa, ya que consistía únicamente en fruta. En comparación con otros hoteles donde el desayuno continental suele ser más completo, considero que podría mejorar en variedad y opciones.
