Mi reservación era VIP, al hacer check in les pregunté si me darían una botella de vino para los VIP como mencionaba la página, me dijeron que ya estaba en la habitacion. al entrar no, no estaba, cuando bajé avise a la misma persona que NO, no hay botella, a lo que me dijo que me llevarían una. jamás la llevaron. entonces no fue tan VIP, el lugar esta bien con sus detalles como tvs con roku pero desconectadas del internet.

The room is decent for the price, staff are friendly and helpful. There is no air conditioning at the WTC location. The fitness room is poorly equipped and dirty and dusty. I have never seen anyone cleaning it, not weights, only one of the three cardio machines was functional, the Wi-Fi connection was pretty weak, then it was constantly disconnecting from our devices as well as from the smart tv located in the bedroom.

The units lack in cleaning, the floor was always so dirty regardless of the maids’ efforts. There were crumbles of food under the sofa. Also, the utensils given for the kitchen are low in quality and not enough to cook.

Great location though. However, the windows are not noise-cancelling, the windows locks are all broken. I had to wear some earplugs for sleep.

Incómoda situación

En una estancia de 3 noches la última noche no limpiaron habitación…al salir de mi habitación está la persona que limpia y me pregunta si se nos ofrece algo ? Si requiero me cambien de toallas , a esta pregunta respondo no gracias .. y cuando llego en la noche la habitación sin realizar limpieza alguna , cañas descendidas, baño sucio , botes basura llenos sin barrer trapear etc , NADA … bajo y el chico de recepción me dice que lo siente mucho pero que no hay personal de limpieza ya , y que seguro yo dejé el letrero ti en puerta de no aseo, le contesté que No y le dije lo que pasó al
Salir en la mañana y lo que me preguntó sobre toallas . Respondió que seguro se confundió la señora de limpieza (por favor , quien va a querer regresar a una habitación sucia ?) pues en la mañana del día siguiente en mi check out , doy tarjeta llave y me dicen permítame y llega la señora de limpieza en tono molesto a decir que yo dije que lo limpiara , le mencioné ahí lo que me preguntó de las toallas y empezó una discusión de que si dije de que no dijo etc etc , situación que es completamente de falta de atención al cliente “confrontar” con el personal implicado … ellos deben resolver su falta de atención entre personal y encargados , fue molesto , incómodo, hasta podría decir innecesario pues ya no había nada por resolver pues lo sucedido fue un día antes …. Muy mal !

Es una suite muy bonita , pero no entiendo porque no dan jabón en barra para manos y para bañarte … solo pusieron una barra de 10 gr para sus personas , y una estancia de 4 noches 5 días es muy poco jabón .

We stayed here for 10 days and it was exactly what we wanted. The room was spacious, and the kitchen had all the things we needed like a corkscrew, wine glasses, pans etc. There is a large grocery store right across the street. When there is a concert at the WTC it can be loud at night, but otherwise it is quiet. Excellent dining options within walking distance.

We arrived and had no towels, no bottled water, no soap, no tv , not what was described on site . Terrible shower head, difficult to shower , water splashing all over . Did not enjoy the room o e bit. Also very hot in the room, suffocating .

Room looks new and clean, the problem is, it has no ventilation at all, no air conditioning or opening window. Shower door opens to Shower handle, so it’s impossible to reach it. I’d never stay here again.

Perfecto para viajes de negocios. La zona es tranquila pero hay algunos cafés y un pequeño centro comercial enfrente. Todo parece bien seguro. El wifi funciona bien. La sala de gimnasio deja que desear bastante. Tiene una terraza bastante bonita en la azotea. El apartamento es amplio, limpio y más funcional que la mayoría de otros que he visto en la ciudad.

Prime location for longer stays

Hotel looks brand new and well maintained. Front desk and maintenance staff were extremely accommodative. If you don't speak spanish its a bit of problem communicating else no issues with hotel. For longer stays it is a very good option as it has a kitchen and suprema is right opposite and 20 minutes away from all the tourist attractions in Mexico city.

Of all the areas we could have chosen to stay for our brief visit to CDMX, I think Colonial Napoles was the most balanced. Flow suites was a home away from home. It was a nicely laid out condo style flat with a kitchen and several desk areas to do work with great work fi access throughout the building and responsive staff should you need anything. The top of the building was flush with sun every morning and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful start to the day in that setting. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, lovely staff and December t facilities. However, two of the basics did not work up properly. Internet was horrible in my room and the water pressure in the shower was really poor. The hotel is located in a business district, therefore, they should pay better attention two the WIFI for example

The hotel is modern and clean, with good service. Our only issue was that there was no A/C and so we had to open the window, which added noise. So this a good place to stay but probably would be hot in the summer.

Stayed here for business travel. Attended a convention at Pepsi Center, which was less than 1 block. It was more than a room, it was like a small apartment. It had a small kitchenette and living. Definitely will stay here again!

Not worth the cost

The cost of this Hotel is not worth it. Go someplace else for a better experience and service. This hotel should be much, much cheaper. I give it 2 stars. Outside noise was intense, couldn't sleep. No HVAC and it was freezing in the room, had to turn on kitchenette stove to warm it up. The \"breakfast\" was on the roof and totally a joke.
My main go to Hotel was booked up and had to stay here, I travel to Mexico City a lot. Advised my company to take this hotel off the list.

THE HOTEL IS NOT SAFE. THE BUILDING WAS COLLAPSING

THE ROOMS ARE OK, BUT THE BUILDING IS NOT SAFE. THERE WAS AN EARTHQUAKE IN MEX ON SEPT 19, AND THIS HOTEL IS NOT READY FOR THIS KIND OF SITUATION. THEY DON'T HAVE A BACKUP POWER SOURCE, THEIR STRUCTURE WAS NOT MADE FOR A CITY WITH POSSIBLE EARTHQUAKES. THERE WERE CRACKS ALL OVER THE PLACE (ON THE STAIRS, ON THE WALLS, ON THE FLOORS), A PIECE OF THE BALCONY HAD FALLEN ON THE STREET, THERE WERE DAMAGES ALL AROUND MY ROOM. THE BATHROOM DOOR WAS NOT OPENING... THE ROOF OF THE BATHROOM HAD SOME DAMAGES MAKING IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN THE BATHROOM DOOR...

I COULD NOT STAY INSIDE THAT BUILDING....

I PUT MY STUFF TOGETHER, ASKED THE MANAGER (OR AT LEAST HE SEEMED TO BE THE MANAGER BECAUSE THERE WAS THIS GUY TALKING TO THE EMPLOYEES OF THE HOTEL LIKE HE WAS THEIR BOSS) TO DO MY CHECKOUT BECAUSE I COULD NOT STAY THERE... HE SAID IT WAS OK, BUT THEY WOULD DO IT AFTER THE POWER COMING BACK...

TODAY, 1 WEEK AFTER, I AM STILL WAITING BY PAYMENT REVERSAL AND THE INVOICE FOR THE NIGHTS I SPENT THERE....

NO SUPPORT FROM THE HOTEL NEITHER FROM EXPEDIA.

I HAVE PHOTOS OF THE PLACE WITH ALL THE MESS THAT WAS INSIDE...

DON'T RISK YOUR LIFE, STAY IN A BETTER HOTEL.

Hotel is a dump. For that price stay someone else. Customer service sucks. Girl at front desk didn't make any effort to speak English. Sheets and towels are clean. The whole living room furniture is stained. Breakfast is snack not breakfast .

Though the Hotel very small in size the local is Great. Just across the Road a big mall is situated. It was so useful to us that everything including food was avaliable at the mall at 11 pm. also. The neighbour hood was very elite and away from the main road but one minute walk to World Trade Centre and buzy shoping centres.

These apartments are pleasant enough for people who need the convenience of a one bedroom apt. The street is a bit hard to find, but only about 2-3 blocks from the metrobus on Insurgentes. right behind the World Trade Center. Care and maintainence of the property is ok, not great. Hotel service is limited.

Perfect for the first night in DF

We came off a long plane ride and just wanted somewhere to stay relatively close to the city and our next apartment. The suites were great and we arrived late at night and it was no trouble, perfect for what we needed and so relieved to sleep on a nice bed!

Almost no corelationship between Batía Suites website description and the reality that confronts you when you arrive at this rundown place : old and dirty sofa-couch, no radio or radio clock; torn towels and blankets; very uncomfortable bed; antiqueted safe- deposit box in room with no key; a meager continental breakfast diplayed on small mantle on top of fire - place ; bathroom toiletries limited to one bottle of shampoo and nothing else. In our frequent travels to many locales around the world, this stay was the worst we ever experienced. Sorry to be so explicit, but this is the situation that we truly encountered.

It was great. We had people in and out, especially on the day of the wedding. Everyone got made up and dressed at the hotel. The staff was not only understanding, but extremely helpful in so many ways. Besides the staff, the price is excellent given that it comes with the living room and kitchenette. And finally, the location is ideal. Close to a store, restaurants, and the picturesque Insurgentes sur.

Suites Batia-convenient but hidden location

This location was ideal for riding the metrobus to various destinations. The staff was very helpful and fulfilled our requests immediately. The construction across the street was a little noisy especially for rural folks who are not accustomed to such noise but guests in the back room didn't hear any of it. We highly recommend this hotel. Make sure to get good directions because most taxi drivers do not know how to find it.

Todo estuvo de lujo en mi estancia. Lo único malo fue la limpieza, por decir que la chica limpió. Primero nos apresuró para salir de la habitación y poder limpiar y mientras salíamos, ví que solamente paso de rápido todo y sacó la basura. No limpió el baño, la limpieza la hizo como quien dice \"por dónde ve la suegra\".
La comida es buena, el chavo que cocina es muy ordenado y muy atento. Un día nos tocó él y otro día una señora, ella nos dió más poquito de comer y no fue tan atenta.

El lugar está excelentemente ubicado, zona muy tranquila, precio justo, el desayuno incluido muy bueno, habitación súper amplia, equipada totalmente con estufa refrigerador y utensilios, el único pero es que la tasa no estaba totalmente limpia a nuestra llegada.
