Thtoilet was broken they did not fix it until the next day, no iron in the room, The bed was hard, they gave us two pillows, we had to argue withem about getting two more pillows, room service brought us cold breakfast, no microwave in the room. Security told my family member to move the car when it was noticeable that we were having a family conversation. Very rude secuirty. I wil not go back to this hotel

Stayed here for one night on 2/1/2020. Expedia's webpage states there is a room safe. There is not. Lighting in the room needs improvement. I was at the end of a hallway and the fire escape doorway was propped open all night. There is a bar across the street that plays loud music until 2:30am Saturday nights. The staff is friendly at this property.

The staff cannot communicate in English, but that is quite common in Mexican Hotels, unless you can spare the bucks for Hilton or Marriott. Google translate was very helpful in this situation. I have booked here at Expedia, but they could not find my reservation, however, they gave me a room for exact the same rate I have booked for.

El único pero que le pongo a este hotel es la iluminación del cuarto: no prenden todas las lámparas y las que sí prenden son luces frías, así que nunca nunca nunca es un lugar acogedor, más bien parece una oficina de recaudación de impuestos.

Viaje con mi esposa y mi bebé de 3 años, me dejaron solo 2 toallas de baño y no quisieron darme una toalla extra. La persona de recepción del sábado 23 de noviembre 2025 alrededor de las 2pm me llamo ridículo por no querer pagar por una toalla para mi bebe, tiene el peor personal y la peor atención al cliente. Aparte de burlarse y atender mal a sus clientes me dijo que no había nadie más para poder hacer mi queja, que si quería el lunes fuera y buscará al supervisor. Terrible experiencia

Accueil n'est pas des plus chaleureux à la réception. Mais la chambre était assez confortable, dommage que les fauteuils ne puissent pas vraiment être utilisés car ils ne sont pas nettoyés correctement. Ma chambre n'avait pas de lumière naturelle, donc elle était plutôt sombre même avec toutes les lumières allumées. Le système de climatisation était adossé à la chambre et était constamment bruyant.

You get what you pay for ,I was charged 200 pesos for extra towels during night . The night employees were both asleep when I needed help Guess it's common practice for the night shift employees to sleep.. Makes you feel real safe . Bunch of cameras but the people watching them are sleeping ,The lady night attendant was somewhat rude and annoyed, . Nevermind i.woke her up needing help,Air conditioner went out last night .Did nothing to accomdate me . Its a cheap.priced hotel you get what you pay for .
