Air/heat stuck at 26 degrees celcius. Had an error code CF or CH. The bathroom sink was plugged, slow, slow drain. The shower soap device came off the wall when I tried to dispense soap. I'll never stay here again.

One thing I didn't understand is that our bill had 3 nights? when we stayed 2 nights? didn't understand that and they stated it was because of the extra room? but when I reserved the room it already stated 2 rooms with 2 beds each? So it was confusing? Also, they had continental breakfast but it was only coffee, juice and bread? So it was a small on choices and they have the option to but the buffet but we are not big eaters. I think they should include a bit of maybe egg sandwiches or something. But it was nice good taste and the bread was fresh and very tasty just not too many choices for a \"continental breakfast\"

I was very happy with Angel in the restaurant. He went above and beyond and was a professional. When checking in the Desk Manager Karina made me feel uncomfortable because I used my debit card. There was also an issue with communication between the front desk and the restaurant. I won't stay here again. The service is amazing. Everyone was so helpful and lovely. The problem with this hotel is that the mattress is too hard. Not just for myself, but for two colleagues in other rooms. I travel every couple of months for work and I have never encountered this before in a hotel. I had one of the king rooms and it was great apart from that. Having a good night’s rest is the most important thing so I will not be staying here again.
