Absolutely terrible experience. I would never stay at this hotel again. As soon as we settled in, we discovered bed bugs in the room. It wasn’t just one or two — it was enough that my wife ended up having a visible allergic reaction to the bites.
We informed the staff, but the response was completely inadequate and left us feeling ignored rather than helped. For the price we paid, this was beyond unacceptable.
I travel often and have never dealt with something this awful. Avoid this place at all costs until they address their hygiene and pest‑control issues.

PRO: The room is clean and new. It has proper amenities and it is quiet from outside street noise. Bedding and pillows are comfortable. Staff are courteous. Breakfast has a good variety of options.

CON: Hotel room is very small and the configuration is not meant for a family. The shower/toilet (bathroom) is open to the room. Not much provacy if you're travelling with older kids/teens. Also the sliding doors to both the shower and the toilet kept sliding open.

The room had multiple issues that should never occur in a hotel that receives paying guests, especially not all in the same stay .The combination of water leaks, lack of proper air conditioning, and finding a bug in the towels reflected a serious lack of maintenance and quality control

They don't give you water in the rooms, you can't buy it either, they give you a bottle that you must fill with water on the first floor, the bottle is made of glass, it's not washed, you don't know if someone has taken directly, and if you ask for water they treat you badly and tell you that there are no more options and they want to charge like a 5-star hotel doesn't even reach one

Great hotel for business but also for tourists.

Tourists will like this due to it's proximity to the main square. It is literally round the corner. Great breakfast and reasonably spacious rooms. Really no downsides apart from being a little tricky at times to get a taxi as it is really so close to the square it is on a one way system which gets clogged with cars.
But the hotel is very good overall. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time in MXC and this property was very accommodating. The employees were very helpful. We had the free breakfast which makes a huge difference if you’re only there for a short period and want to explore the city, without having to uber to other locations. So the first day we had breakfast out and that alone was 3 hours “wasted “ and set us behind schedule but obviously if you want to check out other places for breakfast just know the traffic in Mexico is no joke and will set your itinerary behind. So the next couple of days, it helped to have breakfast there and it was good and the staff is attentive and very helpful if you have question. The room was smoke free! Clean and bed was comfortable. We stayed on the 11 floor It was pretty quiet. The a/c was blasting and kept us cold. I didn’t get a chance to see the bar but my BF went to the gym in the morning and he said it was nice.

The first room that I had, the shower was broken and water was all of the floor. The night front desk person acted as if I should have known the shower was broken. Luckily, I called and called until the morning person came, and I was placed into another room and everything was fine afterwards. The staff who serve breakfast in the morning were so nice and accommodating!

We had a good stay. The building is not wide, bud with 20 floors the are stil a lot of rooms.
The room was nice. We had a room with 2 double beds. If you are with 4 people and everybody has a (big) suitcase with them, than the room is little bit small.
Breakfast was good.

In the room they have Rituals products, bud we where not sure if inside was the real Rituals products. They didn't have the nice smell of the real Rituals products.

The property was located in a convenient location near public transportation and many dining options. However the property is very small, no common area to relax in to eat food outside tour room. We had to switch rooms two time due to the first electrical issue in shower with the light then no a/c in the new room they gave us. The room were tiny i mean tiny the toilet area felt like a small closet, the shower was barley big enough the fit an adult comfortably. You could only use the shower wand if not, the shower leaks onto the floor. The only bright spot was the staff friendly and accommodating . Would not recommend for a vacation hotel.

Excellent for travelers looking for practicality and no-fuss aesthetics. The hotel is by far one of my favorites. I’ve stayed in cdmx at four seasons, zocalo hotels, and Polanco - THIS is the best hotel by far - Because it is in a safe, convenient, location with everything you need (including 24/7 room service). If you’re one of those that spends most of your time sightseeing and never in the room, best option for your buck!

This is not the hotel if you’re looking for “ideological, stereotypical or romanticized” Mexican aesthetics. It is modern and more of an European travelers vibe. The front desk was awesome and helpful! STAY HERE!

The hotel is nice, but it has issues that a traveler won’t appreciate. Two simple examples: One night I arrived to find the room had no power. It was 10:30pm, and I was tired… had to go grab someone to take a look. Another example, my last night the room had no AC. I asked the management and they said they had no idea how to turn it on.
Everyone is nice and always tries to help, but the place won’t do its part.
