In general the hotel is good for a short visit. There are two issues that need attention: breakfast is simple and food that should be hot is cold or warm; the lift is very small and difficult to access at some times.

Make sure to ask for rooms facing the plaza. The other side faces a very busy avenue and it is extremely loud, even at nights and early mornings. The good: Friendly service, great internet, nice breakfast and comfortable stay in room. Not so good: bathroom/shower in bad shape, needs remodeling or at least urgent maintenance. Told the clerk at desk but did not seemed very concerned. Did not apologize or wrote ir down. My perception is that they know these problems exist and are not going to do anything about it. Apart from that, it was a decent stay at a decent price. With the plus of breakfast included.

Very nice hotel located a ove a mall. You have e everything you need including a great gym with a day pass option. Very nice buffet type breakfast included. En mi caso la habitación con vista a la avenida fue un tema por el ruido que no aísla muy bien. El desayuno no es muy variado, si son de gustos limitados contémplen acudir a los restaurantes externos en la plaza que son varios. El desayuno estaba insipido. La habitación muy básica ni un solo cuadro en la pared, y se escucha todo lo de los pasillos y habitaciones contiguas. La TV no es inteligente, solo cable.
Entiendo no cambiar la ropa de cama si está limpia, pero había una especie de toalla en el suelo del baño que después de la limpieza terminó siendo la que pusieron para secarse las manos, es absurdo lo antihigiénico.
El baño no tiene extractor así que se acumula la humedad. La regadera no cierra bien y el agua se sale.
El personal es lo indispensable de atento, no hay ningún tipo de hospitalidad, prácticamente un autoservicio.
