I had a wonderful stay in room 102. This room has an outdoor seating area with a small fountain. The room is more like a well sized apartment with its own living room, small kitchen, and gigantic bathroom with a tub and shower. I would definitely recommend Casa Cleo to friends and family and hope to be back again! Thank you also to Diego for all the wonderful restaurant recommendations.

The one bedroom suite we had was well appointed. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The property was well located on a quiet street and there were a number of restaurants and services in close proximity. We also enjoyed morning coffee and a bun on the 3rd floor patio.each day.

– It's a converted mansion in the Condesa neighborhood –- a beautiful, verdant, safe, and well located part of the city with lots of good restaurants nearby.
– My room (suite, actually) was spacious, modern, immaculate, and well appointed with a full kitchen, a nice sofa and seating area, a huge bathroom including two large sinks, a shower AND a tub, which was huge (and deep!) and provided restful respite after days of exploring wonderful Mexico City. Importantly, the beds were extremely comfortable.
– Adjustable heat / AC!
– But in my opinion, the thing that sets Casa Cleo apart was the most amazing staff. They were all helpful and welcoming at every turn. Diego especially, was so nice and took the time to give us his personal restaurant recommendations and activity suggestions. Everything he suggested was a huge hit, and he really elevated our experience. Casa Cleo is lucky to have him. We didn't see Daniel as much, but he was great, too.
– Considering how nice Casa Cleo is, it was a terrific bargain.
– Given all the positives, the one area in which I thought the hotel could do better was breakfast. They do have a complementary breakfast, but it's quite minimal. There is coffee and tea, a fresh berry cup with yogurt or granola, and some type of small sweet roll.

Casa Cleo has amazing design detail and is meticulously maintained. The stall is super helpful and courteous. All that and an amazing location in the heart of the trendy Condesa neighborhood. It is safe to walk about at any hour and I believe there are 100 cafes and restaurants within a kilometer. Unless you are scared of sharp looking couples walking French Bulldogs or hipsters, you will love this area. Stop looking and book here!

Excellent experience at this hotel. We stayed in the room on the bottom floor which had its own private, oversized patio with water fountain. Room was spotless. Service was perfect. Beautiful hotel with all the necessary modern amenities. Only missing aspect would be a more comprehensive gym. There were weights, kettle bells, and yoga mats, but no treadmills or machines. But they allow you to use the gym at their nearby sister properties for no additional charge which do have treadmills. I give the hotel 5 stars!

Our first time in Mexico City and we had an amazing time! Our Spanish is very limited so we were very happy that several of the the staff members spoke english. Everyone was very friendly, the room was very clean and matched the pictures exactly (maybe even nicer than the pictures).

As if our visit to Mexico City was not fantastic enough, Casa Cleo made it that much better. Highly recommend, delightful stay - ten stars
The hotel was delightful. Friendly and charming front desk and doorman. Hotel is done to a high standard and no detail has been overlooked. The room itself was a fully equipped apartment, could stay here a month and be right at home. We felt secure and had a very enjoyable stay here. Appreciated that there was some water and soft drinks stocked in the fridge. Enjoyed the vinyl records and turntable. It was so nice to return to Casa Cleo after venturing out around the city. Easy to get Ubers and the Condesa/Roma Norte neighborhood is peaceful, green and walkable, coffee shops and restaurants around every corner. My only complaint is that we were only here for 2 nights. We will be back!

We had such a wonderful time at Casa Chloe. The place is truly high end boutique hotel located in a prime area of cdmx. The staff was wonderful! Alfredo, the guard, made us feel at home and safe. Great place to stay, close to restaurants and parks. One of the best hotel experiences of my life (and I'm 80 and have traveled the world). The doorman (his name was Martin I think but I could be wrong) went to bat for us when a taxi tried to overcharge us and argued him down, was really exceptional.

Lovely accommodations in CDMX. It felt centrally located to the places we wanted to go, enabling us to mostly walk or otherwise take short inexpensive Ubers. The bed was super comfortable, and I enjoyed the lovely terrace with a light complimentary breakfast in the morning (and appreciated that they did not put out too much food so as to save room for all the delicious food we planned to eat once we got our day started). Customer service was welcoming and friendly. Would be glad to stay here again.

Casa Cleo was perfect for our week-long trip. It was perfectly situated in Condesa…easy walking to parks, cafes, metro, restaurants, shops. The entire staff — managers, door attendants, housekeeping — were helpful and cheerful. Out suite had everything we needed: large bathroom with tub, step in shower and double sinks; plenty of closet and drawer space; and a kitchenette/living room. We appreciated the morning breakfast on the terrace: coffee, toast, chia pudding, fresh fruit cups. The gym on the fourth floor was a welcome antidote to all the eating we did!

I was at Casa Cleo for a 4 day stay. It was lovely. I was in a suite which had a kitchenette and living room. It was clean, conveniently located, and the staff were amazing! I highly recommend staying here

Front desk staff Mariana helped us when we missed a flight and arranged a car service and special treat for me. Excellent service, can't wait to come back. Cozy Boutique Hotel in the Heart of Condesa
Our recent stay at Casa Cleo was perfect in every way. This little gem of a hotel is located in a neighborhood of tree-lined streets with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful and everything was truly impeccable. We highly recommend!

What a lovely boutique hotel! The wonderful people at Casa Cleo made me and my family feel like we had a home away from home. It’s a small hotel in a charming neighborhood, with many restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk, as well as Parque Mexico which is nice for kids. From the moment we arrived the staff were waiting for us at the gate and quickly had us taken care of. The staff were helpful, kind and went out of their way to make us feel safe and welcome. All of our needs were met. The rooms were nice, comfy and spacious(my daughter loved the vintage records). The rooftop breakfast is a small spread of breads, yogurt, fruit and Mexican coffee, which is convenient when on the go. There is always a doorman on sight who are friendly and attentive, and always made a point to make my daughter smile, always made sure we safely got to our Uber and even vetted or tour driver on occasion. This hotel staff genuinely care about their guests and hospitality really means something here. I’ll definitely choose Casa Cleo when I’m back in Mexico City.
