The amenities I paid for were broken, no air conditioning so it was very hot. They gave me an alternative that was loud and didn't work well. Also the electronic curtains were broken. It's crazy that they didn't even offer of partial refund and just flat said \"No\" when i asked. Horrible experience!!!!

Affordable spot in La Condesa. The breakfast and staff are wonderful. The only problem was our room wasn't cleaned in the week we were there, only the bed was changed and garbages emptied but nothing else. The room could do with some fixes.

The location was excellent, in Condesa, close to Chapultepec Park. The room was spacious. Other than getting an extra roll of toilet paper on our first day, our room was not cleaned for the four days of our stay despite putting out a door sign requesting cleaning.

My wife and I stayed at the gallery during our 3-day visit in Mexico city. Despite being a small hotel with 6 rooms, it's a lovely place that offers great service. The staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful, the rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. We stayed at the attic room on the third floor which is super bright and has a lovely skylight. The room has all the essentials including air conditioner, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, microwave, hair dryer, dining table and chairs, sofa, coffee tables plus dishes, utensils, glassware and a lot more. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and a few minute walk to the train station.

The receptionist and the manager tried to give us a different room from the one we paid for and booked originally without any explanation. Their service was very rude, unprofessional and horrible. Do not book this place if you want to have a nice and proper check in experience.

The room was spacious, clean with a separate kitchen and a comfortable bed. Relatively quiet except except noises carried up the stairs from the rooms below(noisy children). Breakfast was meager and barely adequate portions. We were willing to a higher price for this hotel anticipating a good breakfast. Be prepared to check out promptly by 11:00 or you will have staff knocking on your door every 5 to 10 minutes. Good location.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Hotel It is in a great safe residential area close to embassies. The manager, Mabel is extremely helpful with advice and taking care of the clients. Several reasonable small restaurants close by.

When I arrived my room was not ready, and receptionist couldn’t find my reservation so she called her supervisor. It took a long time for them to find it, the receptionist did her best to get room ready. Their advertising showed a complimentary bottle of wine, I reminded night staff but she said “she will talk to supervisor and let me know in the morning “ nobody said anything next day and nothing was given to me or even a “ sorry “ about this. This hotel definitely needs to improve a lot if they want to have more people staying at their place

This quaint hotel was located in the Condesa neighborhood about 25 minutes from Palacio de Bellas Artes (without traffic). It is within walking distance to Chapultepec Castle. It was easy to grab an Uber. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The hot water however was a bit fidgety and would get cold after a few minutes. Other than that the room was okay. We did not get the of wine that should have been included. Breakfast was filling, they offered fruit, tea/coffee, toast and your choice of omelette and hot cakes. The was staff was very nice and attentive.

Friendly and helpful staff! The room and grounds were clean and comfortable. One thing I did not enjoy was my room being close to a neighboring wellness center that played loud music most mornings and evenings. Other than that my stay was great. This part of Condesa is fantastic with lots of restaurants nearby. The metro is a 10 minute walk.

The room was just as it looked in the photos. The staff was friendly and helpful. Some spoke English and others were very willing to struggle through in Spanish with us. The neighbourhood felt very safe. It was great to stay in a local neighbourhood that did not feel touristy. There was some traffic noise at night, especially on the weekend but not enough to stop us from staying again. There were lots of restaurants and corner stores close by. The room was spacious and comfortable. We will stay again!

Overall, a nice place. The best part was that it was 4 min away from the place I needed to be.
The one thing I did not like was that they asked me to leave a deposit that was never mentioned during the rental process. Then, the HDMI cable was broken and TV cable didn't work. I requested service and my request was ignored.
The room was on the third floor and doesn't have elevator. If you have knee problems, that could be a nuisance.
Other than this, the place was great.

Designed to feel like your home away from home. Very comfortable with kitchen, sitting area, separate bedroom, and bath. Great location and walking distance to many restaurants, sidewalk cafes, and bars in Condesa. Very easy to move around the city to the points of interest from the location.

Lindo y práctico lugar, pero muy ruidoso
Muy lindo hotel boutique situado en el corazón de la Condesa. El personal de seguridad fue muy amable. Sin embargo, el lugar es muy ruidoso. Mi reservación indicaba que tendría una habitación con vista al patio y me dieron una con vista a la calle. El ruido de afuera era fuerte y a partir de las 6:30am se escuchaba la música y gritos de una clase de deportiva que venía de un edificio cercano. La presión del agua de la regadera era baja y el calentador no funcionó bien. Fuera de esos detalles, el hotel es agradable.
