Sub par by every measure. I don't expect Mexico to be like the US but but at price point paid, this place was a rip off. Didn't get the room I booked, shoddy room, poor maid service, and no concierge service. I've paid less for a room in downtown Zurich that was much better than this. In a great part of the city but there are plenty of other hotels there.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of condesa with so many restaurants, coffee shops, and Walmart express within a 5 min walk. We walked to the Parque Espana and Parque Mexico daily in the morning. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, each of the 3 rooms had their own bathroom. The view from the balcony was great too. It’s nice to have an elevator take you straight to your room

Extremely renovated! Comfortable. Most needs available, very comfortable for a family. We loved the daily cleaning services. Very convenient location close to shopping, cafes and restaurants.
Only downside is the apartment doesn’t have central AC, rooms were hot in Spring.
Cannot complain about anything else. We truly enjoyed staying there.

Loud noises, no hot water

This serviced apartment stay was in a central location. We liked that there was 24/7 staff at the entrance and they were friendly. We also liked the apartment was cleaned daily. Unfortunately it was not a restful stay because there was a very loud machine pump noise which made it very difficult to get sleep during the night. Sometimes we would fall asleep and it would wake us up. It would start around 6 am and continue for most of the day. This was not construction or city noise - it was within the building. We let them know and they were not able to do anything about it. Also there was not reliable hot water. It would be on for 3-5 minutes and then get very cold. Finally the bathroom had a bad smell of standing water. For these reasons I really would not recommend this accommodation.

This property is very clean and smells great. It’s well located around lots of small restaurants and Parque Mexico. However, and it’s a big one, only one of the three bedrooms is air conditioned! All the days of my stay were 90 degrees and this was at times debilitating. Caveat emptor

Our stay here was excellent. The studio apartment was immaculate, extremely comfortable bed and loads of sunshine. Hot water was sufficient however, the showerhead flow made it difficult to shower, Making it almost an increase in time in the shower. Amazing Family Vacation to CDMX

We had the most amazing time, the property was amazing, smelled amazing & was immaculate. We had 4 people and all had our own space to spread out. It was beautiful and the staff was super attentive, and even bared with us with our not-so-excellent Spanish. I would recommend this property to anyone & everyone! The location was perfect as well!

The safety we felt at the Felix Boutique Apartments was of course our favorite aspect of the booking. Not only is the building itself secured with 24/7 doorman service, but your floor is only accessible via an elevator key entrance. The property was always clean and we enjoyed daily housekeeping as well. It was close to all of our favorite restaurants and Parque México which has so many beautiful hidden corners to explore. I would recommend anyone interested in this property book their stay ASAP! I also wanted to point out how attentive and hospitable the staff was from check in to check out. Luxury Apartment in La Condesa

We just had an amazing week staying at the Felix apartments. The space was everything we wanted- modern, clean, well stocked, roomy, and in a gorgeous neighborhood.
The lobby has 24 hour staff and free coffee, fruit, and yogurt every morning.
The rooftop patio was probably our favorite part. Beautifully landscaped and with fantastic views. We spent every evening enjoying pre-dinner cocktails up there.
We had a three bedroom, 3 bath unit on the 5th floor. There was a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio, a slighter smaller bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a fairly small bedroom with separate bathroom. Amble space for 5 people.
Daily housekeeping is also included which was appreciated.
Overall, our experience with the Felix apartment was exceptional and would absolutely stay here again.

Choose another boutique hotel

Terrible post-stay service, worst I have ever
experienced in my trips to Mexico City. To be fair, the room is very spacious, well decorated and clean. The big problems were the following:

1) they charge you a $350+ deposit to stay. I left on the 15th and as of the 21st it’s still pending in my account.
2) they ran my card twice for the stay so in addition to the room deposit I have an additional $550 pending on my credit card statement. I called the manager on the 18th and told her about the situation. I reviewed my statement today and there are still no changes. When I requested to speak with her the person at the front desk told me that they had reviewed their transactions and that I should check with my credit card company. They refused to put her on the line.
3) I stayed in a suite that has multiple rooms and the only room that has A/C is the main room. Before I left I still had a good impression of the hotel and was thinking about returning and inviting my in-laws. The day of my departure I suggested to the manager that they should have A/C in all of the rooms (only the main bedroom has A/C) and she immediately got defensive and was a bit rude. I actually regretted making the suggestion..
To summarize: 1) the hotel is a nice boutique hotel, but if you stay set aside about 2.5 times the amount you thought you would pay on your CC and then exercise patience to get it back.
2) do not make any suggestions
3) make sure you’re not a fan of A/C

There are better options to stay in Mexico City. It is expensive, small, noisy and EXTREMELY POOR IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not have heat in the rooms, either they can not provide you with a heater. It is 15 degrees outside and in my room 17 degrees. I am having a bad cold and they are not doing absolutely anything to make sure my stay is pleasant. Jose Munoz told me very clear that they could not do anything to help me in my situation. On top of this the elevator is very noise and they even get mad, if you complain about it. If they are not able to assist you in this simple request, it is not worthy the value of this hotel. IT IS OVEREXPENSIVE.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, they just help you to destroy your stay in this beautiful city.

CDMX gal pal getaway!

Our trip at Felix Boutique Apartments couldn't have been more perfect. We stayed in the standard King Bed room on the 7th floor which was next to the gym and roof deck. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have our own private balconies. Decor of the hotel is very stylish and feels brand new. WiFi always worked. There is someone onsite (security) 24/7 and they are always very helpful. The continental breakfast was a nice touch! The location is close to so many restaurants and bars, I would love to come back and rent the larger suites with a group of friends.

The best place to stay in La Condesa!

We had the best stay at Viadora! The staff is so friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean, spacious, and well decorated! The apartments are in a great location in La Condesa as well. Walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants, and bars! We would recommend anyone to stay here! We are so hoping we can make another trip back and stay at Viadora again!

Wonderfully kind staff. Fantastic location for a neighbourhood feel, across the street from a coveted cafe/lunch spot with an express window which is super convenient. Rooftop patio and gym is awesome. Each unit is well thought through and designed perfectly. Just wish there was a/c in each of the rooms.
