Just got back tonight after 6 nights at Casa Mali. First time in Mexico City and this was a winner. Great location at the south end of a beautiful park, very safe area with lots of cafes and restaurants around. Secure entry with 24 h guard who lets you in. Boutiques for shopping in all directions. We got a master suite with separate bedroom and it was quite spacious and since the bedroom was on the interior, also quiet. Laundry in the room a real bonus. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location was outstanding, a leafy and peaceful neighborhood, directly across a narrow street from a well-kept park, easy walk to some excellent restaurants, very doable walk to Bosque Chapultapec, easy Uber or public transport to Centro Historico. The property is well kept, attractive art deco building. Our room (suite) was very spacious and clean, the washer/dryer was a welcome bonus. Staff was very friendly, but don’t expect concierge-type help. Breakfast buffet was certainly adequate if somewhat limited. All in all, we’re very glad that we stayed here (for a full week) and will do so again if we return.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Mali in February. Our Master suite was roomy and comfortable. We appreciated the kitchenette, washer / dryer as well as the plush towels and robes. Loved the location with so many restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as the lovely Parque across the street. We also felt very safe with the doorman 24/7.

Fabulous location in the middle of the beautiful neighborhood. The hotel was clean and nice and our room was well organized and fitted with everything one could need. The front desk folks could have been more outgoing and were occasionally asleep at night when we returned home. Special thanks to the very friendly doorman always there with a smile and always open the door for us even when we thought he couldn't see us. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Excellent amenities in the room. I loved the nice thick towels, bathrobes, products, water, super comfortable bed and pillows. Room was so quiet and we could not hear noise from across the street which is Parque Mexico.
Bar and restaurant was excellent too. We ate delicious food at the restaurant and also had very nice cocktails in the bar.

The hotel is in a great location across a lovely park and the neighbourhood is safe and charming. We had a one bed room suite in the back which is very quiet as it overlooks the inside courtyard. Breakfast is fine though it could be better. The washer / dryer in the unit is very handy. The place is very clean and professionally managed. I would return to this hotel. A very comfortable stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it is still a favorite. The location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants and your front yard is an amazing park.

All around Casa Mali was perfect. Staff was excellent and amenities were also top notch. Close to many restaurants and shopping and across the street from the park. Having the famous churro place \"Los Moros\" one block away was the best. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

What a fabulous place to stay! If you are visiting for a week, stay in the Jr Suite as it feels like home. Everyone is kind and it’s small and boutique-like with so many restaurants and coffee shops nearby! Dog walkers everywhere so the park Nextdoor feels like home as well.

From the moment we stepped in, we felt like we arrived home. Every single person in the staff, starting with Pilar (the hotel manager) was welcoming, friendly and super resourceful!
The most amazing gesture was that, knowing we were celebrating a milestone birthday, they surprised with birthday decorations and cake in the room.

The overall property is lovely and very good location but we would not recommend the deluxe studio here, the room is really very small and is right off the main entrance (where breakfast is served) it’s very noisy you can hear everything, so you are woken up pre 7am by breakfast being set up and hoovering above you, as well as construction next door, something we were not made aware of.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel!! The location is in such a great area with great restaurants, cafes and convenience stores all within a short walking distance. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. We especially appreciated the help we got from the front desk clerk Edna, she was so sweet and accommodating. While we were there we told her we were going to a concert at the stadium and she arranged a car service to pick us up from the venue because she said it can often be a hassle to get an uber at the stadium. I wished we could've stayed longer and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Mexico City. I highly recommend Casa Malí and I can not thank them enough again for how hospitable they were!!

What a great place to stay in Mexico City. We arrived quite late (after midnight) and the attentive staff greeted us as we left our Uber. Our room, a Junior Suite King, was very quiet, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the coffee and continental breakfast. Staff were simply excellent. We will for sure come back to Casa Malí on our next trip to Mexico City!

We stayed at Casa Mali for 8 nights as we traveled around to see the sights in Mexico City. The hotel was wonderful all around. The location was perfect - directly across from a beautiful park. The neighborhood was vibrant with good food and drinks accessible everywhere. We had easy access to all of the sights from a very safe and pretty place. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and did everything they could to make our stay memorable. If we return to Mexico City, Casa Mail will be top of our list for places to stay.

Another Great Stay At Casa Mali
This was our second time staying at Casa Mali, and, once again, it was very nice. We reserved the same type of room as before (a junior suite), and I was hoping that we would be assigned a different junior suite from the one we were in the first time, but that didn't happen. But, it was all fine. The room was clean, spacious, and very nice. The morning breakfast at Casa Mali is very nice and the space makes it easy to meet new people. The staff are very friendly. The location of Casa Mali is part of what makes this place so great. It's right across the street from a lovely local park that is used by many. I do have one minor suggestion for Casa Mali. They provide one pitcher of water for the room that can be refilled at the filtered water machine on the ground floor. It would be nice to have two pitchers in the room to minimize the number of trips downstairs. But that's a very minor inconvenience. All in all though, we love Casa Mali and will most likely stay there the next time we come to Mexico City.

Having said that, they did manage to put a fridge, small dining space and nespresso. Bottom line, if you don’t mind being a little cramped, this is a lovely spot in a beautiful location.

WOW! I am blown away by the quaintness, friendly staff and condition of Casa Mali. The neighborhood is wonderful with several restaurants within walking distance (don’t miss Maque or Ostreria 109) and there is a beautiful park right across the street. Rooms are very clean, they will store your bags for free and the bed couldn’t have been more comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!

We loved Casa Mali. This was our first ever visit to Mexico City, and we really lucked out by choosing Casa Mali. The property is in a fantastic location on a street lined with energetic cafes and right across the street from a beautiful park. The property itself is only 4 floors with approximately 5 rooms on each floor, so it's pretty quiet and guests are able to receive more attention. Our room with clean and very large (we stayed in a junior suite). A \"cold\" breakfast comprised of fruit, breads/pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, juices, and Nespresso coffee was served on the main lobby level each morning. There was always someone at the front desk and there was a hotel doorman. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of my poor attempts at speaking Spanish. My partner and I would definitely stay at Casa Mali again. We highly recommend it.

Casa Mali is a little jewel of a hotel boasting beautiful art deco features throughout. The rooms are clean and quiet, beds are super comfy, the staff helpful and courteous. Breakfast is a nice selection of assorted fruit platter, assorted breads, yogurt, boiled eggs, great coffee. Filtered water in refillable bottles is a bonus. Hotel location could not be better! Had a great time and would most definitely look forward to staying there again.

One of the most enjoyable places I've stayed at in over 50 years of international travel. A wonderful location across from a beautiful park, small size (only 20 rooms), and wonderful staff. Our suite was awesome - full kitchen, dining area, and living room - and the breakfast was much more than the typical continental spread served in a great lounge area. One of the cleanest and best appointed places ever! All-in-all a superlative experience and Casa Mali La Condesa will definitely where I stay when I'm next in Mexico City!

The only thing that made it not perfect was you can sometimes hear hallway noise but this is a very small complaint for an overall amazing stay. Would definitely book again

It is an excellent property, located in a safe and culturally rich area. There are plenty of good restaurants around. Transportation is easy, may it be by taxi, bus or metro. It is a extremely walkable area.The personnel is excellent. The only minus is the Jacuzzi on top of the building. We got an excellent room that shook strongly every time the Jacuzzi was on. They could go without it. People that want parties and noise have plenty of options downtown. In Condesa, one certainly wants silence and relax. Since they do allow you to choose a room, I will certainly not choose their best room next time. I will go with the middle room, since the best room is just under the Jacuzzi. But I will definitely come back to Casa Mali.

We loved staying here! The hospitality of all hotel staff was greatly appreciated. They treated me like a VIP from the moment we walked in. Additionally, I had asked for an upgrade and they delivered!!! Everyone there was super nice and the security guards were always looking out for my daughter and I. I like the location, the clean room. My room was ready late and no one explained the amenities, or breakfast hours. But my main issue was receiving a call from front desk at 11:15 PM while I was asleep to ask if I was making noise “by banging a chair on the floor” and if they could come and check the room at that time!
It turned out there was Construction repairs being made at the restaurant next door. How they imagined I could be responsible for such noise is beyond me. I was frightened that someone from the hotel wanted to enter the room at midnight!

We’ve stayed here twice and will continue to come back. It’s clean, the staff is nice, and the location is great. We particularly like that a lot of the units have a washer and dryer so we can pack lighter.

The hotel is pretty nice and in a good location, and the rooms are quite large and comfortable. Service was a little hit-or-miss, and for some reason we had to keep asking for room service (and the maids rarely restocked our towels and never once the coffee pods). The only other problems I had with the room was that it strangely smelled of cooking food at least a couple of times a day, and I had at least one shower that was ice cold. Still, I would recommend the hotel!
