Adequate (but you can find better)

The staff seemed friendly initially (though I couldn't understand them without my translation app).

Outdated, somewhat sad room. Strong stench of smoke.

Keys must be left at front desk when going out. The front door is locked, and the front desk is frequently unattended. So, I had to wait outside a couple times until the staff would return to the lobby.

I couldn't get the A/C to work, but finally after several hours somebody came to switch it on.

(They seemed annoyed that I was eager to turn on the A/C when I was swimming in my own sweat.)

Paying with my credit card they insisted that I select USD, thus incurring a $3 FEE. In two months of paying with credit cards in Spain, not a single other business forced me to select USD instead of Euro (which would have avoided the fee). I resent that.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel. Better options abound.

Good location

Room was clean. Bathroom clean but had a horrible smell. This wasn’t so bad after the room had been cleaned each day but got worse as the day went on. Very noisy, not from outside but from others staying. Ok but for what we paid expected better

Weekend in Seville

The room was very noisy, it would be nice if there was a sighn or something to let people know to keep their indoor voices as they are stumbling in from a night out. The noise is amplified due to the design and layout of the hotel. I found the old man that received me a bit grumpy, everyone else was friendly. The location was fantastic and a good value for your money.

Difficult to check in as the doorman did not speak any English at all, so I could not work out how to get back in after dinner. It was unclear that the doorman was there 24 hours a day to let you in. No amenities e.g. soap in the bathroom

A great base but a little noisy...

The hotel was great for what we needed, which was just somewhere to use as a base, good location, nice and clean. Only downsides are it's a little noisy at night as the staircase echos and the man who is often on the front desk doesn't speak any english but is very friendly and we got by with google translate on my phone!

Noisy hotel

This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The receptionist watches the telly with the sound up loud for most of the evening. The rooms are round the edge of the building so every room would hear this. They say they speak English but only 1 person does and they only work one day a week.
On the plus side it was very clean!

The rooms were fine, we had to switch rooms because the air conditioner didn't work in the first one. The man at the front desk took care of that quickly. Not the friendliest staff I've seen in a hotel, but they weren't too bad.

Windowless rooms smell so bad

- Receptionists don't speak English. They speak Spanish and they don't care whether you understand them or not. They are not helpful. It wasn't very pleasant.

- The room has no window to the outside. There is a window to a closed apartment gap. The room smells so bad. The air is not fresh. We couldn't sleep on the first night. We asked them to change our room but they didn't. We had to open the room door to get some air to be able to sleep. It was very annoying.

- Blankets are so old and smell bad.

Falta de mantenimiento en las cañerías

Las tuberías del baño olían horrible y era imposible estar en la habitación, pedimos que nos cambien y no quisieron, nos íbamos a cambiar de hospedaje y ahí nos dieron otra habitación, también olía mal pero no tanto como la primera.

Son dos veces las que me he alojado en este hostal y la verdad es que está bastante bien , aunque la primera vez que fue a ultimos de Septiembre la habitación estaba mejor adecuada que esta ultima vez .Pero en lineas generales yo recomiendo el alojamiento , tiene el centro a 10 minutos andando y 2 parkings cerca de las instalaciones

Check-in terrivel. Cobram para deixar qualquer volume, em caso de chegada antes do horario de entrada. Nao deixei volumes e ao retornar no horario do check-in... fui informado que deveria aguardar a limpeza do quarto. Fui solenemente ignorado ao questionar tal situação. Afora esta péssima acolhida, o hotel é bem localizado e o quarto é limpo.

Mi experiencia en el Hostal Roma, Sevilla

Para resumir , llegando no estaba lista la habitación,tuve que esperar más de media hora ,aunque José María decía que demorarían 5 minutos,no estaba mal pero se notaba no muy bien ventilada,y la cama solo la extendían ,no la tendían,no sé si es así ,peroooo....por lo demás aceptable,lo que más gusto es la buena ubicación del hostal,si aprovecharan eso y mejoran algunas cosillas que ellos mismos saben, sería de 10,ahhh hay un chico peruano no recuerdo su nombre ,super amable,un excelente guía,lo mejor del hostal Roma, gracias.

La camera doppia che mi hanno assegnato era minuscola e senza circolo d'aria in quanto la finestra dava sulla reception, quindi all'interno dell'hostal. Soffocante e superpagata!

Endroit typique. Accueil sympathique. Enregistrement rapide. Tranquille et silencieux. Surtout bien situé, près du terminal d’autobus et du centre historique. Mais chambre laissant nettement à désirer. Plutôt vieillotte et beaucoup trop exiguë pour contenir quatre lits (pas d’autre choix disponible), tout au plus trois. Odeur particulièrement désagréable provenant de la salle de bain (porte à tenir fermée en tout temps.

가격 대비 괜찮아요

떠나는 날 아르마스 버스터미널을 이용해야 해서 고른 호텔이었는데 아르마스에서 진짜 가까워요. 그 부분은 만족했어요. 대성당 알카사르 쪽에서는 조금 걸어야 하는데 어차피 세비야는 작기 때문에 상관은 없었어요 ㅎㅎ 숙소는 저렴한 것에 비해서는 괜찮았어요. 방은 작지만 침대랑 책상은 다 있었고 그냥 평범하게 쓸만한 침대와 책상이었어요. 욕실은 방에 비해서 이상할 정도로 깔끔하고 시설 괜찮았고요. 근데 이상하게...옷장이 화장실에 있더라고요 ㅋㅋ 저는 좀 그게 이상해서 옷장을 안 썼어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 싱글룸만 그런 것 같은데 창문이 호텔 안쪽으로 나있어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 창문 열면 호텔 방문들이 보이는...... 그냥 없느니만 못한 그런 창문..........................? 그렇습니다..그 부분은 감안하고 가셔요 ㅋㅋㅋ 엘베 있고 냉장고 없고 와이파이 잘됩니다.

Confortável e prático

A estadia tinha a intenção de ser somente para dormir, acompanhado de nossa pet ShihTzu. Isso foi bem atendido. Sem problemas. Tivemos muita dificuldade com estacionamento. As ruas próximas são estreitas e sem estacionamento. Algumas ruas mais longe temos Park H24, porém ficam caros. Sei que isso não é um problema do Hotel, mas pode ser melhor informado aos hóspedes que vão de carro, por exemplo.

Newly renovated hotel near airport bus.

My single room was tastefully furnished and very practical. The bathroom had everything one needs including a hairdryer. Both rooms were nearly renovated and extremely clean. The interior window overlooked the inner patio, but with no access through it, and with dequate air in the month of September.
For a longer stay I would want a larger room, but for the price I paid I was satisfied.
Friendly helpful staff gave my instructions for getting to restaurants etc.
I would highly recommend this hotel in a quiet, well lit side street.

- pulizia passabile, migliore di ostelli in altre città;
- la ragazza alla hall parla inglese, è un vantaggio in Spagna dove nessuno lo parla.
- due distributori di bibite e snack nella hall, costosi.
- posizione OTTIMA.
Raccomando di farsi dire dove si trova la stanza, poichè a me è stata assegnata quella di fronte la hall, questo significa:
- rumori tutta la notte, senza possibilità di riposare bene;
- impossibilità di ricircolo dell'aria in quanto non vi è aria condizionata nè una finestra che da all'esterno, ma appunto la finestrina se aperta, da nell'atrio.
- pericolo non indifferente che possano entrare in camera durante l'assenza poichè la finestra non si chiudeva bene, e la camera trovandosi di fronte alla hall era fin troppo \"invitante\". Al ritorno da una breve passeggiata infatti ho avuto l'impressione che il bagno fosse stato utilizzato, durante la mia assenza. Nel bagno c'è lavandino con erogatore di sapone, wc e doccia, con phon e 3 asciugamani (mani, intima e doccia). Non c'è il bidet, ma c'è una doccetta apposita per compensarne la mancanza.
Rapporto prezzo(offerta)/zona ottimo.

O hostel não fica exatamente no meio das principais atrações turísticas, mas fica muito próximo, sendo possível chegar a eles com uma curta caminhada. Estrutura muito boa do hostel (quarto novinho, banheiro todo reformado, elevador, depósito par bagagem sem custo adicional, pessoal cordial).

Hôtel confortable et personnel accueillant

Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et nous avons été très bien accueillis par la jeune fille de service ; L'hôtel est bien situé pour ceux qui viennent en bus de l'aéroport(45 mn ligne directe).
Une des chambres en RDC était bruyante en raison de la proximité d'un appareil de ventilation situé dans la petite cour intérieure.

Chambre au rez de chaussée en face de la réception. Chambre très petite, très humide, très obscure. La seule fenêtre donne sur la réception. Même avec des boules quiès: très très bruyant. J'irai ailleurs la prochaine fois.

Kleines Hostal in einem Seitengässchen, gemütliches Zimmer, modern eingerichtet und frisch renoviert. Reception 24h besetzt und Zutrittskontrolle. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und ideal, wenn eine Weiterreise ab Plaza des Armas geplant ist.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer ohne Fenster bzw. das Fenster war in Richtung der Hotellobby (quasi inhouse). Das hat mir nicht so gut gefallen. Dann habe ich das Person, im Vergleich zu anderen Erfahrungen hier in Spanien, nicht so hilfsbereit und freundlich empfunden. Aber alles in allem war der Aufenthalt ok.

最悪。。泊まるべきではありません。

一言でいうと今まで使用したホテルの中で最悪です。翌日早朝にバスで来る友達と落ち合うため一晩だけ利用しました。この料金のホテルに何の期待もしていませんが、TVや石鹸等のアメニティはもちろん何もありません。水を買えるところがあるかと聞いたら部屋の水道の蛇口を指さされました。スペインにミネラルウオーターはないとのこと、そんな馬鹿な。。私がひどいと思ったのは、翌朝着いた友達がホテルの部屋に入れてもらえなかったことです。ドアの前の椅子で待つのと、部屋の中の椅子で待つのと何の違いがあるのでしょうか？さらにひどいのはその友達はホテルのトイレさえ使わせてもらえませんでした。確かに宿泊はしていませんが、ホテルの基本的なホスピタリティに問題があるように思います。じゃあセキュリティーがしっかりしているのかというとそうではなく、さっさとチェックアウトしようとしてフロントに行ったら無人。ベルは機能せず、どんな人でも入りたい放題です。ここは泊まってはいけないホテルです。
