2-adults, one teenager, and one grade-schooler — and had an absolutely wonderful stay. We chose the one-bedroom suite with two king-size beds, and it was incredibly spacious. There was a table, a couch, and more than enough room for all of us to feel comfortable without feeling crowded.
The location was perfect — very central to everything we needed and within easy walking distance to grab snacks or explore nearby spots. The property itself was extremely clean, and the rooms were spotless and well maintained.
The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive. We especially loved the fresh juices offered every evening — such a thoughtful touch! The included buffet breakfast was also delicious with plenty of options for everyone in our group.
We arranged airport transportation through the hotel, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. After getting familiar with the city, we used Uber without any issues — it felt very safe both on and around the property.
Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely choose this hotel again. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel in La Condesa. Great area too. The hotel has a great breakfast too and the room was very nice, clean and spacious and newly renovated. We had a premiere King room and bed was great. Big walk in shower too and bathroom was very big. They had filtered water dispenser just outside room with cold, warm and hot water setting. There is a gym on top floor but very small. But I made use of it for what I needed. Price was excellent even with breakfast. Just across from market and lots of restaurants and cafes. So really love it and would recommend staying here

I had a wonderful stay at Kali Escandón last week. The attention was perfect—the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. My room was very nice as well; I really loved the retro vibe, while still being functional and spotless. Everything felt just right and made my stay very comfortable.
The only thing I would suggest improving is the Wi-Fi in the rooms, as it wasn’t as strong as I would have liked. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.

I have stated here couple of times now. Excellent service and attentiveness. Walking distance to Condesa and all the restaurants there. The room AC kept timing out for some reason one night, it was fixed.

I rented the presidential suite- Kali suite, for a stopover in Mexico City. The large outdoor terrace, views, large jacuzzi tub were wonderful. The staff were excellent and welcoming. I only ventured out in the neighborhood for a short time and the area is nice and safe. There is a market with restaurants, vendors etc very close by, it was enjoyable. I will stay again next time I am in Mexico City.

The room service is impeccable! The staff is awesome. They will go the extra effort.The only two issues I had were the internet and the condition of the towels. I place the internet and towel conditions on the owner. I stayed in the Presidential suite. Beautiful room. Great Bluetooth sounds. For the price I paid I didn't want towels that look like they were being used as cleaning rags. The robes felt like rocks and sandpaper.The suite does have it's own internet connection. The hotel needs a lot of up lifting. The first room I check into, the air conditioning was broken. They tried to check it and found that the compressor was not working. So, they switch me to a different room on the second night. The other room was better, but the phone never worked, and they would never hear me I called down to the front desk for any questions. Plus, the WIFI IN THE HOTEL WAS A NIGHTMARE. For anyone that is in Mexico City for business do not stay at the hotel. Their Wifi NEVER worked.

Very nice hotel in area next to Condesa. Good breakfast buffet included, with fresh orange juice and a changing set of freshly prepared dishes. Maid service daily and excellent. Very good value. Quiet rooms in relatively quiet and low traffic residential neighborhood. Spanish knowledge useful but not absolutely necessary. Front desk (24/7) staff all had decent English skills. Would definitely return to Kali Escandon in the future.

I stayed there for a month, and the hotel was very responsive to my needs, they immediately solved any little issues. The best: the staff. Special mention to Maria in room cleaning.
