When asking about getting transportation to/from the airport, be sure to have them write it down and explain clearly what they are charging, due to the fact that I was not charged the amount given initially. In other words, I was charged for having them go to the airport to pick me up, and charged for them taking me from the airport to the hotel (one trip the day I arrived), in total $1,500 MXN PESO (the two charges including a fee for using a card as payment). The hotel itself is great, surrounding area is a bit sketchy at night (but in the day it’s great), terrace is beautiful, can get a bit noisy due to the hotel being next the a busy avenue (some local shop kept blasting their music early in the morning), and recommend not using hotel transportation for not being transparent and way overpriced.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the place was clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable. You can't connect to the TV via Bluetooth, but that's only a small critique. It wasn't 100% necessary. I would recommend for the price and amenities.

I got sick my last night there and I needed water in the middle of the night and they brought me 2 bottles of water. Location was good - access to pharmacy, restaurants and little stores. Just a quick DiDi ride away from anywhere. Thank you for being great!

Hotel was great, room was clean. Location is good, 15-20 min walk from center of Condesa with all restaurants, same to the Chapultepec park. Yes, it was a bit noisy in my room from the traffic below, even though the building seems to have been renovated and has good windows, but it wasn't a big issue.Staff was nice and kind, had no problems with anything. Overall I recommend this hotel.

My family of 7 stayed here for a week (10/27 - 11/3) celebrating 2 birthdays. Between 7 people we had 4 rooms. Overall, the rooms are clean. However the service from the staff made it uncomfortable to stay here. I would not recommend staying here.

To be fair, we had 2 rooms one was ok, the other one was not, it smelled really bad sewage like, after I complained the hotel did stuff to try to mitigate the smell but it took a few hours to try to get it out and during that time we had to keep the door open, they could not switch us to another room because they were full.
Staff should had handled the smell issue before giving us the room, it shows they did not care, I have stayed at other HS hottson hotels in Leon and Queretaro and those are not only very nice properties but also very clean.
Staff is ok, food is ok. I would skip this hotel unless you get a really good deal. Never coming back to this one.

The room is very comfortable equipped with a medium size fridge/Frezzer, dishwasher, sink, small electric cooktop, safe, iron and a HUGE 60\"TV although not smart tv but you can cast your phone to it. Bed is super comfortable. The bad thing is its location although close to a metro station the area is not the best. I wasn't bothered by any noise.

Check in was a pain, they gave a room the card did not work and changed a card for another room which did not work and third time I went back they said they made a mistake of assigning wrong room and they gave third key and different room. I've stayed at other Hotsson hotels in Mexico and this was my least favorite. The neighborhood was not inviting to feel safe enough to walk at night. The restaurant staff were rude when I called and asked about late night food options. I had to order uber eats to deliver food. I was hoping more from this chain and was disappointed.

I like that the room was spacious and came with items required for basic cooking. The air conditioning worked well, and the free water bottles were a nice touch. The only downfall was that the street noise was pretty bad at times (even with earplugs). I also found the restaurant prices very steep. There were a few restaurants around the area that were good alternatives though. The front desk staff were very friendly and the concierge was alert at all times.

Second time staying in this hotel. Rooms are very big, clean and comfortable. Everything feels new. Reception people are super nice and welcoming. Room was quiet for being next to a busy avenue. This is a great hotel if staying for business, long stay, or just hang out in room to relax. I was on a 6 floor so I had a nice view. Its like an apartment, full kitchen and amenities. The only cons is not very convenient to public transportation, not in a touristy area. But fine if you uber straight from here. There is a soriana supermarket and sanborns 6 minute walk away and a pharmacy next door 5 seconds walk.

Overall, I would like to give it four and a half stars. The half star is because the sound insulation is not good. On the first night, our room was on the side close to the main traffic line. The roar of motorcycles and heavy truck engines all night made it impossible to fall asleep. The next morning, I asked the front desk customer service to change the room to the other side, which was quieter. I am satisfied with other aspects of the hotel. The room is spacious, the bedding is clean, and the kitchen facilities and washing machine are very convenient for people who travel for a long time.

Our stay here was great. Staff was very friendly and ready always ready to help and answer our questions. The AC in our room wasn’t working, we let front desk and they said they would send someone up. They weren’t able to repair it at the time but they quickly moved us to another room. I previously stayed at this hotel in 2023 and had a good experience, so I returned with high expectations. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing from the start. After arriving at 1 a.m. following a long flight, I checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned. There was urine in the toilet, hair in the shower, and an overall lack of cleanliness. When I requested a different room, I was given one without an apology, and my request for a small gesture, like a complimentary breakfast, was refused.
The experience in the new room wasn’t much better. Housekeeping failed to provide bottled water on the second day, and it took three calls to the front desk before I finally received two bottles. Additionally, the hair dryer in the room was not functional.
Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and the staff’s indifferent attitude toward customer satisfaction. After reading recent reviews, I see that my experience reflects a pattern of declining service. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues, as the current service level doesn’t live up to the hotel’s standards.

Great stay! Rooms looked exactly like the photos. Clean, modern, and nice staff. Door men at both entrances at all hours. 24/7 rooftop restaurant and room service. Washer/dryer came in handy after getting soaked in the rain! Dove products in bathroom and new water bottles in the room every day. Only reason why it’s not 5 stars is because of the location. It’s in Tacubaya and NOT condesa sur (which doesn’t really exist) the surrounding area didn’t feel the safest but overall the hotel itself was great!

Rude waitstaff in the roof-top restaurant. 20 min wait for carpaccio which was actually cooked because it was probably sitting under a heat lamp. We complained about the wait time and tried to cancel the order. There were only two of us in the restaurant. He said we would still have to pay. All of a sudden it “was ready”. Why would we eat carpaccio that was grey and curling up from heat or being cooked. Server made a big deal and had a huge attitude. He also served us COLD red wine. Lol house keeping didn’t change the sheets. Just put them back on.they also stuffed the decorative pillow next to a wall and a closet. I would also be weary of leaving valuables there. We used the safe and still were missing $200 American dollars. I don’t want to blame anyone, as we know house keeping varies daily. The last day of our stay was clearly another staff member. Everything was super clean and organized. We also got new sheets! Front desk was phenomenal through and through. Always greeted us with a smile on their face. The mini bar guy was cool too. We did miss a day though. But nice guy. The hotel was nice. Our room was nice. Even not switching the sheets wasn’t that big of a deal. The nasty server that charged us over 400 pesos for two chilled red wines and a bottle of water( didn’t honor the 20% discount) and the theft is the reason we wouldn’t go back. Try the hotel at your own risk. Don’t leave valuables in the room!! The theft left us disappointed.

The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have experienced on the road, and I have been on the road a long time. I plan on returning to Mexico City and the HS HOTTSSON will be my New Mexico City home. I would not recommend the rooftop restaurant, not because of the food but because of the service. I was the only person in the restaurant. It took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge my presence. I finally received a menu. There were at least five employees that I counted who were there. It took 15 minutes for them to take my order……correction….after 15 minutes I went to the bar area and 4 employees were simply standing around talking. Took a long time to get my first dish but after that things went smoothly. I have little tolerance for poor service. But other than the restaurant issue, this is an excellent hotel that I will certainly return to next year.
