Rooms are old outdated but for the price you can't beat it. The staff is nice it was safe and quiet neighborhood close to the museum district and popular spots Roma Notre etc. Good for solo travelers or on a budget travel.

There was only one outlet in the room and it was at the bathroom sink. The room was near the front desk and the employees would play loud music and sing along early in the morning. The beds were very hard. The breakfast at the restaurant was not good so we did not eat there again.

First off, the staff were very nice and helpful. But our room was very noisy, with no sound proofing. We could hear everything going on in the hallway AND the lobby AND the street right outside our room. This was a pretty big issue when someone staying down the hall was very distressed and was escorted down the hall shouting at midnight. Very few functional power outlets. None of them were grounded plugs (3 hole) either. Room decor was very dated. Mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Comfortable and quiet room in a good location. A good option for a budget hotel stay in CDMX. Note that after 8pm entrance is from next to the Green Park Hotel, my Uber dropped me off at the other entrance which was closed and I had to find my own way to it.

Check in was fine. Need to refurbish the rooms, curtains must be clean. Mosquitoes showed at night. Shower drain was clogged. Toilet place is very tight. Toilet and Shower lighting is very poor. Restaurant area is very nice and relaxing. Food was not as expected at all and charge average of US$25.00 is too high for the the quality of food.

Hotel Park Villa is a beautiful, genteel hotel, perfectly located next to the Chapultepec Forest park, within walking distance of several great museums and restaurants. I spent a week there, having it as my base to exploring the city and the culture and plenty of nearby nature.

The staff was particularly attentive and helpful. I asked a lot of questions of the front desk staff. Sofia and Cesar were so fantastic in this regard--thank you!

I will definitely come back here again alone or with family. Thanks for a great experience!

Area is nice and the look gives you hacienda vibes. But I would not stay again, unless changes are made.
-Bed is VERY hard. Super stiff, wake up with aches -not ideal for vacation or after a long day of touring. A comfortable bed can go a LONG way.
-Room composure is not ideal. Rest room is SO small. Worse than porter potties. Shower is small.
- No amenities -ice, or water or small shampoo samples.
-Also, there are only 2 plugs in the whole room and they are blocked by surrounding cases makes it hard to charge your phones.

This is an old motel, but it's been reasonably updated and is well-maintained, and provides basic accomodations at a reasonable price.

I didn't like the lack of laundry facilities - the only option was to use the extremely expensive drop-off service. There are no self-serve laundromats in the neighborhood, but nearby drop-off services are a tenth of the price.

The bed was comfortable, with fresh linen in good condition. The shower has great water pressure. The TV is an old model with cable only (no smart features).

I like this part of San Miguel Chapultepec. It's less touristy than Condesa, but still has lots of good restaurants, and it's safe.

All in all it's a decent place at a decent price.

Nice hotel in Chapultepec by parking great area

Location-amazong. Peaceful. Quiet. Right across from park. Great restaurants and bars and cages within walking distance
Staff-front desk was good. But charged my card without permission and without running the card (used numbers from other reservation).
Restaurant- staff was horrible. Wouldn't serve me room service because I had an accent and out me in hold for 15 minutes. One server asked me for tip because I only left him 10% in cash. Restaurant way overpriced

Location-loved it. Perfect area. Quiet and clean. Tons of great restaurants.

Staff- front desk staff was very nice. I had an issue with Expedia and hotel payment. The hotel was confused and I was as well. They charged my card without permission. That worried me a bit.
Restaurant- way overpriced. Not impressed with staff. Waiter had the nerve to come to table and ask me for tip because I told him 15% using the credit card but he asked if we could pay too in cash so he didn't have to share it and I said yes. I gave him 170 pesos in cash which was 10% and he asked for more. Also, I wanted room service in the morning and they out me in hold for 15 minutes while talking in the background. The lady told the others she didn't want to help me because I had an accent. Very rude.

Naomi was very pleasant and helpful, and her English was better than my Spanish so that was a definite plus. The hotel was nice and cozy and convenient to many nice restaurants, cafes, and bakeries, within a short but nice stroll.
Shower had Plenty of water pressure and heated up quickly.
Bed was Very hard, though. I don't like excessively hard beds, but if you do, then you'll be thrilled.
I think I'll try to add some photos in Expedia.

Nice and close to Chapultepec Park and it's many attractions. Easy to get a cab or Uber if you don;t want to walk. Felt safe and clean in the area. Staff was helpful and friendly, but GUEST'S should know a little Spanish to help in communication.

Location, location, location.

Hotel is very conveniently located near Chapultepec park (castle, zoo, museums, bike rentals, TONS to do in the park). Interior is a bit dated but well kept, completely clean and serviceable. Great water pressure and hot water. Our room's two electrical outlets were old and wouldn't hold a plug in very well - but the staff was very helpful, friendly, and always available to help. Food at the restaurant was great. Hotel park villa is connected to the green park hotel, call directly for the cheapest rate.

Cheap hotel, friendly staff

Desk isn’t staffed 24/7 and the gate was locked when I needed to leave. Thankfully found my way out through the back but had to walk around the block to catch my taxi that was waiting in front of the locked gate. Friendly staff but would have been useful to know what to do in case of early check-out

It is clean. But... The location is not that close to Condesa neither to Polanco so expect to use a lot of taxis (although it is close to the metro). The room is super basic and the restroom was super tiny, that to close the door you have to get inside and turn. It is not that expensive but I think it should be cheaper

Basic hotel and at basic price in a nice area

The hotel is a nice quiet residential area close to the park and metro. The rooms face into an internal courtyard and are quiet if somewhat dated. The shower room and toilet are very small and also dated along with the rest of the room. The staff was always friendly and the housekeeping prompt and great. The only real issue I encountered is that the room got cold and there did not seem any way to heat it.

Rooms too old , personnel ok but customer service was bad. I called to ask for a tailor and the receptionist told me just directions when i asked for.more details she just answer ohh that u need to look.. instead of saying i will google or ask or something and pass the info. Tips at the restaurant were included automatically with out asking me.. room bed too hard , old , leak on the shower .. they cab improve just with a few details..

The hotel is very cute on the outside, with 24 hour service including room service. But everything good is only superficial. The shower leaked horribly and the carpet next to it was soaked our entire stay, including before our first shower, from the previous guests. There were hundreds of ants in the drain. The bathroom was an upright coffin. The room is already very dark, but one of the lightbulbs was missing and never replaced. The wifi was spotty and hardly useable. The gate to the hotel closes at sunset and you have to knock, hoping someone hears you, to get in. One night I tried the room service, and ordered a sandwich that had no price listed, the others were $12usd or less. I ended up paying about $20 for a sandwich! In Mexico.

The hotel desperately needs to be refurbished, and a few details really thought out. Housekeeping was great, and a few of the service guys, excellent. But we wouldn't go back or recommend for more than a night or two.

We had stayed in this hotel 34 years ago. It has expanded in size but you atill get the feeling that you are on a private hacienda, not downtown Mexico City. I like the fact that it is one block from Chapultepec Park. The food is excellent but expensive.
