Our stay was pleasant from check in till check out, I wish we could've stayed longer. This hotel is centrally located and if you enjoy nice walks in the evening walking from here all the way to el zocalo takes about an hr 15 minutes, you will be able to see the angel of Independence, the revolution monument, bellas artes, latin american tower, casa de los azulejos and enjoy street vendors all the way (you can always come back on an uber) highly recommended. Also, steps away from chapultepec castle and good restaurants. I will stay here on my next visit, hopefully soon!!!

Está muy bien ubicado, pero si necesita programar mejor su mantenimiento. No funcionaba el gym (no fue notificado). El elevador tampoco funcionó durante un rato. La habitación requiere de mayor limpieza, donde ponen las toallas esta sucio.

Hotel in construction. Main amenities closed such as gym and restaurant upstairs. Rooms are old and hallways need paint asap. Quite expensive for $150 per night. For that price you get a new, clean property with amenities.

I didn’t get any type of welcome benefit as a VIP member, the front desk was very curt and to the point. However, the restaurant staff is absolutely fantastic, the food and drinks were great. They were extremely welcoming. The view of the castle is a plus. Thank you!

I think the check in experience told us exactly what we needed to know at this property. At check-in, agent couldn’t find our reservation. Instead of communicating what he was doing, he just stayed silent and we were left confused what was going on. while we were waiting Another guest jumped in front of us and he assisted her and that was really rude because we still didn’t know whether we had a room or not. When we got to our room, there was dust bunnies and stains on the sheets. Throughout our stay in the room, the AC said it was cooling, but it never did leaving the room dry and hot. Because of this everyday, I woke up with a bloody nose. The plugs would go in/out and so we couldn’t charge our devices or use our hot hair tools. one of the guest in the room with me had to check into another hotel because of how uncomfortable it was leading us to waste more money on rooms for our trip was an inconvenience. When we went downstairs to what was going on no one cared. We were told the manager was in a meeting and we could wait for him but again that was an inconvenience. We were not allowed to get more than one key for the room, and there was three guest, again an inconvenience. Just felt that the entire state of this property no one had urgency to help or any customer service skills. With that being said we will not be returning to this property or any property under this brand. The only perk of this property is the bellman BRYAN who was angel and very helpful.

Our two night stay at this hotel was great! It is very close to the Chapultepec park, castle, zoo and museums as well as many restaurants and other monuments within 15-20 minute walk. The rooms were large and very clean.

Great hotel!

Great hotel at the entrance of Polanco. Close to all the fun yet fairly quiet in case you need to sleep well. Plenty of restaurants and easy access to public transportation. Front desk was very attentive and friendly! Room was clean and taken care of.

The location is not Polanco, misleading, price is high for poor area smelly bathroom and lobby areas. Hard pillows, difficult sleep with them. Air conditioning warm in room that has controlled temperature and can not be lower. Really bad experience

Hotel is decent but the service is awful

The hotel itself is nice and it's in a decent area. However, the check in was awful. The worst I've ever had. We'd made the reservation months ago asking for 2 rooms next to each other so our 4 kids could stay next to us. When we go there, they had our rooms on different floor. We told them that would not work and they told us they were 100% booked and could not change it. So we had our kids stay in our room. They would not credit us the money back for the room. After over and hour of being on the phone with them, I had to go down there and they finally told me that they would credit only 2 nights back of one room and that we would then be charged an additional \"extra person\" fee for our kids to stay in our room. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is safe area, with nearby restaurants and shopping, also grocery stores. The room was clean and tidy, although not so big. The staff was very kind and really helpful. I had some issues with my credit card at check in, but we managed to resolve it quickly.
The only thing is that the hotel looks a little bit dated but not much, that is why I am giving 4 stars

El hotel es muy limpio y la ubicación es excelente! Sin embargo, la atención deja mucho que desear. Llegamos después de la hora de chek in y la habitación no estaba lista, tuvimos que esperar. No nos cambiaron toallas todos los días, tampoco jabón y shampoo. Se escucha mucho ruido de otros huéspedes, necesitan instalar aislantes de ruido.

Is not what I expected. My \"suite\" was pretty simple and with very limited decoration, if any. I never used the studio because has no windows, no proper lighting, really depressing. Bathroom is ok but looks cheap and with really strange noises from the sewer. Room service sent me a cold soup, no sauces, no bread, just the meals I ordered and looked that the food was prepared hours ago and just reheated. Internet really unstable and got disconnected sometimes every 10 minutes. Restaurant is ok, good food. In general, people very friendly and ready to help. I may not return.
