The Vuestro was a wonderful place to stay. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the staff was excellent. Though the hotel is on a quiet street, it's only a short walk from many restaurants, and it's close to several neighborhoods and places worth visiting, including Roma, Condesa, Polanco and Bosque de Chapultepec.

My only criticism, as someone who stayed for eight nights, is that the options for breakfast (which is included in the room rate) are limited and do not change day-to-day. Also, the hotel charges for refills of coffee.

I nonetheless highly recommend staying here.

Wish the pool heated and the water smells minerally and sour, better filtration system needed. Highly recommend this place for an affordable stay in CDMX.

Great property, built in 2024, the rooms are big size, bathrooms are amazing, beds are comfortable. Good location with a great bar and cafe across the street and some great dining options down the street with convenience stores like 7 11 and circle.
Two issues staff can work on
1) breakfast was terrible, same options everyday with omelette and waffle. We expected some Mexican options like molcete which is not hard to make, but the omelettes as is were terrible. I make much better at home
2) non heated outdoor rooftop pool..the pool timings are 6am -11 pm and it's not heated, so it's totally unusable most of the time. The pool area itself is nice but we couldn't use it

I had a great experience at Vuestro. From the very beginning, we received a very warm welcome from the receptionist. And whatever we needed, we got it right away. The room was very clean. I like that the bathroom is located away from the bed. The breakfast staff were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only slight peeve in that area is that there are steps up to the front desk, and nobody helped us lug our bags.

The room itself was modern and comfortable, spacious and with a nice sofa. The mattresses were a little soft for our liking. The balcony was a nice addition, even though there is a fair amount of auto noise.

The bathroom was one of my few issues with the room at Vuestro. First, it's small. Second, the shower pan seems to leak on the floor. But the biggest issue is that the water often takes quite a while (like 5 minutes) to get hot, which in water-constrained CDMX seems exceptionally wasteful. To top it off, the showerhead is not low-flow, making the issue even worse.

Breakfast was lovely. Only a couple of options, but everything was high quality and prepared to order. The coffee was outstanding, as well. Breakfast staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Lastly, a shout out to the restaurant/bar Berta across the street! It's an amazing little spot, and I hope that Vuestro and Berta form a good symbiosis over time.

Overall, despite the few flaws, I highly recommend Vuestro and think it was an exceptional value.

could have been 4 or 5: we stayed for five nights there. Pros: 1. nice/large room 2. good location 3. solid free breakfast 4. rooftop view nice too 5. staff friendly Cons: 1. close to a restaurant across the street which was very noisy on a Sat night (until 1am or so due to a birthday party or something); 2. rattling noise in internal water/sewage pipes for a couple of nights which made sleep quality bad (saw some workers on rooftop then but not sure if there was the problem).

No formal greeting upon arrival. Did not offer any assistance with a map, sites around the city, etc. Ask about noise level in the room assigned, told it would be very quiet. But turned out our room was on the first floor in front of the street and right across is a bar that plays music all through the night with very noisy customers right outside the establishment. Our room had water leakage in the bathroom, told the front desk, but did not offer any change to a different room. It looks like a nice and new property but it seems that the renovation was subpar. The room next to us already has water damage on the wall next to our room; noticed that when housekeeping was cleaning the room. Also, housekeeping is hit or miss, several days, did not refill the complimentary water bottles even though they were empty. Same goes for the coffee pods and toilet paper. All and all, for that price point, I expect more from this hotel. Very disappointed.

Vuestro is a new hotel in a very safe, clean neighborhood (that has a Starbucks) which is very walkable to all the restaurants and sites we wanted to visit. We were upgraded to a more spacious room at the front of the building. It was a great room, good bed, and excellent water pressure in the shower. The only caveat is that there's a wine bar across the street. It doesn't get too loud or go on too late, but earplugs are still a must. We are sensitive sleepers and found that earplugs left us very well rested. We'd stay here again - and yes, in this same room!

The staff speaks English and is dynamic, friendly and helpful. Every morning the breakfast made on demand was fresh and perfectly nutritious. The room was not very large but still perfect for us two. The desk clerks helped us book a tour and gave helpful advice. The hotel was built in late 2024 so is in perfect condition.

The highlight of our stay was the staff - warm, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel made it convenient to get to most cafes, bars and restaurants in the Reforma/La Condesa/Polanco neighborhoods, and a short walk over to the museums within the Bosque de Chapultepec. We would stay here again.

Customer Service is terrible. Limited staff that speaks English. A promise of service to be on time, such as laundry delayed to be delivered. Ended up missing my flight and rebook my ticket due to waiting for Laundry Service.
Staff do no not acknowledge poor services.
No free coffee on breakfast, you have to pay for any expresso or even regular coffee. They serve flavor water which barely taste anything other than more sugar on. Their Whatsapp communication is terrible.

I had a fantastic stay at the Vuestro Hotel during my 7-day trip to Mexico City in July. From the beginning, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Housekeeping was especially outstanding — my room was refreshed daily with care and attention to detail. (Please tip the staff accordingly!)

The room itself was spacious, spotless, and felt newly updated, reflecting the hotel’s boutique, modern style. I especially appreciated the great water pressure in the shower and the thoughtful kitchenette setup, which included a microwave and a small fridge — perfect for storing drinks or heating up quick leftover meals. Please avoid the nearby Starbucks and check out the great local cafes.

The location is ideal: just off the main streets, so it’s peaceful and quiet, yet still within easy walking distance of restaurants, transit, and the nearby park. It truly felt like staying in a real neighborhood rather than a tourist zone. I also felt very safe coming and going throughout the day -- something I was a bit hesitant about at first.

For the price, the value was more than exceptional. Great service, comfortable accommodations, and an unbeatable location — I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is a new facility so everything was neat and clean.
Breakfast is excellent and the rooms are spacious with all the appliances you will need during your stay.
The hotel area is more as a business zone with offices and shops, so it wasn't walkable at all but safe.
The staff of the hotel were good and helpful.
The only issue we had was on the first night/second day of the stay. There was a short circuit from the public grid that affected the hotel transformer leaving the whole hotel without power.
Luckily we were relocated on another close hotel from the same company and spent that night over there while the power problem was fixed.
I will definitely book again in the future.

I booked Vuestro Hotel without knowing anything about it — I just needed a place to stay for two nights in Mexico City and decided to take a chance. What a pleasant surprise it turned out to be!

Located on a quiet street in a typical city neighborhood, this urban hotel makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The front desk staff welcomes you warmly and professionally, setting the tone for an excellent stay.

The hotel has four floors and a cozy lobby that also serves as the dining area. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the comforts you would expect from a five-star hotel.

Breakfast is included, delicious, and served with great care. The location is fantastic — central but tucked away from the city’s noise, making it perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

The Vuestro is really well located, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is solid (especially in a city that does not wake up early).

Only things keeping it from being 5-stars for us were:
1. You have to run the shower for 5-10 minutes to get hot water, which feels wrong in a city that is desperate for water overall;
2. You have to specifically ask for them to make up your room. I'm totally used to saving towels, but was surprised after our first day in town when we had no made beds; and
3. I have no idea how to control the air conditioner in the room, but to be fair, we never asked the front desk for help there (the front desk is awesome, btw).

The hotel itself is located in a quiet street but centrally located, at walking distance from Chapultepec, La Reforma and its landmarks. You can even walk to La Condesa, Roma Norte, Zona Rosa. For longer trips or if you don't like public transportation, Uber is your friend (e.g.; 15mn to Centro Historico). We spent 6 nights there. A couple of hickups have been promptly sorted out by a very available staff. It's a business district so expect a bit of traffic noise at pic hours. The building itself is new and modern and clean. Plenty of lunch and dining options around including many street food vendors.

Well when I arrived the welcoming wasn't that great, got some hard looks from staff at front desk but on the next day during breakfast, the staff that was serving the meals treated me with kindness and respect, making me have a different view of the place. This was a really lovely hotel in a quiet street. There are some good places to eat in the area and sights to see nearby. It was safe enough to navigate with phone in hand. I love love love this hotel! I was Treated like a princess for my birthday. The staff was so sweet! Miguel and Gabby took extra care of me. Honestly everyone is amazing. The beds are extra comfy! I love The free breakfast made fresh and made to order. The coffee was amazing. I love The hotel is close to convinient store and the main hub of Mexico City! It was surprisingly quiet so I slept A lot! I love the modern look of the place, the beautiful rooftop pool. I can go on and on. Stay here! You won’t regret it.. I’ll be back every year I’ve decided. Wanted to add photos but could not.. wanted to to add my birthday surprise from staff. I truly felt cared for. Also love the what’s app chat: there you ask for thing you need from reception. Thanks again :)

The staff were really friendly, helpful. The included breakfast was nice, easy to get, great coffee selections. Took awhile to get hot water in the shower, sometimes up to five minutes but sometimes not. Pool was relaxing!

Great place in Polanco for a great price!

We enjoyed this hotel a lot! It was our get away from the frenetic pace of CDMX. Luiz and Dani were exceptionally helpful at breakfast time and for touring information. We can't speak highly enough of them! The breakfasts were high quality and healthy, made to order. The sitting area, though cold, was lovely. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed eating snacks on the balcony. It was a steal for being in Polanco, though on the other side of the highway.
We found it really convenient to get to Polanco, Condesa, Roma and other cool neighborhoods. We'd recommend this place!
