Mais ils ne donnent des filtres que si vous acheté leur café. Vraiment cheap. Le personnel de réception n'est pas trés flexible pour satisfaire leur clientèle.

The internet was not strong enough to reach my room with any strength or speed. When I asked if I could move, they told me that the Internet is “slow and weak” in the whole hotel. That seems like a breach of contract to me. But they wouldn’t refund my money for the remaining five nights I was staying there. I just had to eat it. Unfortunately I was working so I needed the Internet. The staff was completely unhelpful and rude. The room are ancient and run down. Don’t trust the pictures. stay in a better hotel. You’ll just be frustrated here.

The suite was fantastic and well worth the amount charged. There was a TV in both the bedroom and in the living room The kitchen was well equipped. We were given two little bottles of water for the first night, but the maid forgot to replenish the bottles so for the next four nights we bought water in the nearby store. She also did not replenish the toilet paper but we managed on what we had.

The place feels very worn out and old. The kitchen has no pans and cooking utensils; not even towels or dish soap. The room we were assigned faced the street and was very noisy. You can hear the thumping of the music from several of the bars and restaurants nearby. We only stayed one night to catch a flight the next morning. The location was excellent. Close to the Angel and everything was accessible. But I will not stay there again.

After looking at past reviews I saw bed bugs was discussed. I worked as an exsterminator and new i was going to xhexk for bed bugs. Good news was there was no sign. That being said, the rooms are big for the price and the location is awesome. The wifi is not good and the ac lacks. I was in room 405 and the noise that was also disxussed in reviews was not a problem. Would I stay here again? The answer is yes!

The advantage of staying in a suite gave us the convenience of a studio apt and we had the options of preparing our own meals. Plus the location of Rio Lerma is ideal for dining and enjoying being in the heart of CDMX. The location is so much better than being in the Zona Rosa which is going through so many changes. We were a block away from the Paseo de la Reforma, without the noise and traffic .

The room I stayed in was clean, but there was no soap, only shampoo, conditioner and body lotion and there was water leaking from the faucet.

The room was big and clean and it has a little kitchenette with everything you need.
