I was in room 702.
Spacious Room, I had a Street balcony view. A lot of closet storage space. I was happy to see an iron and ironing board (ironing board cover needs to be replaced, it had a stain so it was difficult to iron my shirt)
In the bathroom had a nice size counter and hand lotion. Bath products smelt good. The lotion was a great amenity which most hotels don’t provide. Provides two free water bottles upon check-in.
After each day turndown service if you do not have your “do not disturb sign”, housekeeping provides an additional two bottles of water.

Great Location for walking around the city. Close to Zona Rosa where the bars are located.

Lost a star because
Mini-Fridge does not get cold.
Gym equipment machines do not work. They are outdated.

I enjoyed my stay and would stay again for a future visit.

Really good location and a spacious room. However, the AC did not work properly—it made a horrible noise and never cooled the room, even after the maintenance technician came to check it. Additionally, the cleaning was not good.

Overall good experience... no issues. The only unfortunate thing was that our unit was on the first floor making it necessary to have the drapes closed as the facing buildings across the street are quite close.

Would recommend higher floors for best experience.

The rooms are a mix of nice and very basic. Certainly not the star level that the place claims to be. The bed was comfortable but didn’t have a top sheet. The bottom sheet didn’t stay tucked in. The coffee packet was of poor quality. I looked at the breakfast buffet option and passed for the lack of quality. The windows are clouded dirty and the HVAC was very noisy although it did control the temp if you could sleep through the noise. Would not return or recommend.

Clean property and well located. The room space was great. A little bit noisy location (mostly on Fridays and weekends because the noise that comes from the street). The property is in good shape but has some signals of aging. The breakfast does not have much freshness and variety but is good enough. Good value for the price.

The room when i arrived wasn’t clean, the sheets where stained with blood, and other blue stains.

The wifi wasn’t good, it had a weak signal in the room.

The gym was closed, and that was one of the reasons i booked it , so its false advertising for customers.

The room curtains were not blackout, so the night lights on the street were in front of the bed.

Overall it wasn’t worth the price i had to pay for it at all, i dont recommend the stay

When we arrived the hotel had cancelled our reservation arguing credit card issues, never happened before in my life. Assigned us an inferior room for the first night with the fare of the superior room. Hotel is well located. Don’t think I’ll stay there again.

Not the cleanest room, found a lot of dust in the desk area and around the coffee pot so did not use. The fridge never cooled and the a/c ran nonstop but never got below 25 degrees celsius. The staff at the front desk was never the same, when I got in they said I could leave my luggage and it would be placed in my room. When I checked in a few hours later my bag was not in my room and the front desk person was not super nice about bringing it up.

Great location.

Cons:Not worthy for the money you pay.
Walkways, elevators are very congested.
Medium standards.
You are paying the price of Marriot Spring hill suites but you get the room as Motel 9.
Pictures are deceiving.

The Exe Suites Reforma was clean & spacious & the hot breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was wonderfully central to the historic central zone, Chapultepec Park, & literally across the street from the Reforma 222 shopping mall & the restaurants & pubs in Zona Rosa. Totally excellent & affordable!

Nice location if you want to stay close to Reforma and shopping malls. The rooms are ok, althought there are some cleaning issues in the bathroom. The hotel looks safe but I would be cautious at night, as the areas around doesn't look safe. I may return if I have to go back to the area, but it would not be my best choice.

The hotel was good, clean. the reception staff was excellent, the only serious problem we had was the air conditioning expelled a lot of dust, it needs to change the filter more often, and the biggest problem was that this is a non-smoke-free building, and a guest in the same floor didn't stop smoking on the same floor even though we reported it, all the smoke came to our room, it was actually very unpleasant. for everything else it was very good

The staff was amazing, especially the day desk gentleman. Location is terrific but the room isn't great. It was clean, but very basic. The advertised balcony is just a patio door opening to a juliette step out. No room to sit outside. No common area to sit inside either. There is breakfast offered onsite but too expensive and in a boring room off the reception. Flooring in my unit really needed replacement.

BEWARE!!!! I was given a code for a secure wifi network. The named network didn’t show up on the list of available networks. Only an unsecured network. The gentleman at the desk said that I couldn’t see the secure network because I was using an iPhone to connect. I have never had an issue seeing secure networks on a list of networks. The gentleman said that the unsecured network was perfectly safe. He had me go to several websites that had the “lock” icon indicating that they were “safe”. I would have used my cell phone cellular for internet access but my Travel Plus plan had been dropped. I had to use the unsecured network to go online to fix my travel plan. While I was online doing this, I got a phone call from a security division of a credit card I never use and didn’t bring with me, asking me if I had just made a charge of $195 in Mexico City on that card. No! My phone had been immediately hacked while I was on the unsecured wifi network! I have since learned that some hotels are paid by hackers to have unsecured wifi networks precisely for this purpose. BEWARE!!!!!

There are 0 amenities. I asked the only employee at the front desk Baruk the night before about late checkout which he quoted as being half the price of the per night stay until 4pm. The next morning at 1140am the other employee Maria Isabel informed me that there would be no late check out and i would have to leave the property in 30 mins or pay the new rate which was 3x times the amount I had booked for late checkout or overnight stay. I had to book another hotel at 1/3 EXE pricing for the rest of the day so that I would not have to wander the streets like a homeless person. Maria Isabel made no zero attempt to help me and told me the new 3x rate was the rate for that day and i had 30 mins to leave. I explained spoke with the night staff Baruk and asked her to contact him as I already had a quote. When I asked to speak with a manager she said there was no one else to help. I will NEVER stay at EXE again. Maria Isabel should not work with customers and the only nice person at the hotel were the cleaning staff and the breakfast server (he should be made manager what a kind person). Thanks for NADA maria Isabel.

The area is safe, the hotel room was convenient; however, the bathroom doesn’t have privacy. The package I got included breakfast and the service was not the best. The coffee was warm almost cold, I asked for egg whites to the cook and they brought full egg, even though when I explained I was allergic.

Everything was great except for the A/C, the room was never cool. I believe it must have been externally controlled since the hallway was cooler than the room even after I complained and at times felt like the heater was on instead of the cooler. The price was right for a mini suite but not sure I would stay here again.

Warm AC, no bedside outlets.

You can take the subway lines from airport to get to this hotel. A bit of an adventure but for 10 pesos it was worth the money saved.

I've stayed here 3 times and have yet to get a room that looks like the photos! The first room had a serious water leak and bathroom was flooded upon entry. They moved me to another room and the AC never got below 75F. It was just blowing warm air. The sink is way too small for any adult to use and putting two thin pillows on a king size bed is an insult. Lastly the room has no bedside outlets.

I won't stay here again. NH Hotel is a good option if you can get it for a good price.

Horrendous customer service. Photos are deceiving. it looks like every room has a balcony which is untrue. I arrived around noon which is a reasonable time and was made to wait til 3 even though the room was available. When I found out room didn’t have balcony I asked to pay additional for upgrade. And this is where things got ridiculous. Manager wanted to charge double what the online rate was. She then tells me to call hotels.com to have them do it. So much unnecessary back and forth between hotel and hotels.com. After being on the phone for 2 hours I never got the upgrade. They wanted to charge me a $60 fee to upgrade the room. Absolutely ridiculous. Penalty for wanting to spend more money? I ended up leaving after wasting 3 hours of my day. The manager could care less. Hideous experience. Would never come here again.

I was very pleasantly surprised with Exe Suites Reforma. First off, for business travelers on a budget, this place, while small, is great. The location is great (right off Reforma), the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly.

The only downsides I see are that the gym is pretty rudimentary and it's hard to get ahold of any management if you need to change your reservation in any way.

Other than that, great hotel. I'll be staying here again, for sure.

We didn’t even stay at this hotel. We paid for a second hotel before staying here. Staff was rude and they had no manager on staff ever. They also didn’t know who owned the hotel. One person working at the front desk. Small rooms. Did not look the way it was advertised.

The location establishment, and service were good. I did expect a higher caliber service given the location/area, but it was blah. We've received better service at more humble establishments.

The hair and stains on the bedding were what soured our stay from the very beginning - Made us wonder what other shortcuts this hotel is taking.
When we called the front desk to request new sheets or a change of room, they simply sent someone over with new linens, which we had change ourselves.
Most likely will not stay here again.

I am so sorry to mention this but during the entire week of my stay the sewer right in front of the hotel spilled all its contents on the street and the smell and floating bacteria was unbearable. Even after a truck came during Wednesday to remove the antihygienic material some was left on the street and continued to smell even inside the rooms. An unfortunate week for this great hotel and its great employees.

The location is in a nice area that is close to la Reforma and half way between Polanco and the historic Centro. Modern design is nice with hard floors. Convenient to take the MetroBus line 7. Decent restaurants nearby.

Except the hospitality of the staff who were nice , everything else can be improved.

AC makes lots of noise , bed are not comfortable enough, bathrooms were old , the bed sheets looked like used ones may be to conserve water they wash it once a month or something, who knows only the hotel is now concerned about environment and is avoiding using natural resources . Breakfast 2.5 out of 5 . Rest the location is amazing

Front desk people were very friendly and professional. Room was clean. Hotel was in a nice area. There is another hotel called Exe Cities Hotel that may confuse cab drivers but it is not far. Also a room key seemed to not work but front desk people fixed it right away. In the room we had there is a door that separates the shower/toilet from the sink area but no door that separates the sink area from the beds so the light may be an issue for someone sleeping but I would still recommend this hotel.

I must say I was very surprised when the doorman took my luggages from the uber straight to my room. I was in shook- The room was very comfortable. the breakfast is by far very good. Rather to have breakfast there than in starsbucks. The location is fantastic. you can take the microbus to the basilica of Guadalupe. - TAKE UBER from airport to hotel . it is close to U.S $6 dollar each way. INSANE but MEXICO is cheap

For the price there are better options

Rooms are well decorated, and the hotel is well located in reforma. It is just across the road from a mall and hop on hop off bus service. Front desk were also relativly helpful and called a taxi for us when needed. However, the pillows are probably the worst of any hotel i have ever stayed at and left me unable to sleep well. The wifi also does not work properly in the rooms (unable to load websites). Breakfast is a mix of both warm and cold foods, and has enough selection to just about satisfy most people. Ultimatly i would stay somewhere else next time as this hotel was below standard on the comfort department.
