The hotel is functional. Period.
Not so many amenities, the location it's good however rooms are outdated and in less than acceptable condition. Bed is comfortable, staff is nice and friendly in majority. Rooms are loud meaning you WILL hear what's happening next door. Cheap but again, you get what you pay for. They definitely have awesome photographers because rooms don't look like in the pictures. They are smaller.

Hotel El Ejecutivo is a very basic, dated property that is starting to show its age. The biggest issue is the lack of soundproofing; the walls are paper-thin, and I could hear almost every conversation and movement from other guests on my floor. The staff also seemed quite indifferent and weren't particularly welcoming. A strange but notable downside: the shower pressure was so intense it was actually painful. The only real reason to stay here is the location—only book this if you absolutely need to be near Reforma and are looking for the lowest possible price.

El lugar definitivamente no es un hotel de tan siquiera dos estrellas. Los pisos sí fueron renovados recientemente al igual que el interior del hotel que fueron pintados. Sin embargo, los baños necesitan ser renovados con urgencia y las paredes retocadas.

El piso estaba muy sucio aunque a simple vista no se veía; las medias y los pies luego lo delataban. Por otro lado, uno de los elevadores no funcionó durante nuestra estadía.

El personal fue muy atento pero la persona encarga de limpiar nuestro cuarto, olvidó de proveer las toallas consistentemente. Tuvimos que estar llamando o visitando la recepción a diario para obtener toallas. El lugar sí está sumamente estratégico y cercano a muy buenos restaurantes y a varias atracciones turísticas. Sin embargo, la falta de limpieza y mantenimiento del lugar no justifica el quedarse en El Ejecutivo, especialmente al haber otros buenos hoteles en los alrededores.

The worst room conditions

Very bad conditions of the room, rotten and moldy courtains, pillows like rocks, torn mattress, door of the bathroom in bad conditions and no hand towels or floor mat for the bathroom because they ran out of them. People knocking the door in the nigth and very noisy.

My room on the 4th gloor had a horn-like sound coming from somewhere in the hotel. It definitely was not outside, I checked. Didn't hear it in the 1st floor restaurant nor the lobby. It came on and off constantly all day and night. It was horrible.

Las sabanas de las camas, almohadas si les faltan un poco mas de limpieza o renovacion, ya que algunas estas limpias pero tienen manchas.
Otra area de oportunidad seria agregar enchufes electricos cerca de las camas, como en la cabecera o buros.
Otra area de oportunidad seria tambien el baño, ya que la tasa esta muy pegada hacia la puerta de la regadera lo que hace un poco dificil acomodarse/sentarse en la tasa.

Will stay here again!

The hotel is centrally located. Although there is currently a construction across the street, the hotel was always clean and we didn't hear any noise. The guys at the reception were awesome. They took care of making reservations for taxis and excursions. Breakfast had plenty of options and the staff was very kind.

The place was ok, they did not mention half the street was under construction. We had to wait for the guys in charge of parking to open, when they arrived they had beers on their hands. There is no ice besides the restaurant who acted like we couldn't pay for extra ice. The front desk staff was friendly.
