The name says ‘Suites’ my room was barely big enough for a bed with no windows. It was like sleeping in a closet. I requested a larger room - offered to pay the difference - but was told none were available. This was not true I found out later.

I am definitely staying here again. The rooms are small and cozy, the front desk is always kind. I also felt very safe because the door is always locked and we have to ring the bell to get in but they answer it 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is so nice and they keep the whole place super clean. Thank you!

The room was very hot and had only a small fan for ventilation. The only window opened onto the public interior hallway. The bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly. Being an entirely interior room, it was very quiet. We didn’t see any other guests the two nights we were there, so it was incredible that they wouldn’t give us a better room.

This place has potential to be great. However they need to pay attention to small details. My room had a throw pillow that was tattered. I could not understand why they would place such a thing in anyone's room. Since my neighbors were always arguing in the middle of the night I asked to be placed in another room. The throw pillow in that room was also worn out. On the plus side the staff were very nice.

This location is very easy to overlook because it doesn’t have a sign outside of its property but it’s a hidden gem. Rooms are small and cozy , no ac but they do provide a fan, multi level building with a very nice terrace on top for you to hang out or relax to reenergize. It’s only a few steps away from the Monument of Revolution as well as many restaurants all around. Betty was at the front desk and was super friendly, made everyone feel like they were at home. This place gives you the “I’m visiting family” feel with their unique ring the door bell and we will open the doors for you. Awkward at first but it made me feel safe knowing not just anyone can walk into the building. It’s pretty much in the center of the city within 15-20 minutes in any direction to any place you want to see in Mexico City. Very safe, very cozy, will definitely book my stay there next time I’m in Mexico City!

The place is great, but it was hot. It had no air conditioner, so it was a sweaty night. Our room had a frosted glass door, so the light in the hallway went through all night. Basically seemed like day inside our room including at night, not letting us sleep. Staff is great and everything else was great as well.

Alcazar a CDMX gem!
This is a lovely gem tucked away on a side street. It feels more like a home with rooms than a usual hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms cute and the roof terrace a lovely place to hang out. I did lack a proper desk chair in the room that only had a tiny stool.
Only reason why I wouldn't give this place full stars is because wifi went down and still after over a week it wasn't fixed.

la srita. Blanca muy buena empleada y atenta con los huespedes, nos ayudo desde que llegamos ya que el vuelo llegaba en la madrugada afortunadamente nos abrieron la puerta del hotel. Nos hizo falta agua, una empleada nos resulto diciendo que solo era cortesia de un dia lo cual es ilogico ya que se le estaba pagando por varios dias el servicio, el lugar muy bien ubicado, conveniente para caminar en diciembre.

Very modern new felt like a hotel not a hostel! Except you needed to be let in when main doors are closed at night. Bit of a sewer gas in washroom on second floor , receptionist tryed to enter room while in when ask why? told i call reception \"did not touch phone \" bit creepy. Will go back when in CDMX and need a bit of peace and quiet , good location close to Revelation monument for the price i payed a very good deal.

This was a horrible experience. They are remodeling and should get better but they definitely should not be opened yet. I even had to make my own receipt. The staff didn’t even know where the room was, they didn’t even give me a key. The TV was not working, I had to fight for and demand pillow covers, it was very late so I couldn’t move hotels. They didn’t have a hair dryer and I struggled to open the water. Horrible experience.

Sehr gute Lage. Personal ist freundlich, reagiert jedoch nicht auf Expedia-Nachrichten. Wir wollten einen Shuttle organisiert bekommen, wie in Beschreibung angegeben, was dadurch nicht möglich war. Wir sind dann auf uber umgestiegen, was in CDMX ein Glück kein Problem ist. Unser Bett war durchgelegen und es gibt keine Klimaanlage, sodass wir nicht gut schlafen konnten. Zimmer ist sonst ok, jedoch ist das Bad etwas unpraktisch. Handtücher hängen über Toilette, sodass man aufpassen muss, dass sie nicht hineinfallen. Es gab auch keinen Fön, Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Zahnputzbecher im Bad.

El lugar es demasiado viable, y con muchas alternativas de acceso y transporte publicó.
La chica del turno nocturno poco amable y sin apoyarnos con un par de toallas, ya que las que teniamos estaban humedas porque todo nuestro baño estaba lleno de agua, ya que la cortina no cubria bien.
El ultimo día no se nos hizo limpieza y eso que salimls desde las 9 am y regresando a las 11 pm , de nuevo sin toallas limpias el baño humedo por el mismo problema mencionado anteriormente.
