The service is good but the cleaning of the room is not very good, the bathroom gets very wet on the floor because there is no curtain or any partition, the Wi-Fi signal is very bad and finally the location of the hotel is an area that does not seem very safe especially at night.

Compare to a motel.
The hotel itself isn't the worst, but the area makes it look bad (prostitution around it), beds and pillows could get an upgrade. If you are looking to save and a little noise doesn't bother you, go ahead. I wouldn't recommend if you travel with kids though.

We had the corner room, in the hotel. Whenever we came back from our travels the room was clean with our complimentary waterbottle waiting for us. We had so so WiFi. Staff was pretty nice and friendly. It wasn’t horrible for us as everyone else said. Granted if you want to use the WiFi get on during the early hours for better use of it.

This hotel might be in a tough neighborhood, but the hotel itself felt safe and it was a good place to stay for the price. I wouldn't exactly recommend it for a family vacation (porn channels, sex trade workers outside) but if you're on a backpacking budget and want your own private bathroom and bedroom, this could be a good choice.

Our experience was awful, I am an experience traveler and I normally do not write down my experiences because I never considered to be useful but this time I am writing it to help other people like me, I do not want anybody to go through my disappointing experience, so there we go:
•Location on the website is not precise. It took us 2 hrs. walking to find out the place, the site says a location close to the underground but we ended up far away from the hotel. So, call before you go to avoid this situation
•I booked a room for two people but they changed price because the room has two beds. The have different prices even though I made the reservation two people double beds or one bed.
•If you are not familiar with the city, it’s not recommendable you be there, the streets leading towards the hotel are dark and dangerous in your way you will see, prostitutes, drags, looters, homeless, pimps etc.
•The room did not have a trash can inside the bathroom, so we used plastic bags as trash can. The carpets were old and dirty.
•Only one outlet inside the room, so if you have to charge cameras or phones, you have to charge one by one or just wait.
•Internet extremely slow.
•No A/C or heather.
•The big flag is the keep your credit card information, that is a big NO, they asked me if I want it to be charged on my credit card the one that I used to make the reservation I said, yes, I was ready to give it to the front desk person but he replied “Do not bother I have your information

Ya van varias ocasiones que me hospedonen dicho hotel, me gusta por precio y por lo céntrico, lo veo más como una alternativa solo para pasar la noche, sin embargo en esta ocasión la habitación que me asignaron estaba pegada a la calle y el ruido invadía la habitación, además del baño, que suele quedarse encharcado, son las únicas dos observaciones que podría hacer del lugar, por todo lo demás, está muy bien, recomendable si no eres exigente.
