Its a nice hotel. We stayed there for a week. I took two stars off because one you can hear through the walls and the people in the top of our room would make so much noise at night it sounded like a dog running every night at 2-3 am (tbh i thought it was a ghost). And the other star beacuse one afternoon after being out all day we came to our room and found the door was not completely closed. Nothing was taken but they should always check after cleaning the rooms. Overall if your looking for a nice place to stay this is it the people were nice. We came too early and asked if we could leave our baggage to not walk around with it. Its close to Biblioteca Vasconcelos about 10 mins walking and walking distance to a walmart at 10 mins. They have a restaurant on the lobby floor. Food was mid compared to other places.

My husband and I stayed here for a rather short stay on a layover waiting for a flight but were able to take advantage of some sights and get some rest while we waited to head back to the airport. Honestly, they have the most comfortable hotel bed that we have ever slept in! I only wish we could have stayed a bit longer to enjoy some more rest. I would definitely consider a future stay here for a longer period of time.

The property was in construction on July 2025, the elevator was down, staff was managing the elevator so you will always have to call them. The room was very clean, with an a/c, at night wasnt necessary because weather will cool at night. Restaurant’s staff was awesome and servings are huge and good. Overall we had a good stay except the elevator issue. Walking distance to zocalo and Bellas Artes was a good 20 min. walk, uber to that area $70 pesos ride.

Very clean and all the staff were very helpful and kind always in great mood. Hotel beds and room cleaned daily and not far from a lot of laces walking distance they are remodeling but work is kept cleaned and not disturbance after 5 pm which is a reasonable time over all a 9/10 we where mostly thankful for they staff they were great thanks guys!!!!

Great place to stay

It's a really excellent hotel. Stayed in Mexico for three months and in Mexico City it's without doubt the best for value and comfort. Shower is excellent and the mattress is excellent. Tv is a good size and also it's not cold like a lot of hotels in the city. Perfect location as the main bus line is a two minute walk. Really clean too and nice little extra.

Stayed here for 6 nights and 7 days. The hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Only two things I'd try to improve is the fact there was no air conditioner and I'd add more breakfast items for variety. The breakfast options are the same evert single day.

Bad neighborhood, can’t be walking around as people steal your phones from your hands. Sheets are dirty and theres lots of carpet, which means that its a breeding ground for fleas and ticks.

We are super happy with our stay. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. We had a family room with 2 queen beds and a triple bunk bed wich accommodated a family of 6. Clean bathroom and lots of extra space for storage. We will definitely add this hotel to our favorites in México city.

Terrible a punto de sufrir una extorcion y estando dentro del hotel yo creo que algún personal del hotel tienen contacto con los delincuentes y les pasan datos de lo que uno hace en el hotel si entras si sales etc
La de recepción pasó la llamada a pesar que se le dijo que yo no conocía a esa persona y ahí empezó todo , según era un operativo policiaco y quisieron lavarme el cerebro después ya que vieron que no pudieron empezaron a querer meter miedo y demás insultos gritos etc diciendo que eran de un cartel y que subirían a tumbar mi puerta y despojarme de todo lo que tenía ahí .
Hice una denuncia a la policía .
Espero que esto sirva de mucho para ustedes los viajeros y no pasen un mal rato ., preferible pagar un poco más en otro hotel de mejor prestigio . De mi reembolso ni les menciono ....... NO SE HOSPEDEN AHÍ !!!

Room was surprisingly spacious and clean. Towels were sealed in a sanitized plastic bag. Linens were clean. Appreciate the white on white covers, clean freshly wasshed blankets and no no carpet.

Only thing I would strongly suggest is the rooms facing the main road could use soundproof windows. Ask for room on opposite side.

Happily surprised with the hotel, very inexpensive but a beautiful place, amazing service, every employee was attentive, polite and willing to help us. We’re offer to have a crib for free, which is not easy to find in Mexico. The room was clean, spacious, modern, comfortable in every level, the bathroom had a nice surprise with two showers, was the perfect fit for a family trip. We only stayed one night but definitely will choose this hotel again. Almost forgot, the food at the restaurant was REALLY good!

The service, the facilities, the food, the friendliness of the staff, good prices, the proximity to the tourist places was excellent.
The only negative is that it is located on a fairly lonely street, you just have to be careful not to walk there at night.

Great location, great price point for area. Very happy with the stay. Room was nice and bed comfortable. The room was not scenic and suffered from some age related noises of fridge and air con, but it was a perfect stay for the price point, clean and reliable. I slept very well and woke up refreshed ready to explore the great area of little italy.

We did not have more expectation about this hotel. The one we were try to book was fully booked. However, we like here. The best is the breakfast. It is buffet with a lot of choices and it is restaurant level of the meal, not just a simple hot breakfast. It was surprise us. Worth the money we paid for this hotel stay.

Wifi is not good at room, we had to come to lobby to get the good signal for wifi.

Room is big size but not clean to me. Carpet color is dark and needs to change.
