The hotel informed there’s no AC which we were OK with it, but it did not say there’s no air circulations and there’s no heat as well. Just imagine staying in a shipping container. That’s exactly how we felt the room we received and there were modes behind the walls and ceilings. The floors buckle, there are water damage everywhere on the corner of the ceilings and the toilet wasn’t even working. The room was extremely cold we all wore our down coats to go to sleep. We had a very bad experience and the breakfast was terrible as well. The location was great. I guess that’s what they banked on is the location of this hotel. Other than that we felt like we were sleeping in a shipping container. We do not recommend staying in here. We move to American brand hotel the following day.

No AC or access to any fans. The soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser doesn't work so you have to buy your own somewhere. The toilet is so close to the wall, your knees might actually hit the wall. Bed is hard.

No A/C! Pics clearly show minisplits on wall. Muggy, humid no air circulation in room. Windows are sealed , truly suffocating! Breakfast served was spoiled, scarce and worthy of the trash. Stained lobby furniture.
Lobby floors were always clean, great location, close to transportation and across the street to a mall. Plenty of well lit parking spaces.

The property overall is a good option for the price, staff was nice, there's transport right across the steet and big mall with many options for food and entertainment. Everything was within a walking distance, but the rooms do seem kinda old, bed was not that comfy and the room seemed \"sad\" if that makes sense. Safe deposit was not working but breakfast was decent. TV had like 8 channels at the most and was not a smart TV.

I had a very unpleasant experience. The AC was not working there was no ventilation what so ever. We had to leave because they couldn't accommodate us in another room with working ac and refused to issue a refund, it was extremely hot and had no options but to look for another property. They don't care all they want is your money.

I visit this hotel often. I like the fact that it is very convenient to find transportation anywhere in the city. Also, it has the forum mall just across the street on which you can find all kind of restaurants and stores. I stayed in the double room and it didn't have enough lighting. They should add some lamps or something in these rooms.

The wifi connection was unreliable in our room which was a problem for us. The bathroom door was designed to not close completely so there was not much privacy if you are sharing a room. All in all, it was a mediocre experience.

What I didn't like was the shower curtain. They must change it every time a new guest arrives. It's smelly! You can't shower on someone else's bacteria. The breakfast isn't good. People act like is the end of the world! You don't want to be there. Across the street there are restaurants and serve better breakfast. You pay less for a room but you pay breakfast somewhere else and everyone's happy. The location is very good. There's 3 kind of transportation anywhere in the city. I'll come back ,and my request will be a clean shower curtain.

It's a very organized hotel with new technologies. All elevators needs the room card to operate. I can't even go to another floor.It use Whatsapp for front desk communication.Fast and effective. Security persons and front desk staff are are very attentive .Rooms are neat and tidy, all facilities works good I feel safe when was there.
There is one thing I recommend is the breakfast. The coffee is always running out and not hot enough. It might be cultural issues too. We like our Tim Hortons coffee Hot. It's only of minor issues. Thanks for your professional teams.

A very good hotel to stay.

It is a very good hotel to stay: near metrobus, metro and tren suburbano all are Buenavista named stations.
In front of the hotel is the Forum Buenavista shopping centre with places to eat (3rd floor) and 2 banks and ATMs. There is also a Walmart supermarket and Places to eat approximately 2 blocks away with ATMs machines.
The room we stayed was clean and spacious with a laptop size safety box, iron, ironing table, TV, AC and toiletries
Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
The only downside was the toilet had a drainage smell -reported by other guests maybe from other rooms- but luckily it did not overwhelm the room, only it concentrated in the toilet area.

We will be happy to return to MX Forum Buenavista Hotel in near future.

Look for another place

The moment I walked in the staff was not the friendliest, I got to the room and it felt very dirty. There was dirt on the floor, the bed was dirty, the AC didn't work, and that ruined my sleep and my day. I also ordered food and the phone didn't work to notify someone at the front desk, when it arrived they didnt even being it up, since the phone wasnt working when they attempted to call me, so when i finally go down to check on the food its cold and just sitting out in the open like to be displayed to all the guests. The shower had a rod and hooms, yet no shower curtain, this made showering very difficult and messy.

The lo action was great and quite. The rooms seems as though they hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. When I got to my room my bed had 6 Hairs on it. The room has a very weird smell I’m assuming the bathroom. Staff was nice the breakfast was a bit disappointing did not have breakfast but they have me a lunch box with a sandwich and a protein bar...

La habitación tenía camas cómodas. Pero tenía un terrible olor a cañería. No tenía ventanas o alguna forma de ventilar. Dormir ahí con ese olor y el encierro fue horrible. El desayuno muy saturado de personas y hasta perros con el espacio común sucio y descuidado con comida en el piso. No desayunamos ahí. Tenía dos noches reservadas. Nos fuimos la primera noche para no pasar otra noche ahí. Lo bueno es el estacionamiento.
