I’m starting this with the fact that Cusco is a loud city. There is always a demonstration or holiday celebration at the Plaza De Armas area. Our hotel is on a one way street that was kind of loud but very tolerable. This hotel was all that you could want. It is a 10 minute walk to the Plaza and had comfortable rooms. The complementary breakfast until 9am is nice. It also has a restaurant and bar which are both a treat. The staff is friendly and very welcoming.
At approximately $100 US a night for a 2 room suite it can’t be beat. They have a laundry service as well. Elizabeth and Judy were 2 at the front desk that deserve a shout out for excellent customer service. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our stay special.

The staff here was exceptional! Sadidt was especially helpful and personable. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Oxygen is readily available if needed to help with altitude sickness. Our room was a little noisy but we were right above the kitchen. No refrigerator or air conditioning in the room. Portable air conditioner is available. Drinking fountain/water bottle filler available in the lobby. Price point was excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in the old town. Vehicle access is a little tricky as it's a narrow, one way street, but not really a problem. Streets and sidewalks are cobble-stone and flagstone, so dragging a suitcase several blocks to or from the hotel would be annoying. Taxis and über are very cheap in Cusco, so get one two and from the door of the hotel if you have a suitcase.

We went in November and it was decorated very nicely for Christmas. Our room was on the same level as the lobby and we could hear everything. Every person that checked in walking to the elevator dragging their luggage. The room was nice but smelled musty. There was no ac, I’m guessing because it was cold in Cusco they thought you didn’t need it. There was a heater. The shower floor was tile which made it slippery.

Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and restaurant were great. Management has clearly put a lot of care and attention into the rooms, which are comfortable and well appointed. However, as others have pointed out, the noise from the street is really loud. The windows barely mask the sound and are in need up updating/soundproofing. Would love to return for the great service, but will opt for a quieter spot next time I'm in Cusco.

This hotel is a little walk to the historical center but not too bad. The altitude is something you need to watch and many people get the headache and low oxygen saturation levels so you need to take it easy Day 1 and let your body acclimate. The staff was extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff went out of their way especially storing our luggage. They were incredibly friendly. The family room fit our family comfortably. The hotel was beautiful - we only stayed one night but would definitely come back on our next visit. It was a five minute walk to San Pedro market and 10 to the main square.

The hotel was exactly as described, and the room was beautiful. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was born on the best I had in Cusco. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have an extended stay or are acclimating to the higher altitude.

Excellent location. You can walk to the cathedral and shopping. We were a family of four but they gave us an extra complimentary room which was very good. Breakfast was delicious!! Great variety and except for ham everything else was vegetarian which was perfect for us. People were very nice and helpful.

However, the difficulty in taking advantage of the large bed is out weighted by the lack of insulation. In all my travels this hotel is now my new measurement for noisiest hotel. Unfortunately I could hear everything in the entire hotel including but not limited to conversations down the hall from desk staff, breakfast setup in the kitchen and dining hall every morning, conversations and singing from adjacent rooms, anytime anyone used plumbing in the area toilets and showers. If it wasn't for what seemed like a mutual agreement to be quiet around 12am I wouldn't have slept and on the whole sleeping hours are between 12am - 5am as hotel staff starts setting up breakfast at 5am. Tremendous issue but could've been the room; wouldn't stay again despite friendly staff.

The lady from reservations has the best intentions and truly wants to offer the best experience for the group. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the central area. The street is quite narrow, so traffic can get blocked if a car needs to stop. Breakfast is rich and varied, and there’s always coca tea and coffee available in the reception area.

This wasn’t my favorite place to stay. Rooms do not have a window facing outside. Rather, there is a window that faces an indoor courtyard which overlooks the restaurant and bar. Because people walking by can easily see into your room, you need to keep the shades closed which makes the small rooms very dark and uninviting. Finally, the noise from the kitchen starts at 5am and the bar until late at night. The rooms are very noisy the majority of the day and it is hard to get decent sleep.

The location was convenient, just a short walk down to the main plaza. It was very easy to catch an Uber from the hotel, taking only 1-3 minutes on average. The hotel was clean, and had some nice extras such as coca tea and oxygen in the lobby to help with altitude sickness, as well as a filtered water machine for refilling your water bottle. The staff was all very friendly. The downsides, our room on the second floor was near the front desk which was quite noisy at night, not quieting down until around 1 AM on our first night there, which was a Saturday. There is also a restaurant just one floor below with an open terrace of seating, which also creates a lot of noise for those staying on the second floor. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be fairly limited and not very tasty. Overall, a decent place to stay, especially for the price. The main drawback for me was the noise but enjoyed my stay overall. I think a room on the third floor could be quieter.

The property itself was nice. The pillows were uncomfortable and flat on both beds. My pen dripped some ink and i was charged $52 American dollars for 1 flat sheet. That was a rip off i pay less for a set with pillow cases.

Easy access to the historic town was a major plus point, neighborhood was neat and clean, staff was friendly, courteous, helpful and responsive to needs.
