Food was great! Cafe was 24 hrs and included in your stay so you didnt have to pay anything! The rooms were very clean and updated. The only issues we had were with some of the staff in the cafe, they seemed to have a very poor attitude with us specifically after hearing us speak english. One person in specific was A woman by the name Itzel, she had a very condescending tone anytime she answered our questions and it didnt make us feel very comfortable/welcome, The rest of the staff however were very helpful and happy to answer our questions!

The amenities were good, plenty of free food and snacks, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is pretty central to the historic area so most things were walking distance or a short ride away. The front desk staff was kind and offered help always. The breakfast was decent but a bit inconsistent at times. We had the chilaquiles and the top half of it was warm whereas the bottom half was cold. The only “issue” I had was the cafe staff. Some of the girls were a bit rude, rolled their eyes at me, and laughed when I didn’t say certain things correctly in spanish. Other than that, for the price of the hotel, the amenities and the location made it worth it!

Hotel is lovely, clean and quiet (no street noise) - staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always crowded and service (not buffet) so give yourself time. An extra perk is that the hotel coffee shop is 24/7 and serves you FREE food and drinks (not alcohol) - amazing.

Amamos este hotel la ubicación es lo mas preciado a pasos de Bellas Artes, El Zocalo, El Palacio de Gobierno y mucho mas. El staff del hotel de lo mas amables. El desayuno le da un super toque que amamos con mi esposo porque le encanta desayunar rico. Tenianos café siempre que queriamos y agua como parte del complements del hotel. Las habitaciones super funcionales y con aire acondicionado . Super recomendado . Volveria otra y otra vez.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, conveniently located in the middle of the historic center which made it easy to walk around the center of town.nThe only minor downside is that the AC in the room was a little loud and the window in our room had no view but other than that we loved it! It was our first time in Mexico City with my our son, and Histórico central hotel was the best option!

This hotel is a gem! Our favorite stay of our 3 weeks in Mexico. Close to many museums and the Aztec archaeological dig. Amazing breakfast menu and the snack bar was enjoyed. Staff was amazing. Very attentive and helpful. If i could give this hotel more then 5 stars i would. This is where I'll stay if I'm ever in Mexico city again. Just beautiful!

This intimate, boutique hotel is like your home away from home. The staff tends to your comfort as soon as you walk in the door. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is an order from the meenu breakfast with delicious options. Complimentary water bottles and fresh fruit are available everywhere. You receive a complimentary city walking tour, and there is a nice cafe with complimentary food and beverages open 24 hours for your unlimited enjoyment. Because of the cafe and friendly staff, customers tend to spend time in the comfortable lobby area, visiting and chatting with each other, sharing what adventures they might have enjoyed that day. To find the handicraft market, Manuel Ortiz took me outside the hotel to show me the exact route I should take. The location is ideal for sightseeing, shopping close to the airport, and it is very safe. I would not consider a trip to Mexico City and stay anywhere else.

Beautiful hotel to stay at! We had an amazing experience. Traveled with 20 plus family members and we all very happy with our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice as well and very very clean. The beds are very comfortable and linen was amassing and clean. The staff is amazing! Very helpful, respectful and courteous. Always there to help you with whatever you need. They certainly have incredible staff! The hotel has a very nice reception area, where we hung out to eat and talk. The breakfast The hotel provides is so good, everything was delicious and the waiters are incredible. I will definitely reserve at this hotel again on my next trip! We really loved it!

The only thing that I could wish for would be better food in the cafe. This is by no means a complaint. I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times and the service and cleanliness has not wavered in the many years I have stayed.

This hotel is nearly flawless. Complimentary hot breakfast and food throughout the day, beautiful rooms, attentive staff, and convenient location make this our regular choice. Important to know that the hotel has very limited parking (driving in Mexico City is itself a challenge), and the vertical garden in the lobby area has a tendency to breed some mosquitoes. Breakfast is served beginning at 7, and earlier is better to get a table. This was my third time to stay, and I will definitely return.

Great and Professional Customer Service from both the front desk staff and the staffs from the restaurant offering free breakfast. Hotel location is great easy to walk around in the city downtown center area, 10 minutes walk to Palacio De Belle Artes, Zocalco etc. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. 10 minutes walk to Allende , Zocalo or Belle Artes Metro Station. The Hotel offering free Coffees and snacks which is included in the room rate. Strongly recommend to foreign tourist who are willing to find a best hotel in the Historical Center of Mexico City.

Hotel is kept immaculately clean, lobby, meal areas, each floor, rooms, everything is being dusted or cleaned throughout the day. Rooms and rest rooms are very clean. Beds are very comfortable and clean. The pillows were a little high and hard for my comfort but otherwise good. The linen smelled very fresh. Excellent towels, clean, absorbent and large enough for one. Shower, sink and toilet were also very clean. The shower was good and refreshing. Staff was very courteous, kind and attentive, excellent service, Vivian and Juan Carlos were excellentandattentive. Breakfasts and menu items were very fresh and delicious. Coffee and juices were also fresh and refreshing. Wifi signal is pretty strong on lobby and rooms. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely return.

Cafe very good - having that included in room price on top of breakfast makes it brilliant value. We stayed 8 nights and tried all of menu at cafe, nothing disappointed. The breakfast included, was very very delicious! The staff was very welcoming, throughout our entire stay. I am delighted to provide this feedback. The five star rating goes well beyond clean and excellently appointed rooms. This Hotel and its staff sets a far higher standard. From front desk to concierge from the gentleman who helped with our bags and our servers during the included breakfasts, they were all excellent. It is with care compassion and commitment to Customer Service that these individuals do their work. We had difficulties with our eSIM, trying to get reservations and tickets as well as general questions about restaurants et cetera. Each of our issues were dealt with exceptionally well. This is a gem of a hotel. It is significantly underrated in the various reviews. It went well beyond what was expected. Travellers to Mexico will need to come back again and again because there’s so much to see and do. And when I do, I will be coming back to Historico Central. BTW not only do you have a most delicious breakfast included in your rate ,but not enough has been said about the snack bar that is also available to guests. That snack bar has served us exceptionally well with individually freshly prepared snacks and meals. If you’re thinking about where to stay in Mexico City, I strongly encourage you to give this facility your sincere consideration. Well done staff, you should be very proud of the work that you’re doing.

Our room with 2 double beds had a tiny window so we upgraded to a room with a king size bed and 2 small balconies (extra charge) - spotless, full of light and airy. We appreciated the fridge on each floor with free water bottles and the endless supply of macintosh apples; the breakfast menu was ok - the great surprise was there was also a dinner menu included! It was minimal but very good!
The staff was very helpful, attentive and responsive, we loved staying there!

The room was very clean and housekeeping was well done every day. The availability of bottled water on each floor was much appreciated. Also, the 24 hour cafe was useful when we had an early tour and had to leave before breakfast was available. Staff were all friendly, helpful and courteous. Only issue was a protest in the Historic district the day we were to leave and we had to walk 2 blocks with our luggage in order to book an Uber to the airport. If you have a lot of luggage, you might want to bear this in mind - Mexico City has a lot of demonstrations and protests that take place in the Historic district.
