Location is perfect in the Historic district- but it enters from an alley, which some taxi drivers can't find. But that alley makes the stay even better--off of the actual busy, noisy main street. Great 24/7 staff who kept giving us water when we kept running out (since being from the US we aren't used to having a supply of bottled water to drink). Room was smaller than expected. Good breakfast for long hours. Our 4 nights were very happy there.

Karla at front desk is amazing! I love the convenience of connecting with front desk through whatsapp! Room and safety was great. It is noisy as you are in downtown. but prevented with closing windows. Fan was nice. AC would be needed in summer, there was no AC, we did not need it. The food is so good on 5th floor. Coffee 24 hrs is amazing. I really like to hotel location, we walked everywhere. For further out places uber was easily and inexpensively taken.

The hotel price is good, location is in the middle of Mexico City but is too basic. It doesn’t have even ice cubes. Breakfast in not good and the beads are all new but super uncomfortable. Is like you are sleeping in a pece of wood. The rooms doesn’t have AC and the temperature in my room was approximated 76 F

En general, tuve una buena experiencia. Lo que puedo destacar como positivo es la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal y el café que estaba muy rico. Como oportunidad de mejora considero que a futuro deberían invertir en instalar unidades de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones para las temporadas de calor. Mi única queja es que durante las noches se escuchaba el ruido de alguien taladrando. Nunca supe si provenía del hotel o de la calle, pero sí fue muy molesto.

When your GPS states \"arrived\" you may not locate it right away. The entrance is not on a main street but rather off of what looks like an alley. We stayed there twice in the same week. The first room was very small. We only had two backpacks so that was fine. Had we had luggage we would have been tight. The second room was a bit larger. However two luggages would have felt a bit tight too. Other than the size, the hotel and rooms were clean and not dated. I would stay there again. However, if have luggage, I would contact the hotel to ask for a larger room

El hotel se anuncia en Expedía como que sus habitaciones tienen un tamaño de 153p2 y no es correcto, la habitación es bien pequeña, apenas 80p2 y el baño bien incómodo, de hecho el lavabo está fuera del baño ocupando el poco espacio de la habitación. El hotel queda hubicado a través de un callejón donde la limpieza no es del todo bien.

This hotel was perfect. One block from Zocalo, there are bakery, restaurants, and shopping very close. It was easy for our tour guide to pick us up as well. Also, this hotel had breakfast items and are open for about 4 hours. The staff attending to the food was great about restocking, keeping things clean, and most of friendly. I will definitely go back.

It's hard to reach by car to the hotel entrance. The hotel.entramce is on the back of a restaurant so it smels bad around. But once you entre everything is ok. Comparing the staff at the Centro branch they are a bit colder but still good. And about the smell outside I don't think they can do anything about it because it's not their fault. Still a great location though

The hotel was super nice and clean. Their breakfast was delicious everyday day they had something different to eat fresh fruit and coffee. The only thing I didn’t like that is an Alley behind Pizza Hut. There’s a a lot of restaurants around and cafeterias also the Zocalo is super close by to walk and so many stores to go shopping..

An ideal city hotel in Mexico city
This hotel was excellent for location being in the historic area. The staff were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable, with a good shower in the en-suite. Although , not a lot of floor space either side of the bed. Buffet breakfast was fine. This hotel offers excellent value for money, but note it is not a luxury hotel. We have booked to return there in a couple of weeks, so I would definitely recommend.

The location is close to important tourist sights , shopping , dining options from low budget to high end are numerous around the area , taxi/ uber is few steps from the hotel , clean and is generally safe with military presence due to it’s proximity to the presidential palace. Two concerns I have is that you can hear people talking at the waiting area since I was on the second floor and at least 2 or 3 homeless are based near the entrance, I never had issue with them ever but still it’s kinda scary when you go back late .

The place was absolutely spotless. I enjoyed the stay due manly of how ell this hotel is kept. Is important to note that this is not a place for teens as the rooms are very small for two people only. Couples looking for a room only to stay and use the majority of the time to tour is perfect but not for stay to leisure. Is a very compact space for only be used for sleep and tourist. No AC.
