This was my 2nd stay here. Both times the staff have arranged a driver for me to go to the airport for a very early flight. So that is a reliable service with a safe and punctual driver.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel. Each time it seems to be better and is my go to budget hotel in Mexico City. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bathrooms are clean with lots of hot water for the shower. Only some rooms have air-conditioning, but I have never found it to be uncomfortable in the rooms with fans. The restaurant is excellent.

Small room, hotels.com did not clarify that the charge for the room was for only one person. Once i got to the hotel, i was charge additional fees for each person. I booked two 2 bed hotel rooms. So i was intentionally going to have 2 people per bed. The price initially charged was only to room one person only per room. Which it defeded the purpose of getting a 2 bed room in the first place. Rooms were hot, no air flow, and small. Which i dont mind the size of the room for the price but it was not worth it.

Excellent safe hotel. Full of families and five minutes walking distance from the Zocalo. Onsite restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Hotel was clean and the staff were excellent. Highly recommend. You will be in the heart of the historic district if you stay here.

This hotel was definitely a diamond in the rough. Since it’s in the Centro, it was so close to so many tourist areas such as the zocalo, palacio nacional, templo mayor, Bellas Artes museum and the Latinoamericana Tower. It had a late check-out and the staff was friendly. It also has a restaurant in the hotel which was nice and affordable. The only bummer was that they don’t have a laundry facility on-site. But that was just something I prefer. In all, a good hotel for the price and location.

The Hotel was close to public transportation. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. I thought free breakfast was included, not sure if I needed to ask at check in or purchase some other way but I was told free breakfast wasn’t part of what I paid for. Keep in mind that it is a 3.5 star property but the service and price were excellent. I would stay again at this hotel. Milanesa sandwich and chilaquiles were pretty good at their restaurant and the prices were extremely reasonable.
