The room was okay. They do cleanings daily. The staff were friendly. The lady in the kitchen was extremely nice. The only thing I would say is that the building is outdated. But other than that you get what you paid for.

When I got there to check in was 1 hr. early, ( I just wanted to check if everything was ok with my reservation) the lady at the reception was very rude saying the platform ? oversell rooms and there was nothing they can do just said sorry. Other lady was little mote helpful said that At the moment they did not have rooms and I was told to come back at 1 pm ( check in time) to see If they can accommodate me in any other hotel. Lucky when I came back round 5 pm my room was available. But still another person was assisting a big group of people trying to accommodate them and made me wait with a little of attitude.

The only thing that was worth it for me and my family was that it's a walking distance to many parts of the city ie. zocalo, bellas artes, alameda central,etc

Great location and we were able to check in at 10am so the staff was excellent. Unfortunately the bed and pillows weren’t comfortable at all so sleeping was rough. Also the WiFi was poor and kept dropping.

The property was in a very good, central location. It had great potential, however the staff on reception were nothing short of being rude. Not just one, but all of them. Each person on their shift didn't care about our simple requests. They didn't speak a word of English, which we found frustrating, because whilst we tried to speak some words of Spanish and use our translator on our phones, they just played dumb, and we couldn't get simple things like an additional towel, or fan in our room, which was another thing, no AC in hot Mexico City isn't great. The rooms were OK, clean, but the service levels really let this place down. I wouldn't return.

Llegando a la habitación el baño no estaba del todo limpio, había un jabón abierto y usado en la regadera y otro más abierto todavía en su envoltura en el lavabo. El check in estuvo normal pero en la noche los huéspedes que estaban en la habitación atrás de nosotros estuvieron haciendo mucho ruido e incluso los escuchamos teniendo relaciones, a las 2am el ruido nos volvió a despertar y les hice el comentario en recepción pero realmente no ayudaron solo dijeron que podíamos cambiar de cuarto en la mañana, al día siguiente cuando quise checar si era posible me dijeron que por la hr ya no pero que los huéspedes ya no estaban- si seguían ahí y nos siguieron despertando. El día del check out pregunté si podíamos salir un poco más tarde a razón que no dormimos bien y la respuesta de la señora que estaba fue que si nos quedábamos un minuto más nos cobraba 4 noches lo cual deja a desear mucho del servicio al cliente. La zona no está mal pero no regresaría si quiero descansar bien, ah y la cama estaba dura y encontramos un par de bichos en el baño y el escritorio.

La ubicación es terrible a pesar de estar cerca de Bellas Artes, pareciera que te van a asaltar en cualquier momento. Avisé desde un día antes que llegaba a las 2:00 am por vuelo nocturno y jamás me respondieron, al llegar al hotel en la madrugada el equipo de recepción fue muy grosero y me dijeron que ya no tenían habitación y que no me podían ayudar en nada, en plena madrugada quedé en la calle.

It is very close to the historic centre of Mexico City. Metrobus from aiport stops near the hotel.
But right front of the hotel seems like slum, but there was too mamy people during dia de muertos, so was not problem for us. Except some night someone outside did play loud music.
The staff could not speak english but was nice and helpfull. Cleaning every day.
The room did have big windows but where only little of it could be open. No aircondation but ventiator.
The room and the hotel is old, but varm watter at bath which was great.
The location did make me overlook all the small little bad thins i did mention above.
