The Hotel One Ciudad de Mexico Alameda is perfectly located, walking distance from the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the Zocalo. My room was smaller than I expected but it was cleaned every day. Bathroom was also small but it was cleaned on a daily basis. Breakfast was included but it was very basic and after two days it became 'boring'. Staff was OK.

The room was always cleaned. And very nice people. The only thing for me was the room key. The room key was needed to move around the elevator. Sometimes the key didn’t work. The key overall was a hassle to deal with at times.

The bed spread was dirty. The TV was on one channel and only in Spanish with out any instructions Spanish or English on how to change the channel. I tried to change it with the remote even the volume didn't work. The remote only turned it on and off.
The only good thing was that is had hot water. Thankfully.

Hotel staff came knocking at our door at 10:30 p.m.. We were deep into our sleep since we had an early flight the next morning. He did not announce who he was or what he wanted. We thought it was someone that was drunk and was looking for their room. We told him this is not your room and did not open the door. He then called the front desk and it turns out he went to the wrong room. I called the front desk and they apologized. However, this is a critical matter that needs to be looked into further. The staff needs to receive more training and announce who they are. They need to be mindful of people sleeping. This is a real safety hazard. For this reason, I am not sure I would stay here again.

Excellent customer service by the front desk. They made our stay very pleasant and they were very attentive. We had a bad experience at another hotel outside of CDMX and when we we arrived at One Ciudad de Mexico Alameda it was amazing to be greeted by our name. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to meet other travelers. Thank you for making us feel like at home.

I am glad I stayed here. The location is so convenient, close to metro and bus stations. The Palacio de Bellas Artes is just 3 minutes walk away. There is a door man 24/7. I feel completely safe. There are plenty of restaurant options just one block away. Would totally come back again.

The breakfast area is just in main entrance, which was open all time, and the smell of smog was terrible. The rooms were very small, and when I asked for 2 additional pillows, the front desk people said that they don't leave in the room, so if I need I have to pick up by mayself....

No frills and affordable. Great location close to everything. Room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was actually really really good. Chilaquiles and eggs and meat along with yogurt and fresh OJ! The room was tiny, and I bonked my head a few times on the wall TV. One of the lights was also not working. But the shower worked fine and the service was excellent.

1st time to visit Mexico

I'm so happy that I selected this Hotel. The hope that they have cabinets to put our things, but the room was very cute,clean,shower has a strong water pressure, very clean.The ladies in the front desk were very helpful, Laura,Grace,especially Denice.Our purpose for our visit was to visit Basilica of Guadalupe, I booked a tour to go to Basilica, but they canceled without letting us know. Denice helped us to accomplished our purpose. She shown us how to use the metrobus and even let us used her metro card just to accomplished our purpose. I'm glad that they canceled the tour, because we spent more time at the Basilica, whole day, we're very happy with Denice, we will be back with my sisters and we will of course stay with your Hotel, One ciudad de Mexico Alameda. Excellent customer service guys, keep up the good work:)

3 great days in CDMX!

Great location, so much to see and do. Three days was not enough but we did as much we could. Clean comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and as for the complementary breakfast… what a great amount of high-quality choices. Eggs, meat dishes, vegetables super tasty. Fruit outstanding. This puts any comparable USA breakfast to shame!

Our stay at One Alameda was very good; the staff is very friendly and helpful, the lobby and rooms are very clean, the building and the immediate surroundings are very safe, the complimentary breakfast had good variety and main offering changed daily. However, people should understand that the rooms are smaller than a college dormitory. They are very clean, but there are no closets or cabinets at all. As long is this is your expectation, it is a very nice hotel.

This hotel is fine for a night or two if visiting the historic center of CDMX. The location is great - you're steps away from many of the highlights in the historic district.

The hotel rooms themselves were small, funky smell from bathroom and the wifi was poor. We booked a superior queen room and it was very small. The space is good for one person, not two. There's no safebox in the room to leave passports or important items. There's breakfast in the morning - but once again the space is very small so it was a bit chaotic.

Overall, the hotel is fine for a quick overnight, however, I wouldn't go back for multiple days.

All is good at the hotel but the sound between rooms is noticeable. Differing person's entered a room adjacent to mine all through the night, often knocking loudly on the door for several minutes until someone opened the door. Very disturbing for one's rest.

Super friendly helpful staff, free coffee and washing machine for laundry is also free. The breakfast staff is also very good.

The view from the room overlooking Juárez street is one of the best features. Easy access to everything.

The location is perfect for walking Zocolo and walking up Reforma. Good places to eat nearby. The room is the perfect size for someone who doesn't plan on hanging out watching TV all day long. My room was very clean and comfortable. I've been staying at a much nicer/expensive hotel on my monthly trips and I will start only staying at the One. It saved me a couple hundred dollars and the only thing that I gave up was a rooftop pool that I never used. I was impressed.
