el personal nos atendió bien en todo momento. la habitación estaba limpia y todo funcionando, solo la tarjeta en ocasiones tardaba en responder. solo la ubicación, aunque esta muy cerca de estaciones y lugares de interés, las calles cercanas se sienten un poco inseguras, sobre todo en dirección a la alameda y eso que regresábamos apenas oscurecía. fuera de eso todo bien, excelente relación calidad precio.

El personal es promedio, tuvimos un tema con la reserva de la habitación porque pedimos cama king y nos dieron dos matrimoniales, no hubo intención por parte del personal para buscar alguna alternativa, solución u oferta, mencionaban que estaban con cupo lleno.

No me volveria a hospedar

El hotel está centrico, el estacionamiento bien. Mi problema fue que al llegar el baño estaba tapado, lo destaparon, se derramó, y no había quien limpiara, limpiaron con las toallas y para recuperar las toallas de las 2 de la tarde a las 10 de la noche nadie las llevó, bajé yo por ellas y me dieron las de la habitación de enfrente.

Muy amables todo el personal, nos resguardaron el equipaje para poder aprovechar aun cuando hicimos el check in en la hora correcta. Lo unico raro del hotel es q no hay anuncio ni nunca visualizamos si hay restaurante, ellos decian q si q solo para desayuno pero nunca lo vimos, ni hay carta en la habitacion para ver si podiamos pedir room service. Tampoco tienen baños en la recepcion. Es la primera vez que pasa esto en un hotel en el que me he quedado. De ahi en mas todo muy bien, ubicacion, limpieza, habitacion amplia, cama y almoadas comodas, agua caliente.

El hotel esta bien para un dia o dos nuestra puerta no abrio tuvimos que bajar a recepción y que nos dieran otra tarjeta y aun asi batallamos mucho para que abriera, el elevador es lento y no tienen microondas para calentar comida o algo lo mas probable es que si tuvieran y no lo quisieran prestar, se me hizo de mal gusto eso ya que solo era calentar una cosa, desconozco si así es en todos los hoteles de cdmx en general fue una buena estancia la recepcionista fue amable y nos dejo entrar a nuestra habitación antes ya que ibamos a un concierto se me hizo un lindo gesto de su parte. Mucho trafico en los alrededores
Si tiene AC agua caliente y no hay ruido la limpieza tambien estuvo muy bien
Lo unico es que la tv no se veian canales nisiquiera los genéricos, no es smart tv de ahi en fuera todo bien.

MALO EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO - BUENA PRIVACIDAD

Reservé esta estancia por el aire acondicionado, pero de los 3 días que estuve, sólo el primer día funcionó el aire acondicionado. Lo reporté e incluso me cambiaron a otra habitación y la situación con el aire acondicionado fue la misma: NO FUNCIONÓ.

Otra cosa: el internet del hotel es malo, simplemente no conecta bien el wifi, incluso los datos móviles (Movistar) no llegan bien a la habitación.

De todo lo demás, la verdad, la habitación doble es amplia, cómoda, tiene televisión por cable, el lavabo está afuera del baño, la habitación es bastante privada y no se oye lo que sucede en las otras habitaciones (privacidad para parejas).

La reservación no les aparecía en su sistema, pero fue porque la hice para el mismo día, entonces hay que tomarlo en cuenta. A pesar de ello, el recepcionista me dio soluciones y todo bien, tanto él como la recepcionista de la mañana siempre con la mejor disposición de ayudar, agradezco mucho eso y te hacen muy amena la estancia.

Hablando de la habitación, tiene muchas amenidades, entre las que destacan: burro para planchar, mesa y un par de sillas, varios banquillos, varias almohadas, el piso tiene alfombra.

De la ubicación, está cerca de lugares para visitar. Le queda bien a personas que quieren venir a CDMX y quieren un lugar tranquilo. Lo único malo es que su señal wifi no llega a todas las partes de la habitación que me tocó, entonces habría que moverse para que la señal fuera óptima.

Relacion precio muy buena, se encuentra a pocas cuadras de bellas artes, zona cerca de lugares para comer, oxxos, supermercado, etc. Parqueo con seguridad, servicio habitacion diaria, A/C funcionando perfectamente, hotel se observa antiguo pero se ha dado mantenimiento, zona exterior bastante transitable durante el dia y si bastante sola por altas horas de la noche
