It's close to everything , located on a great location , the issue for me was that there was no AC , TV buttons were not working and there was no remote , no hangers to hang your clothes in closet and the bed was super hard .... didn't really mind must of it , just bc i was there just to sleep.

When I first arrived, he told me that in the morning, whenever I stepped out of my room, to leave my stuff there and they’ll take my stuff to a new room because of “ the kind of room that I bought required me to be moved to another”. Then when I would come back, they would give me the key to my new room and find my stuff there, but I just didn’t feel comfortable leaving my stuff somewhere and having it moved somewhere I didn’t know. When I checked into my room, the room wasn’t even cleaned. There was trash and towels everywhere. And when they gave me a second room after I reported this, the second room still felt very dirty, even though it was “clean”.
There were hairs all over the bed and all over the floor. As someone who’s pretty picky about where they stay please just spend that extra money to go somewhere nicer.

there was a cricket in my washroom, my key card deactivated daily, my room was cleaned one time after 5pm, my door number was missing last number, dark hallways hard to see.
I told front desk and they said they are improving.

We got to the hotel at 530 our check in was at 3. They made us wait for 2 hours to go in the room. The beds are very hard, they only clean every other day. When I requested a new towel they said no, that i had to wait when it was cleaning day. They don't provide a blow dryer or a remote for the tv, you have to leave a deposit for them.

Let start by saying i couple words i wont recommend this place to no one. This Motel might be the worst i have ever visit, prostitutes up front, motel is dirty, nasty, moldy, no AC, fridge, bathroom is filthy, neighborhood unsafe, although the manager spoke English staff spoke no English whatsoever, manager said he would refund Expedia called the motel many times they never answered, they wouldn't even let my brothers helped me bring my suitcases in my room, i stayed one night and could not wait to leave the next day, if anyone has anything good to say about this motel that is because they are paid people or they don't know any better

Una estancia muy relajante, muy tranquila y reservado, que es lo estaba buscando. Tienen restaurante, comía y cenaba ahí, muy rico todo, el café latte que pedí estaba al punto. Decidí quedarme un día más, y sin problema me reservaron el cuarto para otro día más. El staff en recepción fueron muy profesionales y respetuosos en su trato y contestaron todas mis dudas. Lo que más me gustó fue lo económico y bonito al mismo tiempo. Súper recomendado.

The hotel is on a descent area and in good conditions. The room was good but it needs a ventilation system more appropriate. No air conditioning so we had to keep our tiny windows open but wasn’t a good idea too many mosquitos. Transportation and food around was great. In general I’ll rate them a 4

Had to make several trips back to the desk one key didn't work number two they didn't give me a remote control for the TV. Also a fun checking out I had to stand there in the lobby and wait until someone to come and check out the room before I was able to leave to he wanted my birthday all of that was on the passport so I didn't see why he needed it again so I gave it to him. Such a hassle to stay there.

I'd Stay Again

I had a drink at the bar on the first floor and the bartender was a friendly guy. The front desk is staffed 24hrs. The king size bed was humongous, but quite stiff. The room had a blacony, but the door was locked and so therefore the balcony could not be accessed. The room was extremely spacious. There was enough space in there to do a full workout. The wifi was steady and reliable. The shower had smoke vot water and good water pressure.

It's the worst hotel for the value that you can find, there was dried yellow and orange pee stains in the rim of the toilet, the tv never worked, carpet and sofa had weird stains, dvd was super dusty, it haa paper thun walls, I advised the staff of this and they stated there was no option to change rooms, I reported the issues about 40 mins after check in since I went to the \"restaurant\" to order, they stated everything needs to be reported within 10 minutes or they will do nothing about anything... no cancelations and no cleaning staff, they only offered to send the guard to clean the toilet with a dirty rag and pink liquid, they had no disinfectant nor cleaning supplies, the whole hotel is dusty and they never turn the lobby, parking lot nor the restaurant's lights, the staff is rude and they honestly dontcare about complaints nor offer any real solutions, please do not stay in this hotel, they will never give your money back nor offer any assistance. This was honestly the worst experience I've had at a hotel, had to leave within the first of the 3 nights I payed for and they didn't help with any type of refund.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. I arrived a little late, only to find out that their system had canceled my reservation. I was exhausted and politely asked if I could get an extra room while they sorted out the issue, but they couldn’t help me at all. To make matters worse, I’ve been trying to get a partial refund through Expedia since I paid for a stay I never even got to have, but the hotel never answers their phone! It’s been a complete nightmare dealing with them. Avoid this place at all costs!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service was appalling; the employees were outright rude and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel did not feel safe at all – there were intoxicated individuals roaming around, loudly shouting inappropriate things, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere.

To make matters worse, the rooms were in terrible condition. They were filthy, poorly maintained, and far from the standard one would expect. This stay was truly a nightmare, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and choose a hotel where you’ll feel safe and respected.

So far this hotel has been the worst we have stayed in during this trip to Mexico City. The worst part was what seem to be bedbugs, I took photos of the bites on my child and my husband. They were also infested in mosquitoes and it was burning hot. We asked for a fan and they said there were none available and that they would put us on a waiting list. However, we never got a call letting us know there was a fan available. They were also infested in roaches, when we came back from dinner and turned on the lights, we noticed there were cockroaches in our bed. Mexico City is a beautiful city. However, if you’re coming to town, please do not stay in this hotel. I am opening a report with Expedia because this has been the only time that we have been bit by insects, and I hope this matter is resolved.

No staff to clean the rooms. Out of 4 nights the first one was without any cleaning ,the other ones at 5 pm just because they don’t have staff. And you had to ask a couple of times,so as if they did you a favor. Cleaning people just didn’t show up for work…no one cares .
I like the hotel, rooms are quiet and spacious but like this I better go somewhere else. A pity they don’t think twice about their guests

Desde que llegamos el servicio fue deficiente, se tardaron 2 horas en entregarnos la habitacion que porque no tenian personal suficiente y la habitación aun no estaba lista, tienen nula seguridad en el hotel, cualquier persona puede entrar y salir como si nada. El ultimo dia antes de irnos mientras nos salimos a almorzar alguien se metio a mi habitación y se robaron mi celular y mis airpods, el hotel se deslindo por completo de la responsabilidad, las de recepcion se pusieron a la defensiva y que no podian hacer nada hasta que llegara el gerente, el cual segun llegaba hasta las 5 de la tarde (nunca llego), y que ademas no tienen camaras en los pasillos. Hasta la fecha cuando marcamos nos evitan diciendonos que el gerente aun no llega, o que se acaba de ir. Me arruinaron por completo el viaje y ni el hotel ni esta pagina ha podido ayudarme en nada.

The Amigo shuttle bus did NOT show up at the airport in provided time. I ended up taking a taxi and getting ripped about 60-70 dollars. When I went to check in
my room was not available. The whole point of a reservation I thought? Rather than blow up and feed in to the entitled American persona, I took another cab (at my own expense) to a tiny econo lodge on a street filled with hookers. They said I could stay there the entire time If I wanted. Nope.
I took another cab (at my expense a 3rd time) back to Andrade and got in a room. Which was lovely. I started my vacation about 24 hrs after I arrived in Mexico City.
Also, the restaurant never seemed to be open. Or have a staff.
I saw a couple guys get drinks at the bar, but it might as well not be there. I got a burger one morning, and I don't think it was even cooked. So i got food elsewhere the whole time. The Andrade location was fantastic!
Two of the ladies at the desk were great workers, and seemed to be bearing the brunt of upper management's decisions? I don't know.

It was very clean and staff was good. It was missing the front door, so it felt unsafe. A lot of people were loitering around outside of the hotel. Maybe like refugees from other countries. Very dark inside the hotel. Hallway lights weren't working so it was definitely scary being in there. Elevators were also very dark inside. No thermostat in the rooms, so we couldn't control the temperature if we were hot or cold. Enormous mirror at the front of the room. Worried it could've been a two way mirror. Hardest mattrest & hardest pillows I'd ever slept on, but we slept well. Not too close from city points, but not too far either. The other buildings surrounding it seemed abandoned, so it didn't feel super safe either.

But everything was very clean! The staff did clean the room daily. Wouldn't stay there again.
