Perfect location in Roma Norte! No microwave or mini fridge like you'd expect in the US, but rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Gym is not huge, but bigger than I expected from the one photo online. Front desk staff super helpful with requests. Even sent a bellhop to help us log the TV into the Internet, so we could log into streaming.

Overall it was a wonderful place. Location was great and within a short walking distance to everything. The staff were friendly and responsive, but most didn’t speak English. There was no noise coming from the street at night but other guests often made lots of noise in the hallway. We left the locker’s door open with all our valuables inside one day and was pleasantly surprised when nothing was stolen upon our return. This is unheard of in Europe or even in America.

Please refrain from staying at this property - we found several bed bugs on the first night in the hotel room. Even though the hotel changed our room to a different room the next day and upgraded us but it is ridiculous the amount of bed bugs I found when i looked around the corners of the mattress. If you have ever dealt with bed bugs, it is very concerning as there is a high possibility that you could bring them home with you and have a bed bug infestation in your home.
