We literally could not sleep before 2 am every night of our 7 day stay. Contacted management. No response.
While we can not speak for other floors of this building we can assure you if you are on same floor we were you will not sleep at night.
The staff was nice, location was amazing. Sadly, the complete inability to sleep at night killed this place.

Cuadra was really central to most of the places we wanted to visit in Roma Norte. There were convenience stores, restaurants, street stalls, jewellery stores, clothing stores, coffee shops –pretty much anything you wanted nearby was there and within walking distance. The vineyard on the property was beautiful, the room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and the Roma Norte area overall was just stunning.

The position is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped and spacious with a comfortable bed. Two small issues, easily fixed: The floor was noticeably dusty…dirty feet are guaranteed if you don’t wear slippers. Also, despite there being a washer/dryer, no laundry soap was provided. Otherwise this is a great choice in a quiet and wonderful neighbourhood.

There were days we didn’t have toilet paper and had to ask for it. We went days without a bath mat, and they did not clean the room, just made the bed. Would not recommend to stay at this hotel simply because of the staff and housekeeping/ up-keeping of the room.

Check in was easy and apartment was designed well and had plenty of amenities including a washer/dryer. However, robes would have been nice because it has a soaking tub. I was not thrilled with the location because it is not centrally located and traffic is really bad so it takes around 20-50 minutes to get to top locations. Also, building is placed in a very busy, commercial street and windows are not soundproof so you will hear ALL the outside noise including ground work that started at 10 pm and continued ALL night. The neighborhood is nice and safe.

The only thing to bear in mind is that upon check in, you'll be asked to pay a deposit and will be given an inventory with everything that the room contains: PLEASE, GO THROUGH THE INVENTORY THOROUGHLY, as our room was lacking a few things. However, I went down to recepction and got them to sign my version of the inventory without any problems.

I will give this property 2 stars based on the location alone. The room does not look like pictured. They tried to give us one towel for two people for a 5 day stay. We were on the first floor and given what we thought we booked through the VIP Expedia designated booking that we should be able to have a different floor. We were told they were full but when I went online to try to book the same hotel for the same nights they had availability. The staff was also not polite at all. The bathroom door doesn't even close unless you try to finesse it into the lock. The dishes in the kitchen area were not clean. All in all, I would stay at another property.

I highly recommend staying at Cuadra 134 to anyone visiting Mexico City. The neighbourhood is amazing and you have countless options for restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. You feel safe because the area is supervised 24/7 and there is always staff at the front desk. The security, housekeeping, and hotel staff are all very kind and helpful. The room was spotless and the bathroom was big and clean. Our room had a kitchen which was very convenient as well as a washer/dryer. Our bed was next to the balcony, so just an FYI that you will hear street noises. It didn’t bother us at all and the balcony was a great space. It’s worth the convenience and comfort.

This was one of my favorite places to stay in Mexico City! The balcony view was absolutely amazing. The host responded quickly to all my questions and was very accommodating with my early departure, which made everything so easy—better than any other place I’ve stayed. The rooms were spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the whole space felt cozy and welcoming. There were so many great dining options nearby, the property was spotless, and the staff was friendly and respectful. I’d definitely love to come back and stay here every time I visit the city!

I stayed in their studio apartment. The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect with a bodega & 3 coffee shops on the block(if you count the Starbucks at the hospital), along with 2 restaurants & an ice cream place. The only things i would change would be... give the customer hand towels., we received 2 bath towels & 1 washcloth, that was it...no hand towels at all. Buy some ceiling to floor blackout curtains, it will help with the noise and of course block the light. Other things I had issues with were just the design of the place, the bathroom needs a pocket door, not a regular door. They have this little bar area with 4 kitchen appliances, but no electrical plug, so you have to bring what you want to use over to the kitchen area where there is a plug.

My stay at Cuadra 134 Residencial Condesa had a serious privacy issue. The bathroom window was not properly covered, and it was possible to see inside from the outside. We reported it to the front desk, but maintenance wasn’t available during our stay.
