There were minor glitches with housekeeping and breakfast during our weeklong stay. Each time there was an apology and a correction made immediately. That level of responsive service is refreshing. We are grateful to the staff (especially Diana at the front desk) who helped us navigate through two days of cancelled flights.We will stay at Xoma every time we come to Mexico City! Excellent location and the aesthetics of the suite were top notch. There’s a huge bathtub in the master bathroom, highly recommend to bring your own bath salts. They offered transportation, which we used only upon arrival but it was pricey compared to Uber. The restaurant on the property had a delicious pizza and cheesecake the kids couldn’t get enough of, the cocktails were weak. I would skip the complimentary breakfast, hard pass.

Serene Spot in Roma Norte

This hotel is amazing. A quiet piece of serenity in a hustling and bustling area. The hotel is very quiet and personalized. The room was amazing, a legitimate apartment with a kitchen. Everything is within walking distance unless you are doing other experiences outside of Roma Norte. Would definitely recommend and will definitely consider this hotel again when we return to CDMX.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Every single staff member was exceptionally helpful and kind, often going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They helped us arrange airport transportation in advance of our trip and were quick to respond to questions. Someone was waiting to open the door when we returned to the hotel each day and we were welcomed back by name by the front desk staff. Our room was beautiful and very functional with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms- perfect for a family traveling to Mexico City. The location couldn’t be better. There are so many options for restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance in lovely Roma Norte. The hotel rooftop offers spectacular views of the city and is a great respite after touring all day. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful!

We felt that the lady in the evenings didn’t want to really talk to us and seemed distracted on her phone calls. The man in the morning wasn’t pleasant. The service was great. I do believe that the place needs more attention at the pool area.
The food items sit out under the heat.

Everything is amazing. I have stayed many times and I love it. Any Viadora properties are amazing. But I don’t appreciate having staff that is not Mexican. Mexico has the best service ever, other nationalities have an edge and are not as helpful and friendly.
