Our room was covered in roaches, the drain smelled, no shampoo... We left after one night and didn't even bother asking for a refund, we just wanted to get out of there. Honestly, if it weren't for that, it would have been a perfectly fine, no frills stay. It's a bit dated, but it's in a good location and if it weren't for all the bugs it would have been a good budget stay.

The room was very clean. The people were very nice. It's older and not modernized but the beds, the shower, and the people were all very good. Excellent value, felt very comfortable and welcoming during a three day stay. I would definitely go back. It's a great location and ideal for an easy going budget conscious person. Lots of food and amenities, including 24 hour tacos, hipster zones, the major hospitals, multiple metro stations all at the doorstep basically.

El peor “hotel” en el que he estado. Solo lo salva la ubicación. Chinches en la cama, almohadas viejas e incómodas, ventanas y puertas en mal estado, lo que hacía que escucharas todo del hotel. 4. Although Hotels.com says that both English and Spanish is available, they can only speak Spanish.
5. The bathroom sink is really small and there's no light above the showers.
6. Outlets are far away from the bed, and outlet in my room was located far up on the wall.
I would recommend if you are on a budget and can stand the cold/heat. The stay would be a lot more pleasant when the weather is nice and warm.

My stay there was very comfortable. It's a basic hotel and only toiletries they give is soap, so bring your own. Other than that it had everything I needed, a comfortable bed, a good shower and a wardrobe to hang clothes. The location is great, near many restaurants and bars.

I was concerned about my health. The only nice thing was the TV and big bed. They advertise air conditioning but there is none. I would not stay here again.

Fantastic location for everything in the Roma Norte area. Close to the metro, Hospital General station, for really quick access to the center. Very quiet side street, no traffic noise. Also, generally very quiet in the hotel itself. Wifi worked just fine, strong signal. Limited electrical outlets in the room for charging my phone, but not a big problem. No safe in the room, but the front desk took care of my passport and some extra cash. I plan on staying there for my next visit; it's basic, it's cheap, it's all I need.

Hice la reservación por medio de la app y me comunique para decirles que llegaría a las 2 am ya que a esa hora llego mi vuelo y cuando llegue no había habitación disponible. Tuve que buscar otro hotel. La explicación que me dieron fue que no pague cuando hice la reservación pero tampoco me hicieron esa observación. Así que en mi opinión deberían hacer esa observación cuando se hace la reservación y no poder la opción de pagar al llegar.

así como en el baño, pareciera una cueva o caverna y no una habitación de hotel.

El lugar es de fácil acceso por transporte público y es cómodo; buena relación calidad-precio. Sin embargo, la atención del personal dependió de quien se encontraba a cargo. Al llegar, hubo una situación con mi reserva, se me dijo que llegué tarde (3pm) y que no había pagado por lo que había perdido la reserva. Esta situación no era verídica: en la información de expedia dice que el check in es a las 2 pm y sí había hecho el pago con tarjeta. La señorita de recepción fue grosera y sin ánimos de ayudar. Todo cambió hasta que llegó un señor muy amable a buscar una solución. El lugar es tranquilo y cómodo para descansar. Solo como observación, las sábanas tenían algunas manchas. Fuera de ahí, todo bien.

Lo único que me causo conflicto fue que el cuarto no puede cerrarse desde dentro porque no tiene la entrada de la llave y el pasador no cerraba totalmente, entonces tal vez no podían entrar inmediatamente pero seguro bastaba girar la perilla para poder mirar dentro de la habitación.
