Recommendations: ear plugs are a must especially for light sleepers; a deep clean is due - marks on the walls and darkened grout lines in the bathroom.

This is an excellent aparthotel situated in a prime location, close to everything interesting. The staff is helpful and attentive. Our room was well-appointed, tidy, and in good condition.
The major downside is the soundproofing; the noise is literally unbearable 24/7.

This hotel is on a busy street but convenient for walking to places. Definitely recommend . Easy check in, easy finding room, and roomie rooms. Room was modern but missing a bench or couch. Our TV had 2 damages but still worked.

The room was nice, we enjoyed having a living space with refrigerator and sink. The location is good for exploring and the rooftop bar/lounge is wonderful. There is a market that operated every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday right next door. They erect the tents the night before, from about 10pm-4am, and it is quite loud.

Definitely more dated than the photos. Rooms are also not fully clean - particularly the floors. Views were nice but windows do not limit the insane amount of street noise particularly honking horns and sirens. Location was great minus the intersection - access to Condesa and Roma Norte easily.

Pros: very affordable, walking distance to lots of good restaurants, the reception staff were extremely helpful and luggage storage was much appreciated

Cons: as with all big cities, CDMX is noisy all night long. May have been because we had a balcony door, instead of windows but there was no sound-proofing. Recommend earplugs

Great views and great location. Central to Roma Norte so everything is within walking distance. Cleanliness can use some work though. Many stains found within the room that could use cleaning. I know you can request housekeeping as needed. Other than that, balcony views were great too.

We loved this place, the view was spactular and the locations couldn't be better. It's in a really great neighborhood, just a block from Fuente de Cibeles which has many good restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly reccomend this property.

The room and amenities were great, and the staff was very courteous. I only had trouble sleeping in the evenings over the weekend, as other tenants would return home very late and slam their front doors. Other than that, the rest of my stay was very comfortable.

I had a great stay at ULIV it is in the center, so it makes walk to different neighborhoods accessible. They are also very intentional of their guest stay and even decorated and gave me a cupcake. Unfortunately my flight was cancelled so I had to stay an extra day, and the process of extending my stay was smooth. I would definitely stay here again and suggest booking the Grand apartment!

This hotel is at perfect walking distance to many places the only reason it did not get a five star was because it’s right next to a very busy street maybe even close to a hospital. It was very loud at night. It didn’t bother me as much, but just something to be aware of. Loved the amenities like the laundry room the gym the rooms were comfortable. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner just felt like some stuff was very torn, but overall really good. I would stay here again.

Great location; walkable neighborhood seemed safe with lots of nearby restaurants and supermarket. Well equipped kitchen with water filter, toaster, kettle. Nice rooftop garden with bar. Comfortable bed and sofa. Ready access to Chapultepec Park (30 mins walk) and Zocala (1 hr walk or $5 Uber)

The customer service was TERRIBLE. I don’t know why a front desk exists when the hotel seems to be wanting to switch to one of those “ghost” hotels with online check in and no front desk. We asked for towels over six times in the span of 24hrs. We also asked for sheets that didn’t come until 48hrs later. The bar staff is great but that’s it. The room ran out of hot water on our third day and only had cold water from that point on until our last day when we had no water at all. The only thing the hotel was good for was location!

Very noisy street facing unit 502 with constant honking from traffic and sirens and a loud construction project just below in the street as well - early morning, all day, and late night hours. Also the last day the building had no water for hours. Great staff and nice clean building with gym but hard to enjoy stay.

The staff is great, very nice and check in was smooth, we arrived early and they held our bags until the room was ready while we explored, the rooms have good AC, the only reason I deducted a star was bc our unit started making an awful noise 6 hours before checkout and stopped working. Other than that great location and loved that our room had a kitchen area. The city is pretty loud at night so if you are a light sleeper the desk does have earplugs for you. Also very very very safe area, we were 2 women walking around at night and never once felt unsafe.

The staff was friendly. I felt safe with the code locked door. The kitchenette area was great.
The room itself could have been cleaner, but for the amount of days we stayed it was good.
The smell of the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap were amazing!

Some things to keep in mind, the hotel is located on a busy street. This is a great location to get you from point A to point B. If you want a quiet sleep, well you'll be hearing sirens all night long. This hotel was 100% booked, people coming in at all hours of the night NOT using their library voice in a hallway with thin walls.

Overall, my stay was good. We had what we needed. I would stay there again!

Staff were helpful. Hotel was well located. Laundry facilities were good. Room was well worn with cupboard doors askew and scuffed walls. Kitchen was not very well equipped. Room was south facing and even with blinds pulled down was extremely hot, the air conditioner could not keep up. The 8th. floor room was extremely noisey, traffic, sirens, store alarms and general noise from the street was loud and constant.

Located in a central location ofhte city and accessible to the Metro within 20 minutes walk. Staff was super friendly and our stay was a seamless experience. Main entrance and room doors were operated by personal access code so we did not need to carry around a key card so it was super convenient.

I decided to try to stay at a new hotel this time around big mistake the room is nice but the noise is absolutely crazy if you are at light sleeper even if your not you will hear the cops, ambulance, people walking all day and night.. the Terrance on the 14th floor absolutely beautiful view but other then that the noise is crazy bad, on top of that room service is not included you have to pay a charge if you want your room clean.

This is a great hotel to stay at that is central to many restaurants and places to shop! We found it easy to walk to majority of places around the city within 10-15 minutes which was great. The hotel was super friendly and easy to work with! We felt safe the entire time and the staff are in front 24/7 which was perfect. The bar upstairs was also BEAUTIFUL which is nice given you can enjoy your time without worrying about arriving home safely. We had no issues whatsoever so I definitely recommend. Also the views we had from our room were amazing !! The only downfall I experienced was that you have to pay around $30 US dollars for room service. Nonetheless, it’s a perfect and safe spot close to several places in the city. My partner and I will be back!

Best part of stay is rooftop bar but had issues w/it.Closed Sun & Mon which not discolosed at booking time. Private party on Sat w/notice only that day & music was crazy loud until 3 am - we did not get any sleep even after asking front desk to turn it down. Noisy street fair assembly & disassembly all night for 2 nights, including welding & flashing lights. Sparse amenities in room. Found hair in shower & under nightstand.

Staff was friendly & tried to accommodate but listing not represented properly. The site is central location but very busy & noisy. Would not stay here again.

It all depends on what side of building your room is on. If it doesn’t face Insurgentes, noise isn’t terrible. If it does, no amount of earplugs or pillows over your head will help. The rooftop deck is very nice (drinks are expensive though). Staff is super friendly and were it not for them, I’d probably give this place three stars.

The noise the noise and the noise, coming from everywhere,
The corridors when people walks or even whisper outaide you can hear them.
Plus the street noise, the isolation sypsger is very poor and not sure why to this level,
If the noise if not an issue then i highly recommend this hotel, you won t need more u have it all

Staff was lovely they did what they could to accommodate us. However the room was not as advertised! It looked really banged up for a premier room and while the main parts of the room looked like the picture it was not up to par. The walls had scratches/dings, furniture had stains and there was even paint splatter on the floor all which the staff said was due to wear from previous occupants. Staff told us they cleaned the best they could and that the rooms are only repainted once a month. We were also not aware we wouldn’t have our rooms cleaned/towels/sheets etc unless paying additionally. They did give us a free clean but when we returned to our room we could tell the main kitchen had been cleaned but the towels were just folded up dirty! One of the towels had a stain so there was no way they swapped the towels out if the same stained one was there. Separately we did not know the room didn’t include heat. We requested a heater and one was provided thankfully. While the location and view was nice but I would not recommend staying here.

The room was clean, just things like one of the blinds did not fully lower and the bathroom drawers on in very bad shape.
It’s the little things that really add up and asking for new towels that have dark stains on it, only 2 Nespresso capsules left for a 10 night stay! Water pressure was not the best but manageable, lots of scuff marks on the walls, like just paint it. The view from the Grand room on the 13 floor was Amazing but the noise is unbelievable, believe all the reviews it’s on a very busy multiple lane intersection and the honking is all night, the windows are thin so it doesn’t help much, the rooftop is very nice, overall a good stay in a great area and good value for the money. Lastly the laundry room it took 7 tries on both floors over multiple days to find a machine not in use, or not broken, most of the time it was workers washing many small colourful cloth towels!???
Like either provide paid machines for guests or not have employees use machines that guests need to use, very annoying, I switched to another close-by Uliv and enjoy it more.

THE NOISE!!! I know CDMX is a noisy city and I can live with traffic noise. But the near constant noise in my room on the 11th floor (!) made it extremely difficult to sleep. Not great when trying to deal with jet lag. The apartment building is situated on a very busy road, but more importantly an odd junction where a 4 lane road merges into av. Insurgentes. The result at anything other than 1-5am is almost constant beeping of horns as drivers get frustrated with each other. I was excited to leave after 3 days. I feel bad as the staff are amazing. The location is good as I was central to everything I wanted to visit. The apartment itself was a good size and air con worked very well. I had booked to return here for 2 nights before my flight home but I’ve cancelled that and will look for somewhere in a quieter location
