I had a great stay at Uliv Cibeles! The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance.

The staff was attentive and always on top of everything, making the experience even better. I especially appreciated having access to the laundry facilities, game room, and gym, which added a lot of convenience to my stay.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City! 😊

We stayed at ULIV Cibeles for several nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores within walking distance. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood, both during the day and in the evening.

The property is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated having so many amenities nearby, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

Overall, ULIV Cibeles was a great choice, and we would happily stay here again on a future visit to Mexico City.

Dont trust the photos. The rooms are much older than what’s in the photos. The bathroom is a wreck and needs renovation. All the sheets and towels are used so many times that their colors are not white anymore! The room also stinks.

We had a nice stay. The location was great. The family apartment was spacious. It only had one bathroom though, which was a slight inconvenience for 4 people. But this is something I should’ve looked at before booking, because I didn’t even check that.

The place matches the photos, however, it was a little worn down. Not dirty, just worn (i.e. smudges on the walls, scuffs on the floor, stains on curtains, & water marks on sink hardware.

On our third night, there was no hot/warm water for showering. I didn’t report it immediately because it was a little past 12am and i figured I’d just wait to shower in the morning. The hot water was back by morning.

The water pressure is very very low and the water temp changes from hot to cold every 40 seconds or so, so you have to shower super fast.

Solid hotel in an unbeatable location, but it could use some TLC.

The location is genuinely fantastic — you really can’t do better for getting around and being close to everything you’d want to see and do. That alone is a strong reason to consider staying here.

The staff deserve real credit. Check-in was quick and friendly, check-out was just as smooth, and everyone we interacted with was helpful and professional. It’s clear the team takes their jobs seriously.

The room itself was clean, which is the most important thing. However, the property overall is looking a little worn and tired. Nothing falling apart, but you can tell it’s due for some refurbishment — carpets, furnishings, and common areas all could use refreshing.

The one significant issue was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times to prevent it from spreading into the rest of the room. For a hotel at this price point, that’s something management really needs to address.

Overall: a great location and great staff held this stay together, but the tired property and especially the bathroom smell mean I’d hesitate to return until some improvements are made.

This was the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel - once when it was under the Sonder brand - and it might actually be better now as Uliv! There was always someone at the front desk, and security at night. The location is great - the metro is 2 blocks away and it is central to Roma Norte - yet it is just off the main roads enough to be quiet at night so there is not much road noise.

The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure and hot water.

I would not hesitate to stay here again when I return to Mexico City.

We had an amazing stay at Uliv Cibeles. Jesus at the front counter was excellent and provided some great recommendations for food in the area. It is very central in the roma norte area and very walkable to lost of sights, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a great place to stay it’s in a very good area mostly everything is walking distance! The staff was so nice and welcoming. Check in and check out was very smooth. We had a late check in due to our flight and we had no issues. Also it’s very clean and great views of the city for the city view option. I didn’t think it was too loud. But again you’re staying in the city so noise is expected. But it was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

We were a family of 3 with one adult son, so the 2 bedrooms worked wonderfully for us. The living area in the center made it very roomy and comfortable. The storage was more than enough. The kitchenette had all the basic stuff ready. Loved that the facility has a game room, a laundry room (free of cost, only get your own detergent) and the outdoor patio space. The front staff was very professional courteous and helpful. The location in Roma Norte was very convenient, beautiful tree lined streets, quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this.

A very comfortable stay on my solo trip! Very spacious room. Has a filtered tap for drinking water. The location is excellent. The street is tranquil just off the very busy roads with coffee shops, bars and convenience stores around. Pleasant and helpful staff. The small additions to make it perfect would be more coffee capsules for the stay (only 2 provided) and maybe cleaning every other day(can be done for additional fee).

Spacious comfortable room. Didn’t hear any noise at night, and was able to sleep well each night. Bed was comfy and AC/fan unit functioned well. Showers had strong water pressure and hot water. However the bathroom would occasionally have a strong rotten egg odor, but this was not consistent and there was not a predictable pattern of when it would come on - I read this in many reviews, so I was not shocked to experience it. Having the kitchenette was very convenient. Common area terrace was a gorgeous place for my friend to take some remote work meetings. The location seemed to be on a quiet street, but still walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and bars, and I felt safe even walking late at night. Appreciate the 24/7 security and the convenience of being able to message reception via app. I was surprised to see housekeeping service came with a fee, but we only stayed 6 nights so we had enough towels and just went down to reception to get toilet paper, and were able to change our own trash. Overall, was a great and comfortable stay, and would recommend.

For a group of 3 girls, the 2 bedroom apartment was the perfect size and very comfortable. All the staff was helpful and kind, we had no issues throughout our stay. The location was very central to majority of Roma Norte restaurants and bars and even ubering to other locations was easy. It is also located on a side road so there were no issues with finding ubers or dealing with many people around the entrance. We paid extra for housekeeping for one day and they did a wonderful job. There is an AC in both rooms and wi-fi worked well.

The only thing we noticed was there are not any mirrors except for the bathroom so if anyone is planning on staying (especially with a group of girls like us) maybe bring a portable mirror. But overall, very clean, spacious property and would definitely stay again. Also could be a great place to stay for longer durations.

I was meant to stay 5 nights but left after one. The rooms are unfortunately very unclean. Stains all over bathroom walls and mold through out the room. The bedding had stains as well which shows signs that it was not changed. There were peoples hair on the pillow and did not smell clean. Needless to say I had to sleep on top of the bed. I was shown another room by the kind employee but it was same or worse. The AC did not work in the room at all. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay here because of these factors. On pictures it looks really nice and the amenities look great but I’d take a clean room over amenities any day. Location was also nice enough. On a quiet street that’s very walkable. And again the employees were kind and respectful but the space is run down and couldn’t manage to stay another hour.

Easy check-in. Nicely located in Roma Norte, close to shops and attractions but on a quiet street. Staff were nice and accommodating. We requested a clean up for 1 day - it was decent. However, when we came back our pinpad was not functional. We immediately notified the front desk and they addressed the issue quickly. Overall a very lovely stay; the amenities were great. Had a really lovely stay in ULIV Cibeles! Lots of lovely places to roam around in the neighbourhood, it was very accessible to other parts of the city and the best little bakery just around the corner.

As for the apartment, there were three of us staying in a standard room (with a double and a sofa bed) and we all really enjoyed the stay. The room was the perfect size for us and was equipped with everything we needed during the stay. The gym facilities were great and the terrace provided some quiet solace from the busy city.

We did have a slight issue with a drawer latch breaking but this was seen to very quickly after we reported it to the front desk, as well as dripping aircon which was also sorted out super quickly whilst we were out and about.

Would thoroughly recommend a stay here! Everyone was very helpful, communication before and during the stay was excellent.

Absolutely LOVED my stay at ULiV Cibeles. Honestly one of the best stays I could’ve picked for my solo CDMX trip.

The location truly could not be better — super walkable and right in the middle of everything. I was constantly walking to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, OXXO runs, etc. and it made the entire trip feel easy and convenient.

The room itself was SO spacious, especially for a city stay. It actually felt more like a mini apartment than a standard hotel room. Everything was very clean, modern, and comfortable.

The bathroom itself wasn’t huge, but it was really well done and comfortable — and the shower was amazing. Great water pressure, modern finishes, and honestly one of my favorite parts after long days out exploring CDMX.

Overall just such a great stay and an amazing home base for the trip. Perfect mix of location, comfort, cleanliness, and value. Would absolutely stay here again and already recommending it to friends visiting CDMX.

Super clean and practical place to stay especially if you intend to stay more than a few days. The room had a fully functional kitchen and LR/DR area, large fridge, 2 bedrooms with more than adequate storage and a spacious bathroom. Free laundry facilities, gym and a open deck accessible only to the hotel. The staff is efficient, friendly and professional. The area is good for restaurants, grocery stores and not too far from the Museum area and huge park.

The hotel is located in a central area in Roma Norte and its walking distance within everything! My only negative is the housekeeping situation. They ask you to book and pay for it, I personally have travelled all over and have never encountered this. I’d rather have housekeeping come and refresh and leave the tip for them.

This was our 4th time staying at this property, we found this stay less appealing. We found the property is more run down than before, floors were very dirty, which can not be seen in the room since the tiles arew dirt brown, should probably wash then once in a while vs just sweeping them. We also asked for coffee and were told sorry we don't have any pods in stock. Last visit we got 4 every day, this time we got only 2 on the first day.
Last comment was the hot water shower is not balanced, so when taking a shower it goes from super hot to super cold. thats a problem
