The location is fantastic but the rooms could certainly use some TLC. I cleaned the bathroom myself upon arrival.. however, we could walk to many wonderful shops and restaurants, and the area was perfect for our first trip to CDMX. I felt the stay was priced well, so overall I am happy, but likely wouldn’t stay here again.

We were in the Grand Suite for 4 nights. Huge apartment! The fold out sofa mattress was really thin and uncomfortable for our son. He ended up just folding it back up and sleeping on the sofa. The king bed was comfy and the bathroom was really nice and big. Great location in Roma Norte. Lots of restaurants in the area. Be sure to walk the neighborhood and explore.

We did have to ask for Nespresso pods everyday, they weren’t automatically restocked. We could hear people dropping their weights in the exercise room, which was noisy.

Overall, highly recommend. Especially for a family. Free laundry room on same floor. Great value for the size.

The room was clean. The staff was very nice especially Edmundo which helped me out with my room. Oxxo was across the street and a pharmacy which I had to use for my kids. The Angel de la Independencia was about 8min walk. Laundry was also a huge plus at this location.

First I wanna highlight what a great location this place offers which it’s a shame cause the place is really neglected, at least on the room we stayed, there’s a smell of sewage that keeps coming back after they clean even in the hallways, walls can benefit from a fresh coat of paint and, the very cherry on top was the mold we found in the bathroom which was called a water stain by the staff, not even blaming them I think they tried to be as helpful as the could but management needs to step up.
Don’t waste your money on this place we ended up leaving after the first night as they were unable to change us to another room, asked for a refund but nothing, not even an apology from the hotel.

Hotel was great! Perfect location with plenty to do in the neighborhood felt very safe walking around the neighborhood as well. Lots of people around at all hours of the day hotel room itself was fine. Wasn’t the cleanest or Newest but absolutely no problems at all and would stay here again. We really appreciated having a refrigerator microwave in the room. The amenities like the gym, the laundry room and the deck were a really nice touch again. The price is great for what you get and would recommend to others.

The room was in good condition but not very functional Tiny bathroom, wasted space, unstable table, water control in the shower very difficult (too hot or too cold. Staff was very non-committal without offering any help. As a first time tourist in Mexico City some more spontaneous help would have been appreciated. A ‚house‘ was recommended that was twice as expensive as Uber.

Kitchen not too functional but will work in a pinch.

Cleanish. Towels felt old and unfortunately the iron board was so nasty it stained my shirt.

The main negative is the shower. They don’t have a modern temperature regulator in the sink. Meaning it temperature was hard to adjust and sometime spike cold or boiling hot while showering depending on water usage of other room I’m assuming. Had shower that went just fine but also got burnt a few time.

I don’t think I would go again.

The two-bedroom suite with the terrace was perfect for two friends travelling together. The suite was extremely clean and was stocked with everything you needed. Whenever we ran out of Nespresso pods, the front desk always provided extras.

The property’s amentiesbwere robust and well-thought out – free laundry, gym, business centres and a game room.

The location was super central and walking distance to Roma, Condesa and Juarez.

I loved my stay here. The view on the 9th floor was nice , the room was clean and i got to do my laundry for free and use the gym during my stay! it’s like i was living at home lol felt nice :) Also it’s very safe and calm in the area. I recommend anyone trying Pizza Roma down the block was so good!

Great property, loved the room and that this location was much quieter than ULIV Mexico City, my only issue was the extreme low water pressure in our room 1007, maintenance came and they said it was normal??!! Made the best of it, overall the bathroom needs a renovation. The location is great and excellent value for the money.

The room was suppose to be a suite with view.
2 towels for a reservation for 3 people. Sink was leaking so it got all towels wet, shower head not working properly which cause a mess in the restroom. Balcony door broken, unable to lock door. Bed had dirty bed sheets and old pillows.
Very small space for 3 people. Area is good and convenient but not a comfortable stay at all. Staff was friendly but all units are independently owned so they just make a note of things but do not make any repairs. I sent my complaint directly to through the app and they assured everything was in working conditions as if I was lying. Would not return nor recommend.

I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was pretty much walkable, if I needed to go out of the area, the Ubers were really cheap.

I will say there was a slight smell in the gym and in our bathroom that was a little off putting at first, but the facilities, local culture and overall experience made up for it. I wish they provided extra towels for longer stays and offered complimentary housekeeping at least once… that would’ve made it an excellent stay for me.

This is a really nice place to stay. It’s within walking distance of MANY restaurants and shops of different varieties and price points. Everything is so convenient and the hotel itself is very nice. Clean and spacious rooms. The front desk is always staffed. We were there for 5 days and asked for the optional housekeeping for a nominal charge and it was efficient and convenient. We felt very safe at all times. We had a room with a balcony and the views were nice. I would stay here again and I highly recommend.

Overall the room was clean. However the bathroom could use some work. Towels desperately need to be replaced. They were dingy and rough. The ironing board cover and iron also should be replaced. The sheets also didn’t feel that clean. If these were taken care of it would have been a 10 out of 10 experience.

The property is very clean and located in an excellent area, close to major tourist sites, restaurants, public transportation, and the market. Customer service was great, security is available 24 hours a day, and the indoor parking is a big plus. I would gladly stay here again.

Had a great stay here. Very quiet, spacious 2BR apartment. Staff was awesome - helpful, friendly and courteous. Kitchen area was somewhat cramped, but ok for cooking breakfast, etc. Smallish gym, but had one of most things needed. Lots of washers and dryers in the laundry.

Our room had drainage spell all 5 nights we stayed there and management did not do anything about it proactively. The location is good.
